Fab Platz schöne Unterkünfte außerhalb von ihnen könnte mit wenig sauber machen, aber vermuten Sie, es ist die Natur, die innere sauber ein Haus all'u bedarf es ist so der Balkon war erstaunlich Weg führt auf den See es ist selbst so mein Sohn könnte b bis nahe an die Hühner ohne in Wasser zu sein Es gibt Wassersport Shop Bar Restaurant Playarea in einem verrückten Golf Wandern rund um den See ist schön und zentrale zu gehen, um Windermere 30min Fahrt und hatte einen erstaunlichen Tag gibt auch kleine Chippy 5 min Fahrt auf der Nordstraße denken, wurde genannt war lieb Lebensmittel und OK Preis

I chose the hotel given it was next to the University that I wanted to visit. The hotel was clean, spacious and friendly staff. A special mention to Carolyn who was particularly helpful and gave me useful information about the town which I last visited 26 years ago!

Im Barton Manor Hotel und Spa mit meiner Tochter....wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit....von der Ankunft zum Verlassen des Personals kann nicht genug für Sie tun...das Frühstück ist wirklich nett...wir haben nicht im Restaurant für Abendessen gebucht, aber ich wurde von anderen Gästen erzählt ...dass das Restaurantsgericht lecker war. Wir werden sicherlich zurückgehen .

We had two rooms booked. 1 room was with elederly parents! The room given was a fair walk and was quite far from the reception area with no assistance only verbal directions. It would've been nice to have had some assistance from staff. When we got to the room the sink plughole was blocked so I rang reception to get it fixed, didn't happen! Questioned reception duty staff and he lied and he said he had it fixed by maintenance when no one even came to look at it! This isn't the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leaning over the bath to brush our teeth and everytime we needed to wash our hands after using the toilet we had to use the bathtub. Not sure I read anywhere but to use the swimming facilities the adults have to pay £10 fee. Other than that the hotel is near local shops/motorway as well.

Einfache Eincheckung und freundliches Personal.

Stayed he a couple of years ago and loved it then! Really great location. Close to train station , bus stops, lots of supermarkets and across from a park! Perfect for families, pool on site to book. We had it to ourselves a couple of times. Love this place

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed. We had a wonderful 4 nights at Thurnham Hall. The person who checked us in on the Sunday was very pleasant and welcoming. We walked the grounds and they were lovely and very well looked after.The Spa and pool were excellent. Thank you for providing such a lovely hotel for us to stay at and spend time visiting with our Lancashire relatives.

Fair & Honest.   Negatives - 1) room (single with double bed) too small. 2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down 3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area).    Positives -1) entertainment 1st class 2) all staff have obviously been well trained on how to respect customers.  3) very friendly holiday makers hotel  4) location

Loved this hotel Clean comfortable very friendly staff The room was a small comfort but had everything you needed in it ,desk,ironing board ,bath ,toiletries and very tastefully decorated Beautiful dining room and bar Excellent cooked breakfast Will return
