AArjenshaThe hotel is part of a real estate development that has plans to build villa's along the ridges of the surroundings hills, so it is built to a high quality standard. The villa has a gorgeous view of uninterrupted rolling bamboo forested hills. The surroundings are very quiet, with no other properties within kilometers. The room has floor heating and air conditioning and was very cozy during cold winter weather. Service request were quickly followed up by the team, and small attentions were offered that made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel restaurant offered tasty and reasonably prices meals. Thank you to Mr. Luo and colleagues for taking care of us! The immediate area does not offer many attractions, but we would recommend hiking the 走妈岗 Zou Ma Gang trail about 20km away in the 香榧森林公园。 We also enjoyed a day trip to Wuxie Waterfall park to the west of Zhuji town.

After a peaceful day, I ventured out to the nearby old street for dinner and drinks. The vibrant atmosphere, with its charming shops and lively eateries, made for a delightful evening. I enjoyed exploring the local cuisine, which was a wonderful complement to my stay. The homestay offered remarkable value for money, combining comfort with an authentic cultural experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met while allowing me the space to find my own rhythm. If you’re looking for a place to clear your mind and connect with your inner self, I cannot recommend this homestay enough. It’s a true haven where traditional beauty meets modern-day tranquility. MMs. BhawanaWe stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks, which added a warm touch to the hospitality. The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from ShaoXing North Train Station, making it easy to travel. Keqiao is famous for its fabric and clothing industry, attracting many businessmen from India. The hotel is also close to good Indian restaurants, Saffron and Kashish, which are only 2km away, providing a taste of home for Indian guests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and business centers makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The overall experience was enhanced by the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. AACEYOEUnser Aufenthalt hier während der Nationalfeiertage war eine wunderbare Überraschung! Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich, das Bett angenehm weich und nicht stickig, und die Lage war ideal: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die U-Bahn-Station waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend, insbesondere Xiao Meng, Mei Mei und Xiao Tan. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen! Nachts entdeckten wir ein Problem in einem Zimmer, das der Hausmeister umgehend behoben hat. Die Reinigungskraft der Nachtschicht, Frau Liu, brachte uns sofort die fehlenden Toilettenartikel. Auch einige andere Details waren sehr nett, insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.

CCherry WeddelIch genossen meinen Aufenthalt im Familienzimmer des Hotels. Die geräumige Lage des Zimmers bietet viel Platz für meine Familie und mich, um sich bequem zu entspannen. Die erste Hand-Erfahrung war wirklich erfreulich, so dass wir zusammen memorable Momente schaffen konnten. Während das Zimmer einen angenehmen Blick hatte, ist es wert zu bemerken, dass die Lage der beiden Betten ein wenig entfernt fühlte, was für eine bessere Familienerfahrung verbessert werden könnte. Die schleifende Badtür war ein kleiner Unannehmlichkeiten, da es nicht einfachste war, zu navigieren, und ich fand mich manchmal mit ihr kämpfen. Ein weiterer kleiner Nachteil war das Fehlen von Schalen oder Speicheroptionen im Duschebereich, was es ein wenig schwierig macht, unsere Toiletten organisiert zu halten. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel war unsere Gesamterfahrung im Familienzimmer positiv. Die Raumlichkeit und die engagierte Atmosphäre überwiegen sicherlich die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten, die wir erlebt haben. Wir haben uns dort mit guten Erinnerungen unserer Zeit gelassen und würden in Zukunft eine Rückkehr in Betracht ziehen.
