Khumaum was just wonderful. The staff, food are just excellent. Apart, location was very nice. We can be able to access city center, restaurants very well.

Große Lage, schöne Umgebung, großes Personal. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Empfangsmitarbeiter und Personal je, schön und großartig erste Eindruck des Hotels. Alles über das Hotel war außergewöhnlich. Es war sauber, stilvoll, zimmer mit hervorragender Service, wo wir essen hatten. Essen war gut und großer Wert für Geld und Service war aufmerksam und effizient. Das Zimmer selbst war gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Ich hoffe, dass ich in Zukunft für einen längeren Besuch zurück sein werde.

Location was top notch, thimphu clock tower is right behind this hotel, very easy to access the tower road, many places around in walking distance. Food was excellent, also our complementary breakfast was perfect and amenities were just right. Hotel staff were very humble and polite. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at kiss villa and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment i entered, i was greeted by the luxurious ambiance and top-notch amenities. The hotel's prime location made it incredibly convenient to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The room itself was not only elegantly furnished but also equipped with all the fancy amenities one could desire. From plush bedding to high-end toiletries, every detail was carefully curated to ensure a comfortable stay. However, what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team went above and beyond to cater to my needs, displaying a level of professionalism and courtesy that exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the hotel's breathtaking views added an extra layer of charm to my stay. Whether enjoying a meal at the on-site restaurant or relaxing in the room, i was treated to panoramic vistas that enhanced the overall experience. 1/ we checked in just before dinner time and they prepared KIRA local cloth and helped us to dress up to watch the culture Bhutan performance
2/ staff Noticed my friend is not feeling well at dinner and they asked the chief to get her a local congee. Accoridng to the staff; this is what a mom will cook when the kid is sick in Bhutan . And they didn’t charge her dinner cost at all .
3/ find it interesting to l herbal water at room , which can increase happiness
