Ich wartete ein paar Minuten, dachte mir, sie sind vielleicht auf einem Telefonanruf im Rücken - aber nachdem ich einen guten 10 Minuten wartete und schrie: ”HELLO-HELLO”, stand ich noch da warten. Ich ging ein bisschen um, fand schließlich ein freundliches Gesicht im Waschraum, und sie half mir. Sobald die Vordertafel gal kam, gab sie mir eine Schnurrbart “Kann ich dir helfen?” - und ich denke “wirklich? Nein, es tut mir leid, dich zu warten?” Ugh. Eines Mal begann sie mich zu prüfen, ging schnell und reibungslos - nur frustrierend, dass sie nie entschuldigt oder erklärte, warum ich wartete. Ich finde es unsinnig und schlecht Kundenservice. Unser Zimmer war nichts Besonderes - 2 Doppelbetten und ein Standard-Badezimmer. Die Wände sind wirklich dünn, und wir konnten die jungen Kinder hören Spaß laufen und runter die Hallen (keine Sorge) und die Leute sprechen während der Spaziergang durch unser Zimmer. Unsere Tür sagte, die Auscheckung war 12.00 Uhr, aber es war eigentlich 11.00 Uhr. Wir waren in unserem Zimmer um 11:10 Uhr und wir hatten einen Anruf, den wir verlassen mussten. Alles in allem - das ist kein schlechtes Hotel. Der Pool ist wirklich schön (warmtubuli wurde wegen COVID geschlossen) und es gibt ein schönes Restaurant, das Abendessen bot und eine Bar, die Getränke serviert hatte. Frühstück ist ein zusätzlicher $10. Wir haben nicht ihr Frühstück. Gurnee ist ein schönes Gebiet mit vielen schönen Restaurants - Einkaufszentrum ist auch ein schönes Plus. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben, wenn in der Gegend - und nur hoffen, dass bessere Kontrolle im Service!!
