Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit guter Service. Ich bat um eine Zimmerdekoration für den Geburtstag meines Mannes, und das Hotelpersonal hielte es freundlich zu arrangieren, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Das Hotel verfügt auch über Wasch- und Trocknereinrichtungen, die sehr bequem waren - Ja. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebusservice zum Skigebiet, was es ermöglichte, sich sehr einfach und ohne Probleme umzudrehen. Ein Nebeneffekt war, dass wir einige Parzellen an das Hotel geliefert hatten, und leider war eine Parzelle aus Gründen fehlt, die noch unklar bleiben. Das Hotelpersonal war jedoch sehr bequem und hilfreich sie teilten die CCTV-Bild und machten die Anstrengungen, uns bei der Untersuchung der Frage zu helfen. Obwohl die Parzelle nicht wiederhergestellt werden konnte, schätzten wir ihre Transparenz und Anstrengungen.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever. -Travis and Elisha (Colorado, USA) PS: when we get home I'm going to try to write up a bit about our trip on Tripadvisor because I couldn't find anything about Kashgar on trip advisor since covid, and some things have changed, so I thought it might be helpful for fellow travelers, so look for that.

Ein großes Lob an den Chef und das gesamte Personal für den herzlichen Service. Der Koch kommt aus Guang'an, was perfekt für meinen Sichuan-Gaumen war. Meiner Meinung nach waren die Bedingungen für diese Gegend wirklich gut. Ich habe den Reitsport des Hotels und den Ausritt ins Flusstal genossen – es war toll, zum ersten Mal selbst zu reiten. Morgens gab es frische Milch und hausgemachtes Gebäck, das der Chef mir zum Probieren anbot – überraschend lecker!

Hat eine weitere Nacht hier bleiben, bevor ich zurück ging, und nur hinzuzufügen zu meiner früheren Bewertungstill eine konsequent gute Erfahrung insgesamt. Eines, was ich vorher vergessen habe, war, dass wir unsere Gepäck tatsächlich für etwa 10 Tage im Hotel gelagert haben, während wir umgereist waren. Xiao Mi hat uns geholfen, alles in einem Schrank sicher zu arrangieren und zu lagern, was uns während der Reise einen wahren Frieden verleiht. Insgesamt ist es noch ein sehr reibungsloser und zuverlässiger Aufenthalt mit einem bedenklichen Service des Teams.

Die Lage des Hotels ist auf der Fußstraße, um die alte Stadt Hush zu Fuß zu gehen, um 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu kommen, es ist sehr bequem zu essen, das Zimmer ist gut hygienisch und ist nicht tot, alle Einrichtungen sind völlig neu, die Wasserversorgung, das Netz ist super schnell, der Rezeptionservice ist professioneller Erstklasses, der Parkplatz im Hotelhaus ist super groß, Es gibt auch viele verschiedene Frühstücksarten. Der Preis für dieses Hotel ist super hoch. Es ist wirklich super, als ich es mir vorstellte. Ich habe zwei Tage lang gelebt und empfehle stark dieses hervorragende Hotel in allen Bereichen. Es muss 5 Punkte belohnt werden.

Wir haben das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp gewählt. Eines der Kriterien war der Transfer zum und vom Hotel. Letztendlich wurden wir nicht vom Flughafen abgeholt und konnten auch keinen Transfer organisieren. Ich kontaktierte den Kundenservice per Chat und rief nach meiner Ankunft an, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Beim Einchecken wurde uns jedoch sofort ein Transfer für den nächsten Tag angeboten, den wir annahmen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr einfach. Das Zimmer ist Standardausstattung mit Handtüchern und Duschgel. In der Duschkabine befanden sich einige Haare, die wir entfernen ließen. Bettwäsche und Bett waren aber sehr gut, und es gab einen Wasserkocher. Wir haben gefrühstückt, aber nur, um sicherzugehen, dass wir nicht hungern. Die Lage war für uns entscheidend – in der Nähe von U-Bahn und Flughafen. Wenn Sie, wie wir, wirklich Geld sparen und nur eine Nacht bleiben möchten, ist das Hotel absolut in Ordnung. Ja, es gibt ein sehr günstiges und leckeres Café in der Nähe – dort gibt es fantastischen Schaschlik!

We are a couple from Singapore. After traveling through Northwest China for more than four weeks and staying in several hotels, we found our experience at Return Inn, Kashgar, to be the best—it left the most positive impression in its price range. The owner does not speak English, but we could communicate via a translation device. His attitude was very sincere and warm, making us feel like we were meeting an old friend. The hotel is located very close to the ancient city. Although the facilities are basic, it has hot water, WiFi, and is very clean and tidy. There is no elevator, but the owner helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Highly recommended!
