Das Hotel ist sehr gut für den Preis. Zimmer, die wir gebräuchlich geblieben haben, waren etwas datei, aber sehr sauber und die Betten sind komfortabel. Bar-Bereich groß in den Abenden für einen Drink. Frühstück für uns enthalten und war super!

Er kam in den ersten Zimmer, um zu finden, was Blut auf dem Boden im Zimmer sah. Sofort verändert durch die Rezeption. Die Klimaanlage auf unserem Boden wurde am zweiten Tag gebrochen und befestigt, aber eine schlechte Nacht wegen 26 Grad im Zimmer und ein extrem hartes und unkomfortables Bett Neuer Topper mit einem Blatt und Fan links von Haushalter gemacht für eine bessere zweite Nacht Schlaf. Das neue Zimmer hatte einen schlafenden Boden im Badezimmer, weil das Wasser in die Bühne gebrochen und vermisst wurde. Beide Zimmer hatten Tauchen, die, wo verrückt geknackt und mit schwarz in den Knacken Dusche leckte auf dem Schlauch Einige Kanäle sind nicht auf dem kostenlosen Fernsehen verfügbar. Stromkabel, wo auf den Wandleuchten ausgesetzt Korridor-Fächer sind müde und schmutzig mit vielen schwarzen Marken und weißen Punkten aus der Hauspflege Das Fenster in den Zimmern, wo klein und das Zimmer Beleuchtung ist ziemlich schlecht Frühstück war fein gewöhnlich kontinental und frisch verfügbar Mit fruchtbarer Yoghurt Blick auf Lincon Genießt den Aufenthalt, sobald das Zimmer sortiert und geändert wurde Aber ich hatte besser erwartet und hätte es lieber nicht gebeten, sich zu beschweren.

Staff were good at check in and were polite, however when another guest caused us problems and I could have escalated it a lot further, the staff didn’t really want to know or seem to care, weren’t helpful or very empathetic I had to contact trip to get resolved. It ruined the weekend away and it made me want to also leave early it really wasn’t a great time away. It was well located and had a fuel station nearby which stocked plenty of food choices and a Greggs even ! Location was good for transport ample parking too. The cleanliness was overall a 50/50 there was dust where perhaps there shouldn’t be lampshades top headboard, was a tad dated but functional, and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was overall ok, modern in some areas others lacking a bit and looking tired. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, but some bits I found weren’t to my own taste the bacon was odd to me but being a buffet type Ijust didn’t have it again, they did have pastry’s, cereal toast and condiments with drinks like juice, water tea coffee etc.

The staff were friendly and the actual hotel was quite elegant. The grounds were amazing, and there were plenty of lovely places for photos with colourful flowers. We ate dinner in the hotel and the presentation of the food and the quality was excellent. The steak was cooked to perfection. The mushroom risotto wasn't quite as good as it had some crunchy bits of rice in it. It needed about 10 minutes longer on a slow heat, and then it would have been perfect; as it wasn't that hot either. This hotel boasts that it has a spa, swimming pool, and lots of different spa room experiences. Normally, when you use the leisure facilities connected to the hotel that you're staying in, they provide towels free of charge. Not this one. We walked over with our swimwear and room key card to be told that towels were £1 each. We explained that we didn't bring a wallet, money, or a phone to pay with. We asked if they could charge it to our room. They couldn't!! They said that you can use the one in your hotel room or walk back to the hotel reception and they'd give us them. Not helpful at all. Then, we went in to find the two foot spa's didn't work, and when I said it to the leisure centre manager, his reply was ' I know as I reported them last week'. But not a sign on them to say that they weren't working! Overall, the hotel needed a bit of a spruce up; but they made up for it with friendly staff. We paid to play a 9 hole game of golf and the staff in the golf shop was amazing.

We stayed only for two nights. I guess the hotel is very old and the floor is very uneven. Whole room is slanted to one side. Kind of weird but ok. We tried the hotel restaurant and the food was very nice. Parking is also quite secured.

Excellent room very modern and spacious, very clean and quite posh, right in the center of boston in a nice old stone building

We had a lovely stay at the William Cecil, with children and grandparents in three double rooms. The staff were delightful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. They arranged a ground floor room for grandad and two twins, as requested. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the quality of the food was very good.  The rooms were lovely. Quite compact but very nice, comfortable beds, nice toiletries and a coffee machine, which was super.

Hot chocolate and biscuits to go with my stay - how cute and what's not to love! It's an impressive stay in a small, quaint village, with very hospitable and kind staff on hand. Thank you for a lovely stay!
