We booked a duplex and it was nice, but I wish there was a pantry and better layout of the area for some kind of living room given the size of the place. The resort itself was lovely and quiet over the Christmas period. Good at breakfast and dinner was good and reasonably priced.

The staffs were friendly and nice. The location is also good. It is clean and affordable. You also got a swimming pool at this price. Love this place.

Great resort. Very big room, with beautiful bar, swimming pool, gym, kid’s playroom and big restaurant with good delicious food.  Nearby is the boat ride and 30mins drive to Bach Dinh Pagoda complex and 15 mins drive to Mua Cave etc. Great hospitality by all the staff. Location is safe with supermarkets and restaurants and cafes around. There are rooms at 2nd level. Recommend for families, friends and solo travellers.

Last times I stayed in Nam Dinh I used an international chain but was disappointed. This time I stayed here and it was an altogether much better experience. Fantastic service and comfortable large room with great room service menu. There breakfast was 1st class and can’t fault anything. 10/10

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at AiLee in Tam Coc. It ticked all my boxes: 1. Great price for a decent sized roon. 2. Clean and comfortable bed. 3. Quiet location away from the main roads. 4. Beautiful view. 5. Warm and attentive service. There were small areas to improve on, of course, like the slow shower drain and the repetitive breakfast options. Still, these didn't impact our positive experience at AiLee. Strongly recommended.

I had a wonderful time at this hostel. The location is just perfect - not too far from the Tam Coc boat station, close to several restaurants/shops but more importantly, in a very quiet area to enjoy the beautiful views. The room set up was spacious and always clean. Soft mattresses and big lockers were a welcome sight. The staff were very friendly and at times I felt bad at how busy they were during the holiday weekend. But they did a great job and are always willing to help. I am grateful they had space during a busy time in Ninh Binh and at a great price. Thank you and I highly recommend this place!

3~4 May 2026 - 4 Pax 1N Narci Resort Tam Coc. Hotel Manager Jenny sent me a WhatsApp message on 2nd May to welcome us and offered her assistance to arrange for private transport & local tour etc.. Am pleased with the extended service provided by the hotel staff. Since I've yet to find a private driver, she helped to arrange for 2-way transport, pick-up from Hanoi hotel ＞ Narci Resort ＞ Hanoi International Airport (reasonable fees). We arrived at Tam Coc around 1pm, dropped the luggage at the hotel & visited Bai Dinh Pagoda. Checked-in the hotel around 9pm. A modern & beautiful resort opened Feb 2026. To our surprise, our 3x Deluxe Garden Rooms were in different villas & all on level 2 without elevator. My mom age 80 were unhappy as she couldn't climb the stairs & my sisters age 60 & 67 were unhappy that we were separated by different villas. Fortunately, there are 2x Executive Garden Rooms on the ground floor were available but one of the room has smell. So, we decided to pay additional fee for upgrade of 1x Deluxe ＞ 1x Executive + 1x FOC extra bed (3 pax), the other sister stayed the level 2 Deluxe Room. Hotel breakfast spread is good & food is delicious. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel rooms & staff service. Would suggest the hotel to state there is no elevator for Deluxe Garden Room (level 2), so that guests who are unable to climb the stairs will select either the ground floor Executive Garden Room or the Tower Standard Rooms with elevator.

Zimmer sehr sauber , Eigentümer war großartig Hilfe, da Englisch niedrig war , nur die Frage war, dass, wenn sie nicht um den jungen Sohn war, nicht viel verstanden und es frustrierend machte, jede Hilfe mit kleinen Dingen wie Toilettenpapier oder Duschegel zu erhalten , außer dieser tolle Lage und Dusche mit Bad war gut

The hotel left a good impression. The view of the mountains is beautiful — especially in the morning and at sunset. There is a small, clean swimming pool. You can rent a motorbike for 150,000 VND, which is very convenient since the hotel is quite far from the city center and walking would take a long time. We arrived by car, and the parking was easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast selection is rather limited, but the Vietnamese noodle soup is very tasty and definitely worth trying. Overall, for the price, this hotel is a solid option.

Das Hotel liegt an einem Berghang, auf dem manchmal Ziegen frei herumlaufen, was dem Ganzen einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer verfügt sogar über einen eigenen kleinen Pool – man könnte ihn auch als riesige Badewanne bezeichnen. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich mit Obst, Limonade und Wasser begrüßt. Alle meine Fragen zu meinem Aufenthalt wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, 20 Gehminuten von der Múa-Höhle (Hang Múa) und 40 Gehminuten vom Landschaftskomplex Tràng An entfernt. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und sehr reichhaltig, insbesondere die Pho Bo-Suppe. Es gibt ein paar kleine Nachteile. In der Nähe wird ein neues Gebäude errichtet, die Bauarbeiten dauern jedoch nicht lange und sind kaum laut. Das Hotel bietet außerdem kein Mittag- oder Abendessen an. Zwischen den Eingangstüren ist ein kleiner Spalt, aber es gab keine Insekten im Zimmer. Insgesamt haben das Hotel und das Personal einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Würde ich wiederkommen? Auf jeden Fall.
