The reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone and serving a drink in the same time commenting on the phone that she gave to serve at a prostitut@s ) and they have a really cool gym but no spa or massage The staff have to be more careful because I speak 7 languages and you never know who you have in front of you .

Das war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und ich würde definitiv nicht wiederkommen, wenn es nicht gut wäre. Zunächst einmal ist die Lage einfach fantastisch! ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧ Es ist sehr praktisch, egal ob man vom Flughafen in Bologna ankommt oder seine Reise am Hauptbahnhof Bologna beginnt. Auch das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! ദ്ദി（• ˕ •マ.ᐟ） Die Auswahl ist umfangreich, der Geschmack hervorragend, und es wird bereits um 6:30 Uhr serviert – perfekt für alle, die früh morgens mit dem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug fahren. Der Taxiservice ist ebenfalls exzellent 👌🏻 Man kommt von hier aus sehr bequem zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wenn ich wieder nach Bologna komme, werde ich definitiv wieder in diesem internationalen Hotel übernachten.

Hotel is very new reception service guest relations are excellent room is clean and tidy car parking area is vast but just one cons is to you have to take a taxi to go to city centre and it costs 25 euro, buses are not regular I waited half an hour but I failed to catch.

Great spot next to the train station. There’s actually not too much around the hotel itself but for convenience it makes sense. The room itself seemed modern and had all of the necessary plugs. Check in was easy and the elevators worked well. The showers were excellent and it came with a tub. Had all of the necessities so this hotel was a plus for me. Very walkable to the main piazza. I would rather have short walk with luggage after getting off train than a long walk staying at the center.

Der Abfluss der Dusche war komplett verstopft und das gesamte Badezimmer war überflutet, an der Rezeption angerufen, um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten, dieser wurde nicht durchgeführt, es wurde mit Badetüchern abgetupft

Bequem zu erreichen, schönes 4-Sterne-Hotel, ausgezeichneter Preis, in der Hochsaison werden diese Preise sicherlich nicht erreicht, aber gutes Frühstück und saubere Zimmer.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof, aber nur 15-20 Minuten von der Piazza Maggiore/der Altstadt entfernt. Der Service war sehr gut, insbesondere der Concierge. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Wir wohnten im 7. Stock und hatten einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens funktionierte nicht richtig und lief über. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung und empfehlenswert.

Оставался на 1 ночь. Вполне себе приятный отель. Заселили на пару часов раньше заезда. Персонал приятный. Брал номер люкс, и там была ванна! С водой проблем не было. Чисто в номере и самом отеле. Завтрак норм - много разных круассанов, печенек, нарезок мясных и сырных. из горячего - омлет, сосиски с беконом и вареные яйца. Для утра больше и не надо. Единственное - не работала кофемашина но сотрудники налили капучино все равно :) Парма в принципе небольшая, поэтому до центральной части идти 5-8 минут, до вокзала столько же

Das Gutshotel mit eigenem Michelin-Restaurant, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, besonders geeignet für den Freizeiturlaub, Zimmer-Hardware und -Software sind einwandfrei, UBER-Taxi zum Ortszentrum ist ganz in der Nähe. Die Einstellung an der Rezeption war so lala, keine Smileys.

Lovely hotel, we stayed there for 2 nights but it had everything you ned for a comfortable stay.Close to the station and bus stop. Breakfast was excellent and the Room was lovely
