Ausstattung: Die Fußbodenheizung sorgt für wohlige Wärme im Herbst und Winter. Sauberkeit: Die Betten waren sehr sauber und garantierten einen erholsamen Schlaf. Auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Umgebung: In der Region Jiangsu und Zhejiang findet man selten ein Hotel mit einer so schönen Umgebung und einem so guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotel liegt inmitten einer malerischen Landschaft, direkt neben einer Bühne, und die gesamte Gegend um Luzhen Renli fügt sich harmonisch in das Gesamtbild ein. Im Winter können Sie bei einer Kanne Dattelmilchtee die wärmende Sonne genießen (ich empfehle eine Heizmatte). Im Sommer lädt die Lage am Wasser und in den Bergen zum Abkühlen ein. Service: Das Frühstück umfasste verschiedene Käse- und Schinkensorten. Mit einer größeren Auswahl an Brotsorten wäre das westliche Frühstück besser als in vielen vergleichbaren Hotels. Auch ein kleiner Snack am späten Abend wurde angeboten. Zwar handelte es sich nur um einfache Yamswurzelsuppe und geröstete Süßkartoffeln, aber beides schmeckte sehr gut. Die vom Hotel angebotenen Süßkartoffeln waren ausgezeichnet, süß und klebrig. Die beiden jungen Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, und der vom Hotel angebotene Shuttle-Service zum und vom Landschaftsschutzgebiet Luzhen war äußerst praktisch. Der Service war zudem sehr geduldig und aufmerksam. Kurz gesagt: Dies ist eine Pension, die vom Eigentümer mit denselben hohen Ansprüchen geführt wird wie sein eigenes Zuhause. Man sieht an vielen Details, dass der Eigentümer weiß, wie man gut lebt, daher ist die Pension uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The service was excellent — all the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and everything was smooth during the stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation, making it easy to get around. One small downside was the sound insulation. Conversations in the corridor could be heard quite clearly, and noises from the neighboring room, such as showering, were also noticeable. This might be something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. That said, the good service really stood out, and overall it offers good value for money.

The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone craving a rejuvenating escape with a touch of magic.

This is a fantastic place to stay at, right in the center of historic Shaoxing, close to the central sights, and nonetheless in very quiet surroundings. Very nice and good-sized rooms, all done in massive wood (although not a genuine historic building), good (and sizeable) bathroom. You get exactly what you see on the website (trip.com). The set Chinese breakfast is excellent. The lounge is huge (in all three dimensions). Might be a bit noisy internally, if more fully booked than during my stay. Very friendly staff, don't speak English (with one exception), but your are told that up front and there are apps that do the job, nowadays; so no problem.

Ein besonderer Vergleich mit vielen Hotels in der Umgebung, schließlich habe ich dieses Haus ausgewählt, und es gibt keine Schlamm. Die Zimmergröße ist angemessen, Licht und Klimaanlage sind gut, die Gesamtanordnung macht es sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer wurde trocken getrennt, um es zu verwenden, sauber und komfortabel, die Warmwasserversorgung ist stabil und die Wassertemperatur ist gerade gut. Die Korridore und die öffentliche Region sind ordentlich und die Umweltgesundheit ist sehr gut kontrolliert. Der Service ist auch lobenswert. Es gibt Probleme, die mit Geduld beantwortet werden können, und die Menschen sind sehr enthusiastisch. Es ist ein tolles Aufenthaltserlebnis.

Ich war zunächst skeptisch, als ich mehr als 5000 positive Bewertungen in diesem Hotel gelesen habe, wie viele von ihnen wurden aktualisiert. Wir hatten jedoch wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Die Anlage ist erstaunlich, und wir blieben im Gebäude 8, das ist geschlossen zum Essensbereich. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen-Buffet sind ausgezeichnet. Das Abendessen-Buffet kostet RMB 138 an Wochentagen und 158 an Wochenenden. Das Essen war großartig, und es gab eine Menge Meeresfrüchte zu wählen. Das Hotel ist ziemlich nahe an touristischen Attraktionen, aber beachten Sie, dass Taxis ziemlich teuer sein können. Sie können RMB 50 oder mehr im Vergleich zum DIDI Taxi kosten . Es ist also am besten, ein Taxi über DIDI oder online zu bestellen, anstatt einen auf der Straße oder vor dem Hotel zu fangen. Ein Ort, den Sie besuchen müssen, ist Xu Shui Antique City, das das wohldokumentierteste Museum in Shaoxing ist. Es ist eine Spazierweiterung und kostenfrei zu besuchen.  Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben drei Nächte mehr verlängert und werden sicherlich in Zukunft dieses Hotel bleiben.

The location is fantastic! It’s a remote hotel not far from the Fuzhi Rice Terraces. It’s a great place for the summer time when you want to relax by the pool and have a walk amongst the fields. They had fireworks which was a lovely touch. I maybe go back. However, the place is very dirty and is in need of a deep clean. There was a dirty plate in our room, the door on the inside of our bathroom is black at the bottom, the pool needs a clean and the tiles need fixing, the white curtains in the dining area are old and need replacing, there is dust in the corners or the windows as you eat. This place is great but it could be SO much better with a deep clean every month. There are different members of staff and the man on the last day was much more attentive than the first day. Instead of being on the phone, those men could be cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the place. It’s too expensive for what you get.

Ich war vor dem Einchecken aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen auf XHS etwas besorgt, aber der Aufenthalt selbst war wirklich gut. Die Villa mit Innenhof hat einen standardmäßigen Grundriss mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer, was sehr schön ist. Schade, dass es die ganze Zeit geregnet hat, sodass wir nicht im Innenhof sitzen und Tee trinken konnten. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass dieser Ort wie ein Dorf in der Jiangnan-Wasserstadt ist, wo alle Häuser der Dorfbewohner in Gästezimmer umgewandelt wurden, sowohl an der Straße als auch am Fluss. Das Dorf wurde eingefriedet und in ein Hotel verwandelt. Es gibt Geschäfte an der Straße und es herrscht reges Treiben. Einige Gäste, die an ihren Zimmertüren an der Straße wohnen, unterhalten sich, genau wie die Dorfbewohner, die sich zum Tratschen treffen. Jeder fühlt sich wie ein Dorfbewohner, hahaha. Der Hotelservice ist wirklich gut. Alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Flexibilität und die Freiheit sind sehr hoch, besonders unser Butler, He Jinxiang, der Fragen beantwortete und sich sehr schnell um unsere Bedürfnisse kümmerte! Ausgezeichnet! Der Rezeptionist beim Einchecken (ich habe leider vergessen, nach seinem Namen zu fragen) und die beiden Rezeptionistinnen (Taiting und Qiuyan) beim Auschecken waren beide sehr freundlich und geduldig! Der Service war insgesamt sehr gut. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die smarte Toilette im Zimmer begann nachts plötzlich zu laufen und Wasser zu verspritzen, was mich erschreckte. Ich habe sie sofort ausgesteckt, sie war also wahrscheinlich defekt. Außerdem wirkte die chinesische Einrichtung nachts etwas unheimlich. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, mit einer guten Auswahl, aber als viel los war, dauerte es etwas, bis die Nudeln und Wan-Tan kamen (die Nudeln waren aber sehr lecker). Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, und ich würde beim nächsten Mal meine Eltern mitbringen!

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

The location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.
