Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever. -Travis and Elisha (Colorado, USA) PS: when we get home I'm going to try to write up a bit about our trip on Tripadvisor because I couldn't find anything about Kashgar on trip advisor since covid, and some things have changed, so I thought it might be helpful for fellow travelers, so look for that.

Very affordable, perfect location right at the entrance of the old city and includes all the basics, personal shower, wifi, free laundry, 2 water bottles per day, etc. Dozens of food options right outside the door. Smoker friendly.

This hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay. First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help. The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc. The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby. Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard. Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.

Der Service im Hotel ist erstklassig. Schon am herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption spürt man die Professionalität und Freundlichkeit. Das Einchecken verlief schnell und effizient und das Personal lächelte immer und beantwortete geduldig alle Fragen. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts reagierten sie schnell und gaben ihr Bestes, um alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Alles in allem hat dieses Hotel einen sehr tiefen Eindruck bei mir hinterlassen und ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für meine Reiseunterkunft.

Das Hotel ist in der Lage, sich zu bewegen, um die günstigsten Bedingungen zu erreichen. Ich habe ein nichtraucherzimmer ohne Fenster gebucht (nicht, gehen Sie zum Zimmer mit Fenster), weil ich dachte, es wäre mehr Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass Menschen immer noch rauchen in nichtraucherzimmern mit Fenstern. Das erste Zimmer, das sie mir gegeben haben, legte die Schlüsselkarte auf und die Strom funktionierte nicht. Ich wartete auf sie, ohne Ergebnis zu prüfen, so dass ich in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt wurde. Es ist nicht rauchen, aber ich kann klar den Rauch stinken. Es dauerte 2 Tage, bis der Rauch geräuchert, um wegzugehen, was eine Trauer ist. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber genügend für ein solo wie ich. Jede Etage, die sie 4 Linien von Zimmern gebaut haben, die 2 Mittellinien bleiben Wand-zu-Wand-zueinander und sind die „keine Fenster“ Zimmer. Ich empfehle Ihnen sicher, das Zimmer mit Fenster auszuwählen, denn das bedeutet, dass Sie nicht viele „Wände“ in andere Zimmer teilen und zumindest für den Verkehr ein Fenster öffnen, wenn das Zimmer stinkt oder wenn das Zimmer zu heiß ist. In meinem Fall riecht mein Zimmer rauch, und das Zimmerheizsystem erlaubt nur 34-37 Grad Celsius, was verrückt ist! Sehr heiß, wenn es angedreht, so musste ich es ausschalten, während ich im Hotel verbleib. Auch wenn es Winterzeit ist, ist das gesamte Hotel bereits auf Heizung. Unfähig, die Raumtemperatur zu regulieren ist ärgerlich, weil es keine Luftverschmutzung bedeutet. Es gibt eine Sprengmaschine (wie ein Fan) im Zimmer, aber es ist nicht schnell genug effizient. Das Zimmer fühlt sich extrem erstickend. Ich wünschte wirklich ein Fenster. Auch weil die nicht-Fensterzimmer 3 Wände mit anderen Zimmern (nicht zählen die oberen Stockwerke), es ist mehr schlechte Chancen für merkwürdige Lärm. In meinem Fall musste ich eine ganze schreckliche Nacht mit 2 lauten Uyghur-Paaren aushalten, die sich nicht von der Schrecklichkeit aushalten und alle Arten schrecklicher Schrecklichkeit machen können. Es scheint kein Ton für diese Wände.

Dies war ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Das Personal war insbesondere bei der Organisation von Fahrten zu verschiedenen interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr hilfsbereit. Die Dame namens Sophia sprach ausgezeichnetes Englisch, was Ausländern das Leben erleichterte. Ich würde nur empfehlen, dass sie sich bemühen, die Teppiche gründlicher zu reinigen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express near Urumqi Railway Station and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel's soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite its proximity to the railway station. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. Auf der Internet-Plattform fand ich dieses bequeme Hotel, der Chef war sehr enthusiastisch, mit Fragen und Antworten, die Zimmer fragten um saubere Hygiene, die Heizung und das Komfort, es fühlte sich sehr warm, nicht weit von der heißesten Restaurantstraße entfernt, leider hatte ich keine Erfahrung, kann nicht mehr leben, es gibt eine Chance, später wieder zu kommen.

Rein, geräumig, komfortabel. das Zimmer ist modern und etwas futuristischer. sogar kleine Details sind für Komfort wie Spiegel mit zusätzlichem Licht auf ihm, Anti-Schleifbad mat, klare Etikett für Lichter schaltet an/aus, so dass der Gäste weiß, welches Knopf für welche Lichter, automatisches Nachtlicht wechselt, wenn der Gast nachts aufwacht, um ins Waschzimmer zu gehen, um sicherzustellen, dass der Gast den Spaziergang sehen kann (für 6.5months reisen und diese sind Dinge, die fast nie gesehen werden, auch in Big Hotel Chain). Das Empfangsteam ist auch warm und willkommen. Besonderes Danke an Xiao Xia und Noor, die bei meinem Eincheck und bei meiner Ausdehnung meines Aufenthalts helfen. Reasonable Preis, sogar bieten Rabatt an 2. Nacht (verschiedene Person bieten unterschiedliche Rabatt, so wähle ich das beste Angebot.lol) Dieser Ort ist auch in der Nähe von vielen Mahlzeiten und 4 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bushalte, wo mehrere Busse dort stehen (d.h. es gibt Bus vom Flughafen bis hier, d.h. nehmen Sie die Metro und wechseln Sie zum Bus. der Bus wird hier stoppen). Bequem für alleinreisende, die auf den öffentlichen Verkehr verlassen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden (Download Baidu oder AMAP-Anwendung, um Route und Buszeiten in Echtzeit zu sehen.
