I recently stayed one night at the Mayflower Grand Suite in Phitsanulok and overall had a fantastic experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spacious room. It was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable daybed and a relaxing bathtub that made the stay feel extra luxurious. The cleanliness throughout the suite and the attention to detail were impressive, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the mattress. While it wasn’t uncomfortable, it could be a bit more supportive for an even better night’s sleep.

The location is nice, and the bed is very comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the makeup mirror, which made applying makeup very easy. 😂

The staff is attentive but not intrusive, anticipating needs- remembering a coffee preference or offering perfect local advice. Little touches feel personal, like a note or a thoughtful amenity. You leave feeling genuinely cared for, not just as a customer, but as a guest. It's the feeling of ease and personalized attention that makes it memorable. And each, it’s very close to the airport and bus station.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe eines Kreuzungspunktes, direkt außerhalb des Stadtzentrums von Phitsanulok. Es liegt in der Nähe von Suermärkten, Restaurants, Kaffee und Makro. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich mit einem festen Bett, 2 Flaschen Wasser, effizienter Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Das WiFi ist gut. Während das Hotel ruhig ist, kann der Sound zwischen den Zimmern transportieren. Das Frühstück ist sehr grundlegende - Wassernelon, Salat und thailändische Reisporridge mit instant Kaffee. Es wäre gut, wenn es Filterkaffee, Saft und Toast. Das Personal ist hervorragend! Vor meinem Aufenthalt gab es eine gute Kommunikation (Sie können sie online kontaktieren) und sie begrüßten mich mit Lächeln. Die Restaurant-Empfehlung war großartig.

Geräumiges, großes Zimmer mit einem großen LED-Fernseher. Auf dem Sofa kann man gemütlich sitzen und fernsehen. Es gibt internationale Fernsehsender, aber der Empfang ist schlecht. Der Blick vom Balkon auf einen Park ist schön. Es gibt keinen Safe und keinen Wasserkocher. Die Matratze ist gut und fest. Ich habe gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist ABF. Es gibt Spiegeleier, kleine Schweinswürstchen, zwei Scheiben Schinken, zwei halbe Toastbrote und gekochten Reis mit Schweinefleisch. Alles war ziemlich gut.

Arrived after the check-in time 23:00 so the Reception was closed. I rang the bell. A male Burmese staff opened the door and quickly checked us in. He gave us the room 305 key, aircon remote and 2 bottles of water. No lift. Room is very large with 2 long counters, windows, a bedhead table between 2 beds but no socket to charge the phones I think. We charged at the counters. Hot water and aircon worked well. Wall mounted shower gel. Bring your own tooth brush set. The old small refrigerator worked well. No kettle and no safety box in room. Room was renovated in 2025 as stated in Trip.com so it was very pleasant to stay. Something in the room were old but they still worked well. We love the firm beds. Side pillows are rarely provided in hotels but they have them here. The sign at Reception is Lithai Guest House. The check out was fast and the staff was warm and smiling. The morning and late afternoon market near train station is my favorite place. We walked pass the Clock Tower to the south market and river in the morning too. Will stay again because of the large clean room, the pleasant staff and the location.

Du kannst alleine bleiben. sich sicher fühlen Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Es ist nicht schwer, etwas zu essen zu finden, bequeme Anreise, viele Parkplätze, gutes Frühstück.

Lovely place to stay. Staffs are super friendly. Coffee is delicious.
