Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Service und auch das Management war hervorragend. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Auch die Küche war sehr gut. Hatten auch das Bhutanesische Menü probiert. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß leicht herum gehen.

Wonderful serene experience with flawless service and hospitality. Really enjoyed the relaxed and divine experience at the heart of Thimphu. Very centrally located. Specially want to thank Tenzin and Tshering Zangmo for meticulous care and detail.

We stayed at Pemako in Thimphu, Bhutan during our visit in March 2024 and it was an absolutely beautiful experience. The property is stunning and the hospitality is so warm and rooted in tradition and warmth. Our stay for the entire duration was extremely comfortable and amazingly looked after by a warm and friendly team. I would like to give a shoutout to Hana, who very graciously welcomed us and made sure everything was comfortable and we were well acquainted with the hotel. She also made sure and checked in for us to have the opportunity to wear the traditional Bhutanese dress and we were very touched with her thoughtfulness. I would also like to give a shoutout to Sonam who was extremely warm and took amazing care of us during our meals at the restaurant. Thank you Pemako for giving us a wonderful experience and we are already planning our round two trip, courtesy the amazing hospitality!

It was wonderful experience staying there. Great ambience, peace, beauty. Near to National Football Stadium main market area is also 5mins away. Opposite market is handicraft market. Room was perfectly lighted and arranged. No foul smell anywhere. Greatest part is having a cultural program every evening and also costumes like Kira and Gho provided by Hotel for attending the program. It was super experience to witness the cultural folk songs and dances of Bhutan with prominent artist from Bhutan cultural group. Also the staff was well dressed, behaved and mannered. Haina attend us greatly her hospitality was excellent.

Really enjoyed our visit. Guide was great. Choice of sites was great. Would like to visit again but this time possibly more nature walks and possibly spending more time with locals. Impressed with the smooth organisation. V prompt bus driver. V clean bus

Amazing building full of character in the centre of Thimpu. The cultural event was a highlight, it was both colourful and beautifully done. The room we had was large and well furnished with all the facilities you could wish for. The staff couldn't be more helpful.

The entire team at Pemako made our honeymoon stay a very special one. Tshering (Hana) deserves a special mention for her wonderful and friendly service throughout. The food was delicious at both restaurants, the cultural shows were enjoyable featuring local performers and the room was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend a stay here!
