Good hotel at a convenient location. However, we were quite disappointed with the room allotted - it was the corner-most room in the deluxe category (room 109) & it was extremely congested (seemed like the space was forcefully utilised to fit in a room). Other rooms on the same floor of the same category were quite well spaced and airy. Our room’s balcony was also half the size in comparison. Rooms in the same category with the same price should not have such a difference in look and feel.

”I recently stayed at Hotel Justa Palampur and had a wonderful experience. We booked three rooms, and from the moment we arrived, Sunil at the reception made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Shalini was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, with excellent service and friendly assistance. Housekeeping was thorough and ensured our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend Hotel Justa Palampur for anyone visiting the area!”

Excellent Stay.
It was my first visit and I was booked for one day but ended up staying extra day. Staff is extremely helpful. This property is clean and with very relaxing ambiance. They have beautiful kids park with swings. Lots of car parking. I recommend this place and I would love to stay again in the near future.

🇲🇾 這家住宿有點老舊，不過維護不錯，房間舒服，view也很好，最重要是熱水穩定，供電穩定（wifi有點慢，不過自己top uo airtel 3G 也才40INR），員工友善（Paras Lakshay 和廚師們）本來打算住一晚，結果還是續住了 😎😎 步行去market和旁邊的Palchan也只是15-20分鐘內 👍👍 如果真的想要KFC/ Domino，步行30分鐘或打車10分鐘就有了。住宿管理簡單，足不出戶也可以一整天在住宿耍廢，whatsapp點餐送上房間，很適合耍廢或疲累的旅者 😎😎 如果從其他城市到Old ***ali/ Volvo巴士站的話，打車費有點貴，700-1000不等，如果有時間的話，可以問一下shared taxi，費用是50-100左右 💰💰 值得再回去的小鎮 ❤️❤️

VVica25I enjoyed my stay here overall, especially because of the peaceful garden atmosphere. It really feels like you’re staying in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery and fresh air.
In terms of cleanliness, I would say it was average. Since the property is located within a garden environment, I noticed that some areas showed signs of wear, including a bit of rust and mold in certain places. I believe there is room for improvement in maintenance and upkeep.
That being said, what truly made the experience enjoyable was Kittu. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He took great care of everything and made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. His hospitality really stood out and made a positive difference.
The breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared. It was one of the highlights of my stay and a great way to start each morning.
One thing to note is the location. The property is situated midway between the main areas, which means taxis do not usually pass by regularly. If you need transportation, it is best to ask the manager to help arrange a taxi for you.
The property is not within walking distance of everything. It takes some time to travel down to the Dalai Lama Temple area, and it also takes a while to go up to Dharamkot. Depending on your plans, you may need to arrange transportation or be prepared for a bit of walking.
Overall, if you enjoy nature, greenery, and a peaceful environment away from the crowds, this is a lovely place to stay. While the maintenance could be improved in some areas, the warm hospitality from Kittu and the tasty breakfast made the experience worthwhile.

PPriscillia WxI am disappointed with my stay at Legend Sarovar Portico Baddi. The room was spacious and the toilet was clean, which were the main positive points of my stay.
However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The air-conditioning in the room was not cold at all, making it uncomfortable. The reception area also lacked proper air-conditioning, and the chairs in the lobby appeared old and worn out.
Room service was extremely slow. We had to wait a long time for assistance and often needed to follow up multiple times. In addition, many food items listed on the menu were unavailable. We were told that the chef was not available, which was surprising for a hotel that offers room service.
The TV entertainment system was also disappointing, as some apps such as YouTube were unavailable or not functioning properly.
While the room size and cleanliness were good, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, service efficiency, dining availability, and guest facilities. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience.

What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the utmost professionalism. Nnawab36085Wir genossen einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt im Fortune Park Kufri. Das Hotel sitzt schön auf einem Hügel, bietet atemberaubende Aussichten auf die Himalayan-Range, die wir direkt von unserem Zimmerfenster genießen können. Die Lage ist ruhig und wunderschön, und es ist bequem nicht zu weit von Shimla , so dass es einfach, die Stadt mit Taxi oder Privatwagen zu erreichen, wann immer wir wollten.
Die Zimmer waren geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit diesen schönen Hügelblicken, die jeden Morgen einen besonderen Touch hinzufügen. Sauberkeit war hervorragend; die ganze Unterkunft war spotless und fühlte sich sehr frisch.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen. Sie sorgten sich um unsere Anfragen schnell und machten uns wirklich willkommen. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight es bot eine gute Variante und wurde jeden Tag mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet.
Insgesamt war es eine entspannende und erinnerliche Erfahrung. Wir empfehlen nach Fortune Park Kufri für jeden, der einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Shimla mit großer Service und schöner Umgebung sucht. Wir würden gerne zurückkehren!

The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India.
The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing.
There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression.
Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff.
All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

The bar is cozy with our own choice of songs. Great for family time with delicious bar snacks.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Awesome views from our room balcony. Though this hotel is away from the main town but for those who wish to have a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, Justa is the place to look for. The meals are freshly cooked and we enjoyed every single bite.

JJanetwyhDer Eincheck war schnell und informativ, er bestätigte die Reservierung der Kabine zum Flughafen und den Preis für uns durch Anrufen zu unserem Zimmer, das auch sehr schnell ist. Der Bellboy hielt uns mit den Gepäckstücken und erklärte den Einsatz von heißem Wasser, TV und Klimaanlage mit Heizung. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und die Nachtsicht vom Balkon war die beste. Stühle werden am Balkon angeboten. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Minibar-Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, Zimmerschuhe, saubere Handtücher. Das Bettblatt ist ausgelegt, aber sie sind sauber. Das Restaurant ist großartig, wir bestellten Kadhai Chicken und Gobhi Adraki und wir können nicht helfen, mehr Tawa roti zu essen mit. Die Bergblicke am Restaurant Balkon ist atemberaubend. Da unser Flug 8.50am war, haben wir keine Zeit für unser Frühstück, das Personal war so wunderbar, Sandwiches und Saft zu fertig zu gehen. Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
