Ihre Bewertungen ＜ Actually, I had booked another hotel earlier which I needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The Norfolk Lodge is one of the very few hotels offering a gym, a ”mini gym”. For me an essential on any trip. The mini gym offered some cardio equipment of which only 1-2 were working properly and a few very light weights. Most disappointing was the extremely small single room, even smaller than in any (!) hotel in Japan's metropolis earlier this year. The smallest ever, that small that it was impossible to open my suitcase anywhere except on the bed! The breakfast was disappointing, too. Allways the same products, no variety at all. Luckily, there was at least gluten free muesli (for s.o. with coeliac disease) and gluten free toast on demand. Nevertheless, for instance only tin fruits and one sort of cheese etc. Positive, however, was the hotel's greatest asset, the staff! Very friendly and caring people, young, open-minded and very diverse from all abroad. As St. Hélier or Jersey in general are very expensive during the summer season, I won't complain about the price although it was very expensive (cheepest I could find was about 170 - 175 € per night).

I appreciated the location and the cleanliness of the environment. However, the service did not meet my expectations. We experienced an issue with the staff regarding the breakfast rule, which I found unfair, especially considering my positive experiences at other hotels. Based on this, I am uncertain about returning to this branch. I would like to note, however, that the Heathrow branch of this same hotel provided excellent service during my stay in December 2025.

Very nice hotel, clean, tidy and plenty of attentive staff. We used as a base for exploring Jersey so didn't really use the hotel facilities - except the breakfast which was excellent - although for us it would have been nice if breakfast had started a little earlier maybe 7:30am? (it ran from 8am to 10am which was OK). Late on the last evening when packing we found we couldn't open the room safe as it had malfunctioned, it was after 11pm, but it actually showed the hotel staff in a very good light as the receptionist tried her best to help, the restaurant manager said opening the safe was the priority, and eventually after about twenty minutes the porter did manage to open the safe (”mechanically” - but that's another story!), so all was good ...... the problem was the electronic device - hotel staff were excellent and problem was solved! Overall very good, would stay again.

Schöne Orte und ein sehr freundliches Personal. Eincheckung war reibungslos, und das Frühstück war geschmackvoll und variiert. Das y Personal war auch sehr aufmerksam. Ich habe nicht versucht, das gesetzte Abendessen Menü,. Bestellt aus Snack Menü, das sehr carb-schwach war und auf der preiswerten Seite für das, was es war. Zimmer war komfortabel, aber Teppiche Dekor und Bad datiert, das war klar aus Fotos und anderen Bewertungen, so es war keine Überraschung. Leider wurde auf dem Badezimmerboden bei der Ankunft ein Kunststofffilm verwendet, der darauf hinweist, dass es nicht gründlich gereinigt worden war. Andernfalls können Sie sich nicht wirklich beschweren, vor allem wenn Sie nach einem ruhigen Ort zu entspannen sind

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und Meerbadestrand, kann auch in die Innenstadt laufen, unten ist das Michelin Restaurant, sehr lecker. Das SPA im Hotel wird mit der Website einer Schönheits- und Hautpflegemarke gebrandet. Es ist notwendig, einen Tag im Voraus einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Nach dem Erleben ist es sehr entspannend und entspannend. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle daneben, so dass es sehr bequem ist, in den Zoo zu gehen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Worst experience ever in a restaurant. On our last day here, I was having my breakfast till 10 am when the breakfast time came to an end. I asked one of the staff if I can take my tea to my room, the staff said yes. Other customers are taking drinks and food to home as well. While I was walking out of the restaurant, another staff walked past me and stared at the tea in my hand. She then rolled her eyes dramatically and let out a loud, dismissive ”tsk” sound.

简I had a wonderful stay at Merton Hotel. The staff members are all polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast service was absolutely fantastic, with great food and attentive service throughout my trip. The facilities were clean and comfortable, I would love to book this hotel again next time!

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. There is an up hill walk to the hotel I have a knee problems but I made it in 5 minutes. At the front there is a number 15 bus that take you to the airport and to the capital. It also has room for cases. It runs every 15 minuted during the day. Breakfast with a view is wonderful. The one thing that I would like is a walk in shower anf that would make it perfect.

Großes Hotel. Die Lage ist großartig und wir sind sehr froh, einen Blick auf das Meer zu haben. Das Frühstück war etwas preiswert, aber war gut Qualität. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem gegenüber meinem fünfjährigen Sohn. Wegen eines Reiseproblems mussten wir ein paar Stunden spät aussehen und das Personal war sehr gut zu Hause.
