I had a really lovely stay at this hotel and would happily go back. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to actually relax. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed but still felt calm. Overall, great value for money and a very easy, pleasant stay.

Located on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup)  and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area. 

Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

Wir haben hier schon viele Male geblieben und alles ist schon immer gut. Leider waren sie heute Morgen etwas unorganisiert im Frühstücksraum, keine Soßen, keine Brille, keine Kekse und ein paar andere Dinge fehlen. Sie korrigierten die Dinge bald, wenn sie fragten.

Mein chinesischer Freund blieb hier mit ihrem 6-jährigen Kind, da sie nicht glücklich war mit der Lage und dem Hotel in Snow Hill. So habe ich sie hier näher zu meiner Lage gebracht. Sie mag das Zimmer, TV und die Rezeption war hilfreich. Der Park ist nahe dem Hotel, so ist die Bibliothek. Sehr nützlich für Familien. Das Kind mag die Pizza in Greggs und es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant, das sie in essen, was nicht zu teuer ist. Sie war insgesamt glücklich, dass sie hier etwa 8 Tage geblieben ist. Sie denkt, dass sie in diesem Hotel wieder bleiben würde, wenn sie England wieder besucht.

Enttäuscht staubige Sitzbäder fügen den Boden hinzu. Sobald ich ins Zimmer kam, begann ich zu brechen. Ich schlage vor, dass jemand die Reinigungsmittel nach dem Reinigen jedes Zimmer doppelt prüfen muss. Das Bild zeigt die ersten Zimmerbäder voller Haare und Staub. Als ich mich beschwert hatte, bewegte mich der Empfangsgeber mich zumindest in ein anderes Zimmer das Bett ist sehr gereinigt, aber immer noch wie auf dem Bild zeigt, war der Boden schmutzig und dumm. Ich bin dankbar für die Hilfe der Empfänger trotz der oben genannten Frage, hoffe ich, dass sie es für die Zukunft lösen wird.

Er kam früh - 40 Minuten - fragte, ob es möglich ist, sich anzumelden. Er sagte, zehn Minuten zu warten und dann sagte OK. Geh ins Zimmer und nicht bereit. Hausaufbewahrung war nicht bewusst, aber sagte, sie würden unser Zimmer schnell machen. Kein Problem. Ich wollte nur Löwe verwenden und würde später wiederkommen. Viel später zurück. Zimmer bereit und sauber. Schlafzimmer bin war nicht leer. Sehr geräuschlich vom Verkehr über Nacht. Kissen unkomfortable. Frühstück ziemlich armen. Warm anbieten spars und kalt. Kontinental begrenzt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr angenehm, was schön war und wahrscheinlich für die Mängel komplett. Wählen Sie irgendwo ruhiger, ideal.

Beware of hidden charges! They charged us £5 extra for parking because we booked through Trip.com, they claimed it was a travel agent and therefore chargeable. Where I booked it said parking included. Also I had pets with me, despite the 2 routes I went through while booking both said pets welcome, no mention of £15 extra PER pet not room. Every other hotel and I travel with pets a lot always says how much or additional charge may be applicable. Nothing on this one and they are putting it up to £20 per pet. I showed the way I booked and even checked it out, no mention of a charge. He showed me 3 ways it does through the Wyndham site. Like I am going to go through that because I know who their parent company is🤷. I was stuck over a barrel very tired and nowhere to go so had to pay. However normally I wouldn't, it's wrong, false advertising by commission and I will never use them again. Someone else who used a different method to book was getting a £5 parking charge too, they weren't happy either.
