Lifetime Experience with unquestionable hospitality. Love to visit again in near future. Peaceful atmosphere with the beauty of nature all around. Ambience of Room was wonderful. Gandola ride and adventure activities were having unforgettable experience. Food quality is mouth watering.

We were 4, and we enjoyed every single moment out there. Also the Hosts - Basharat and Monika were awesome. First and best ever zostel experience we had. The vivid view from the balcony and wonderful woods in the backyard stole the show. Cafeteria and Bonfire were the best places to open up yourselves. The stay was really very awesome

The hosts Basharat and Monika were too good, we let ourselves out and had immense fun.
The rooms, dorms, sitting area, balconies, backyard, cafeteria every thing was on point and stole our hearts.
Really… Worth the money !

Sehr gutes Restaurantpersonal, gutes Essen und sehr willkommen. Aber enttäuscht über das Management/Wartungsteam. Live nackte elektrische Draht unter dem TV. Personalmitglied erschütterte sich während der Fernsehkontrolle. Sie gingen ohne es zu reparieren. Das Problem mit dem Fernseher nicht mit der Rezeption arbeiten. Aber niemand stört, zu kommen und das Fernseher während unseres Aufenthalts zu reparieren. Zimmer Nr. 3011

1. Welcoming and Approachable Staff
2. Beautiful property The food was really delicious. The staff was very polite but the room and ambiance of the hotel was average. The lake view is clearly a scam - the view is there but not what you really expect when you buy it. There was no power backup. As a whole, the stay was average and anyways they were charging comparatively lesser than other hostels. So, the average experience makes sense.

This hotel at the prime location of Jammu is an extremely valuable find and our go to each time we return to Jammu. It is minutes from airport and staffs always know our preference. Room are cleaned every day on request. It is very easy to step into taxis outside of hotel or request for hourly use chauffeur car. It is also very safe for solo lady traveller.

GGuest UserDie Lage war eine Art bequem, aber dann wieder, zu was?
Der Service war freundlich, fachkundig und professionell.
Ich habe auf dem Badezimmerboden ein Getränk gegossen, so dass ich einige Gewebe verwendet habe, um es zu entfernen, lach und sieh die Gewebe schwarz. Ich war gemahlen. Ähnliche Situation trat in der Wohnfläche mit identischen Ergebnissen auf. Also unnötig zu sagen, Hygiene ist nicht von primärer Bedeutung. Auch wenn der Toilettensitz geschlossen wurde, die Rückseite der Decke wurde mit, ich würde mir vorstellen, Urin gefärbt.
Die Küche: Der Chef und der Maitre de haben den Tag gerettet, als das Abendessen von einem sehr hohen Standard war, Glückwunsch, gut gemacht 👏 ✔️

KKangkan- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable.
- The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness.
- Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts.
- The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC.
- Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy.
- No wardrobes.
- Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls.
- They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort.
- If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there.
- Morning tea, you need to go outside the room
I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

GGastnutzerwhen I booked 33 hotel after reading the services at make my trip aap ,it was written that two ways pick and drop to jammu airport is Available but when I enquired hotel 33 they said that people's fault as hotel people dint give any such services details to make my trip and hotel manager told me to find out from make my trip app people. only this was upset rest stay at hotel was Good. request this false services details not to be shown coz it gives us wrong hope.

SSafwaanDie Lage ist zu Fuß entfernt von Lal Chowk. Es ist eine ruhige Straße, ziemlich sauber. Dekor ist schön, Zimmer mit Heizung und elektrischem Wärmeschrank und Fan. Warmwasser scheint morgens verfügbar zu sein, aber vor allem nicht in den Abenden möglicherweise aufgrund der Kühltemperaturen dieses Jahres. Für mich persönlich war es ein Problem, da ich normalerweise auch Abendschuhe nehmen. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein Fenster akaik. Frühstück war sehr angenehm und empfohlen. Personal ist freundlich und half mir, Auto zu bekommen sowie bei meiner Abreise. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung genügend angenehm und wenn Sie nur normal eine Dusche pro Tag machen würde es ok sein

GGastnutzerRoom description old, dampness in rooms. Amenities I.e. playing area pool, table tenis, etc was chargeable. Food (did breakfast) average in taste. Work was going on in the hotel. Pool site was available incomplete where monkeys were bathing and drinking water from it.
Good things were silent corridor, central heating system (however it did fail for few hours during the stay). Separate heating system also provided in room, view from balcony was good.

However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. GGastnutzerProperty is a franchise property therefore requires major refit in infra. Property is well below ginger standard as far as infrastructure is concerned. Service wise it was at par or better than other ginger properties. Very limited food options at restaurant. Overall ok type stay
