It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. It was super amazing stay experience,room was very clean,food was great and yummy.the staff are so lovely.will definitely come back again! Special thanks to waiter who took our family pictures,and reservation staff who assisted us when we are checked in and checked out

Is a nice place to stay, really a comfort and spacious room. Really closed to the city. The ambience is really cool. In the lobby have a board game for kids.

New & Sparking Clean . Top of city . Fresh air. Beautiful city and seaview . Spacious room 36 sq meter . Good gym and pool . Service top quality

The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.
