Sehr gutes Hotel. Ich habe hier so viele Male mit meiner Familie reserviert. Zurück kommen

The hotel is conveniently located and is in a beautiful location. The rooms are spacious, clean, immaculate, and provided lots of amenities, snacks, and drinks. The ice cream, juice, and infused water at the entry were a nice gesture to cool off the heat. The room was very nice and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Jenny in particular, was a great host

Great place to stay if working in town centre. Nathan was brilliant with all the help and guidance. Kitchen area is nice, please could a microwave be put in. Other than that beautiful place to stay, highly recommend it.

We stayed only for two nights. I guess the hotel is very old and the floor is very uneven. Whole room is slanted to one side. Kind of weird but ok. We tried the hotel restaurant and the food was very nice. Parking is also quite secured.

Frühstück war wirklich gut. Als wir erst angekommen waren, mussten wir uns selbst überprüfen. Normalerweise ist das ok, aber es gab keine Schlüsselkarten. So mussten wir auf ein Mitarbeiter warten, der gefahren war, um jemandens Klimaanlage zu sortieren. 15 Minuten später kam ein Mitarbeiter an und gab uns unsere Schlüsselkarten.  Ich mag nicht, dass ich für Parkplätze zahlen muss, wenn Sie ein Hotel buchen. Es sollte kostenlos sein, aber es kostet £8. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich und die Bar-Zone, aber die Lobby-/Rezeption-Zone konnte mit einem re-vamp.

The hotel is close to the town centre and the high street, which is very convenient. Parking is available, but it costs £20 for 24 hours. Guests can get a 50% discount on parking when staying at the hotel. The breakfast is basic, and the amenities are limited. Overall, it is fine for a one-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were good at check in and were polite, however when another guest caused us problems and I could have escalated it a lot further, the staff didn’t really want to know or seem to care, weren’t helpful or very empathetic I had to contact trip to get resolved. It ruined the weekend away and it made me want to also leave early it really wasn’t a great time away. It was well located and had a fuel station nearby which stocked plenty of food choices and a Greggs even ! Location was good for transport ample parking too. The cleanliness was overall a 50/50 there was dust where perhaps there shouldn’t be lampshades top headboard, was a tad dated but functional, and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was overall ok, modern in some areas others lacking a bit and looking tired. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, but some bits I found weren’t to my own taste the bacon was odd to me but being a buffet type Ijust didn’t have it again, they did have pastry’s, cereal toast and condiments with drinks like juice, water tea coffee etc.

Das Zimmer war großartig, sah aus, als wäre es vor kurzem renoviert worden. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel!  Schön und ruhig, bis das oben genannte Zimmer in ihr Zimmer zurückkehrte - endlos von Mitternacht bis 4 Uhr. Das Frühstück war schön mit viel Auswahl und ein schönes Entspannungsgefühl. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für die Kathedrale und das Stadtzentrum. Parken der nächsten Tür kostet £5.40 für 24 Stunden (Sonntag)

Kostenlose Upgrade von einem Doppelzimmer zu einem Familienzimmer (bestehend aus einem separaten Doppelzimmer, einem Einzelzimmer und einem WC/Dusche) in einem großen Zimmer. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Abendessen war sehr groß, 2 Hände für £15 und große Teile! Freie, willkommene heiße Trink war auch verfügbar. Das Duschewasser ist heiß, aber der Wasserdruck ist schwach (Vielleicht ist es ein ”wassersparendes” Stil? ) Warme Frühstücksbuffet waren groß, es war sehr groß, die Pilze waren sehr groß, mit kostenlosem Refill-Filter Kaffee und Tee. Es wäre gut, wenn es Yoghurt und mehr Sorten Brot gibt. Nur 5 Minuten Fahrt zum Stadtzentrum / Bahnhof.
