It has a beautiful garden. The food in the restaurant is nice. Seats are inside in a Filipino style room, outside you can enjoy the spacious lush garden while have lunch/dinner. The rooms are large, beds comfortable. It is a bit older but the Charme of this resort is stunning. There is a shuttle boat to beaches at Samal island. Short ride to malls, with grab no problem at all. The breakfast is solid. I would say this was my best stay in Davao.

Im Dusit Thani Residence Davao für eine kürzlich geplante Geschäftsreise geblieben, und es überstieg die Erwartungen. Die Lage ist sehr bequem nahe dem Flughafen, das perfekt für enge Zeitpläne ist.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet für Arbeit, mit einem komfortablen Desktop-Einrichtung und zuverlässigem WLAN. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, es macht es einfach, sich zu konzentrieren oder nach einem langen Tag der Treffen zu ruhen.
Die Service ist hervorragendPersonal sind professionell, aufmerksam und schnell zu helfen mit allen Anfragen. Die Einrichtungen, insbesondere der Pool und Fitnesscenter, sind großartig für die Entspannung nach der Arbeit.
Insgesamt, eine solide Wahl für Geschäftsreisende, die nach Komfort, Effizienz und Top-notch-Service in Davao suchen. Sehr empfohlen.

Der Empfangsmann war untergebracht. Ich vergaß ihren Namen, aber die Hotelpersonal waren annähernd. Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe SM Lanang. Hoch empfohlenes Hotel.

It was a really a nice stay in this hotel and it has a bridge connected to the mall that can be accessed in the 2nd floor just next to the elevator. The bridge has a nice view facing the mountain. The corridors are spacious and great interior design.The room is cozy with it’s king size bed.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt organized and guest-friendly. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes.
Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Davao who’s looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

Ich übernachte immer wieder gerne in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist gut und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bettwäsche ist sauber. Als wir jedoch zusätzliche Kissen bestellten, waren deren Bezüge gelblich. Obwohl es frisch und sauber roch, wirkte es etwas unordentlich. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht beeinträchtigt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Lage ist gut. Direkt neben dem People's Park, wo die Einheimischen gerne spazieren gehen. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Zimmer sind geräumig. Gleich nebenan befindet sich das sehr gute spanische Restaurant Wobbly Pan Spanish Bistro. Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

As a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.

LLyt RodilSamal Island ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Boot von Davao City entfernt. Discovery hat ein eigenes Charter-Schnellboot zum Anwesen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir in die Hauptlobby begleitet. Von der Hauptlobby aus sehen Sie den Strand (weißer Sand, aber nicht so fein). Dort gibt es auch das Restaurant Haribsr und Morning Catch. Dann wurden wir mit Golfwagen zu unserem Schlafzimmer begleitet. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen Blick auf den olympischen Pool mit Blick auf Davao CITY. Das Anwesen hat auch eine schwimmende Kapelle, ein Kongresszentrum und Villen mit eigenem Pool. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß und hat eine eigene Terrasse.
Insgesamt ist das Resort sehr schön. Erst ein Jahr nach der Eröffnung sind die Mitarbeiter sehr nett, zuvorkommend und gut ausgebildet. Besonders zu erwähnen ist einer der Mitarbeiter, der sich um uns gekümmert hat, Sir Ching. Er hat sich besonders viel Mühe gegeben, um uns ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf den Pool zu finden. Vielen Dank!

A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

Die Kinder hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, die Spaß und gut organisierte Kinder’ Aktivitäten genießen, so dass die Erfahrung noch mehr für unsere ganze Familie erinnerlich ist!
Vor allem möchten wir den erstaunlichen Service des Personals, das so warm, aufmerksam und während unseres Aufenthalts untergebracht war, loben. Besondere Dank an Joshua Acta für die hervorragende Hilfe und Gastfreundschaft. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Devotion haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich noch angenehmer gemacht.
Wir freuen uns schon auf einen Besuch nochmal!

GGastnutzerI would like to commend the hospitality of the staffs it's safe to say that they are well oriented in accommodating their customers. The cleanliness is 101%, not only the room wherein you can't see a single mishaps in cleaning but as well as the stairs going it's thoroughly cleaned. Early in the morning you can see the staffs cleaning in the hallway. I suggest and hope that they will care to provide each floors with its own water dispenser because it's quite inconvenient to walk down and upstairs again just to get water to drink. I hope they also serve breakfast rice meals.hehe But overall it was a good stay. Surely, we'll be choosing The Strand Suites and Dormitel in our next stay in Davao. Kudos! and God bless!

The location is from the highway you have to walk to get inside if you are riding a jeepney, but taxis and cars can get in and drop you off right on the hotel's doorstep. There is a swimming pool free of charge and plated breakfast as a compliment.

AACVSantosPearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request.
My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all.
1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf.
2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN.
I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

GGastnutzerWir hatten zwei Tage lang weder WLAN noch Fernsehempfang, und die Klimaanlage tropfte. Wir haben bereits mehrmals einen Techniker gerufen. Auch an der Rezeption konnten wir uns nicht helfen lassen, aber man sagte uns lediglich, dass es keinen Empfang gäbe. Das war sehr ärgerlich, da wir den bezahlten Komfort und Internetzugang nicht nutzen konnten. Ich hoffe, dass diese Bewertung dazu beiträgt, dass das Hotel künftig besser auf die Anliegen seiner Kunden eingeht.

GGastnutzerIt was a good stay overall. We had to look for somewhere to stay because of the travel time going home and the work. Although the rates are cheap, I just wish there was a direct email/phone number to contact the facility directly. We ended up having to pay extra for checking in an hour earlier because we couldn’t reach out to anyone regarding that matter. We were only checked in for 8 hours in total.

Wwaiwaiwai2000Das Hotel ist das einzige in Flughafennähe, daher haben Sie bei einem Morgenflug keine andere Wahl. Ich war in Zimmer 1, und das WLAN war sehr schwach. Auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gering. Das Zimmer ist nicht schallisoliert, sodass man aufgrund des Verkehrslärms auf der Hauptstraße kaum schlafen kann. Bringen Sie Ihre eigene Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta mit.
Überprüfen Sie Bettwäsche und Ausstattung Ihres Zimmers direkt nach Ihrer Ankunft, um den Verlust Ihrer Kaution beim Auschecken zu vermeiden.
Das Personal ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar, daher verstehe ich nicht, warum trip.com darauf besteht, dass der Check-in vor 21:00 Uhr erfolgen muss.
Ein Massagesalon und ein Joilibee-Restaurant sind fußläufig vom Hotel erreichbar.
