SShifuddinI was looking for an affordable hotel in Uttara and came across White Palace Hotel. It's a really good hotel that doesn't cost too much. the helpful service guy Alamin picked me up on time from the airport. The food at the hotel is tasty, and the service is good as well. I had a really nice time, and I'm looking forward to staying there again in the future.

TTangdengIch habe hier in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Jahren zweimal übernachtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt gegenüber einem Einkaufszentrum. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind streng und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die einzigen Nachteile sind das gelbliche Wasser und die häufigen Ausfälle der Klimaanlage, die beide sehr unangenehm sind.

TTrippinDawgI recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals.
However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience.
That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Непонятная ситуация с завтраком: вечером нам сотрудник отеля говорит, что с утра нас ждет завтрак бесплатно, в качестве подарка на первое утро. После него утром нам стали говорить, чтобы мы заплатили. Мы, конечно, урегулировали это непонимание, но все равно неприятно. Из минусов номера: он маленький, кондиционер прямо на кровать дует

GGastnutzerAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

Chinesische Hostel Management sind fantastisch, Speziell Manager Mr. Shahin ist sehr gute Person. Ist sehr nahe dem Flughafen & Herz von Uttara, Sicherheitssystem sind sehr gut. In Dhaka ist überall Mosquito's Problem, aber chinesische Hostel verhindert es mit Mosquito Net. *Einige Punkte müssen sie verbessern Nr. 1/ Zahlungssystem 2/ ergänzende Frühstück Qualität und Service-System. Ich wünsche mir, dass ich wieder buchen und internationale Reisenden empfehlen werde.

Die Ausstattung ist vergleichbar mit der eines 200-RMB-Hotels in China, allerdings ist die Auswahl beim Frühstück begrenzt und dürfte dem chinesischen Geschmack nicht entsprechen.
