GGastnutzerThe accommodation was modern, immaculately clean, and provided a high level of comfort. The cleaning staff excelled, delivering service that surpassed expectations. Overall, the experience was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to be informed in advance that the check-in office is located offsite, requiring approximately a 4 minute drive from the main premises. This information would have streamlined the arrival process.

Ssamuel eelReception was very friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there is no breakfast included here sadly. There do have a gym thou in this place. Gym was equipped sufficient to work out basics stuff.
Room wise its clean and huge, kept good and maintenance well. Parking was also convenient to get to room and its near. Generally hotel is a little age and might be nice to get an upgrade.

The bed was especially comfortable, and the location was close to shops and cafes. There was also ample parking space, which made everything more convenient. Overall, a highly satisfying experience for the price.

GGastnutzerWhen l arrived at the Motel l found out that when l was doing the booking l should have taken note that there is no reception on site.When l rang the purported site the call was not a friendly one.I took an uber to collect the keys .And soon as l opened the door to my room which was room 9 l was discombobulated.It appeared no house keeping had been done prior to my moving in.The bins were all full of rubbish.The bedding had not been changed .Two McDonald’s empty drinks by the sink area.Two cups and a spoon in the sink see photos.I was then moved to room 7 which appeared to be clean but that inconvenience made me enraged😡

GGastnutzerFacilities are all good and decent. Management staff were helpful with checkin process which is complex.
Motel itself doesnt have its own reception but checkin is at different motel which is 2-3 minutes away. The only disappointment we had in our stay was the cleaners turned up well before 10 am, knocked on door and straight away entered into room while we were in there to question when are we leaving. Very disappointed with this approach of cleaning staff and they should not walk into room at all without consent. Management needs to set some expectations with cleaners. Apart from that all good.

FfemaleeeeeIch habe hier übernachtet, weil es so ziemlich das einzige Backpacker-Hostel in Hamilton ist. Es mangelt wirklich an Privatsphäre – die Betten im Zimmer sind nicht abgetrennt, es wirkt also sehr offen. Es gibt kein separates Badezimmer, alles ist im selben Raum. Immerhin sind die Toilettentüren nach Geschlecht gekennzeichnet. Ich würde mir mehr Trennung wünschen, da die Herren- und Damentoiletten direkt nebeneinander liegen. Der Besitzer und/oder die Reinigungskräfte kamen ohne anzuklopfen in die Zimmer. Über meinem Bett war die Klimaanlage, die die ganze Nacht lief und ziemlich zog. Es gab eine ordentliche Küche und einen Gemeinschaftsraum, und die Lage war gut.

-Great location
-Clean
-Spacious room and bathroom
-Heat pump which was on when i arrived which kept the room at a comfy temp.
-Kind front desk woman on arrival.
-Old world architecture.
Cons
-Noisy heat pump (albeit grateful there was one)
-No sound insulation so can hear footsteps easily.
-Bed was 2 x singles pushed together and had to sleep either side of the gap.
Tip - book a superior room type. It's my experience these are better quality. When you book the lead in room category (deluxe) they're cheaper for a reason.
I would return but not on a Friday or Saturday as the sound of the street noise and night clubs would be heard easily.
