La chambre est trop petite et le lit trop petit pour deux personnes. L’eau de la douche est pas chaude souvent il faut attendre trop longtemps. Impossible de mettre sa valise quelques part. Pas confortable dutout. Bonne situation géographique car bcp de resto à proximité. Petite piscine sur le toit chaude. Belle vue. Mais ne vaut pas son prix.

Die Einrichtungen und die Sauberkeit des Hotels sind durchschnittlich. Ich habe in diesem Hotel für 2 Nächte geblieben, aber ich konnte nicht bequem schlafen, weil die Kinder in der Nacht spät im Hotelkorridor schreien. Das Hotel Frühstück war mittelschwer und die Eincheckzeit ist auch lang.

Super disappointed
In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY.
COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED
VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE.

Das Frühstück schmeckt in Ordnung, aber ich bin nicht an diese Art von ”Buffet”-Frühstück ohne Buffet gewöhnt. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Garage, was sehr, sehr praktisch ist! Allerdings ist die Umgebung nachts in der Nähe des Hotels etwas beängstigend. Die Innenausstattung und das Innendesign des Hotels sind besonders und künstlerisch. Insgesamt gut, empfehlenswert

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

GGastnutzerThe facility was very nice and extremely well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful as needed. The room was a little small but not cramped. The included breakfast was always good. They say they have a restaurant, but if you want extra meals, you must negotiate a price, and you pretty much get what they are cooking for the meal, and not have a menu with pricing. The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The security for the facility was very good, as the entrance gate was always locked.
The website photos are accurate.
Luiz was my contact and he was great. We became friends. They even grow their own fruits and vegetables on the ranch.
My only criticism was my computer told me their security for their WiFi was out of date, and needs to be upgraded to the current version. At times the connection was a bit spotty in the room, but overall good.
Overall my stay was very nice. The access to the airport was excellent and the staff was very accommodating to arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Beware the taxi sharks you encounter at the airport upon your arrival.

GGastnutzerThis is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week.
I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return.
The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great.
View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.
The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night!
So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for.
I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week.
A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

Sie sind sehr gut, Ihnen mit allem zu helfen, was Sie brauchen. Wir haben mit ihnen eine Tour nach Guatapé, wie sie es vorschlagen und war eine wirklich gute Erfahrung.
Die Mitarbeiter sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten keine U-Bahn-Karte und sie nehmen uns zu verwenden, die wir in dem Hotel waren. Sie erklären uns, wo man hingehen, Zeiten usw. an dem Ort, wo sie eine einfache U-Bahn-Karte auf der Wand haben, dass Sie nur alle Orte sehen können, um in Medellín zu besuchen.
Der Ort ist sehr sauber.
Ich bin sehr glücklich und sicher, dass wir wieder da sein werden, wenn wir wieder nach Medellin kommen.

GGuest UserChecked in to room 106, wifi signal does not reach the room, was changed to room 102, right next to the lobby. Walls were thin and hear everything from guests walking by to conversations in the lobby. It was tolerable until night time, a young female receptionist had 3 male friends visit her during her shift, that's fine just that I could hear everything. Their conversation began to disturb my stay. I walk out and see a group talking socially in front lobby, the receptionist and her male friends/visitors, when I return to my room, the conversation stopped 10 min later. As thin as the walls were, guests were rather respectful as I surprisingly slept like a baby.

- Sehr laut, Türen und Wände sind super dünn, Sie können alles außerhalb Ihres Zimmers hören. Am ersten Abend hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt im Lobby, es war so laut, dass wir eine Änderung in den Zimmern gefragt. Das war glücklich untergebracht, aber auch das nächste Zimmer war laut (wenn auch nicht so viel)
- Um das Hotel zu bekommen und zu verlassen, benötigen Sie Personal, das an der Rezeption sitzt, aber in der Nacht müssen Sie eine Uhr anrufen, die super laut ist und das ganze Hotel wachweckt
- Einige Zimmer haben keine richtigen Fenster

SSarahEin schönes neues Hotel in El Poblado. Ein kurzer Taxi aus der Verrücktheit, die Provence ist. Der 3. Stock ist fantastisch mit dem Hydrotherapiepool und der infrarotigen Sauna. Es gibt auch ein hörbares Zimmer und ein Yoga-Zimmer.
Die Mitarbeiter waren so aufmerksam und wirklich warm. Die Qualität des Griffs und gehen nicht alkoholische und alkoholische Getränke war hoch.
- Eine tolle Kaffeemaschine.
Sie haben es mit der Frühstücksoption nageln. Keine Angst vor kalten Eiern geschraubt oder überessen bei einem Frühstücksbuffet.
