"I have had one of the best experiences in this resort. The location is perfect especially if you’re in Laos for visa run purposes. It’s about a 5 minutes drive to savhanaket embassy, about 10 minutes to the Mukdahan border. So for that purpose (Visa run), its location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they offer a free drop off to the border after checking out. Although there are no restaurants in close proximity to the resort, it has nice restaurants inside, a casino and a few coffee shops. I would definitely book this place again. It’s clean, the rooms are big…definitely value for money."

"We had a gecko who lived in a hole in our bathroom so sometimes he would leave waste in the bathroom… either he’s frequent or the staff doesn’t clean the walls often. but aside from that the location is good, staff was helpful (especially the people working downstairs in the building, not part of the hotel) and the room was huge."

"Ich habe vor Kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war insgesamt zufrieden. Das Hotel ist klein, aber recht gemütlich, und die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass standardmäßig kein Wasser und kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer vorhanden sind. Falls Sie diese benötigen, müssen Sie an der Rezeption nachfragen; sie werden Ihnen dann auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Minuspunkt meines Aufenthalts war die unfreundliche und abweisende Dame an der Rezeption, was einen schlechten ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Hoffentlich bessert sich das in Zukunft. Positiv hervorzuheben ist hingegen das ausgezeichnete Frühstück – frisch, lecker und mit einer guten Auswahl. Es war definitiv ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts. Wenn Sie ein einfaches, sauberes Hotel mit einem guten Frühstück suchen und es Ihnen nichts ausmacht, nach grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten zu fragen, könnte dieses Hotel genau das Richtige für Sie sein."

"Hotel staff, in particular lady on reception were great, friendly and genuinely really helpful! Even booking a taxi for us at end of stay cheaper than a tuk tuk would have been. However the room left a lot to be desired. The bed sheets and both pillows were heavily stained and one of the stains was blood, which was a large stain on the inside of the bed sheets. The room was covered in gecko poo and a gecko nest was behind the aircon unit. The hotel staff got one gecko out in the day time but two much larger ones were in the nest that came out at night and we found it very difficult to sleep here. Luckily was only for one night as we would not stay here again. Positive was the shower had hot water and was reasonably powerful"
