Sapa. Nature View Hotel Bewertungen

Dies ist meine dritte Reise nach Sapa und ich bewerte sie ruhig. Ich war für 3 Nächte hier und bereue es. Serviceschulungen für Mitarbeiter sind dringend erforderlich. Ich habe nicht einmal ein Kostüm. Ich komme und gehe und es gibt keine Begrüßung. Am dritten Tag ging ich zum Frühstück ins Restaurant, aber es gab kein Essen, also dachte ich, sie wären jetzt fertig, aber selbst nach etwa 30 Minuten Wartezeit sagte das Personal, das nicht einmal Augenkontakt herstellte, etwas. Als ich mich umsah, sah ich ungefähr drei Gruppen essen, also fragte ich das Personal und sie zeigten mir die Speisekarte und sagten mir, ich solle wählen. Ich bin enttäuscht.

It’s a good location however, it’s a bit difficult to communicate with staffs In English. I’ve noticed that the breakfast is buffet style but I only have one plate of simple breakfast like the photos I shared. That’s disappointed. As staff is so kind, i find middle ground at the end.

Service was good. Room have beautiful view.

Good location but sometimes air conditioner is not working

Relatively great when price is considered. I had a comfortable time.

Hotel statf was friendly and helpful. Helped to contact our pick up transport when they were late.

Friendly staff, great location with amazing views and great pho for breakfast.

우선 사파라 모든 호텔에 필터샤워기 필수입니다... 하루쓰면 흙탕물로 ㅠ 경치는 쥑입니다. 근데 괘쫘증나눈괴 느준쉬간에 12시? 놀다가 둘어갔도니 직원없아서 봒에서 전화화고 10분기돨려서 들어감 전하 안됐다? 걍 노슥해써야해씀

우선 여행시기가 좋지 못했네요 호텔 위치는 깟깟마을 가는방향에 좋은곳에 위치하고있는데 호텔 앞 도로 공사로 길이 막히고 좋지 못했어요 판시판 케이블카 한달간 점검 기간이라 사파에는 방문객이 적었네요호텔 위치,친절도 조식은 좋았어요 다만 주차가힘듭니다

Our first impression when entering the hotel is a spacious and luxurious space. After checking in, the bell man brought us our things and took us into the elevator to a wonderful apartment, the room to the view was amazing, very beautiful and majestic. Looking straight down into the valley with golden stairs of ripe rice. Without those views, one can still look straight at the majestic qualities of Phanxipang. The hotel has all the services I need such as motorbike rental, bus tickets, organizing trekking tours to visit the village.... Truly a great hotel, we will definitely return and recommend it to friends

Wonderful, friendly, helpful. We have a nice room (suite family). Beautiful view, nice breakfast, accommodation. It's near from town so you can do by walk easily. However, the manager is here to make sur you have a good holidays. So i recommand if you go to Sapa !

THis hotel is very good, reception very helpful when we had problems with a tour we had booked and they didnt turn up. We found there was no Australian food in the breakfast buffet so the reception staff helped us so we had some food to eat. The reception also helped us with information to buy a phone as we had a problem and needed to ring Australia. The rooms were very big and comfortable and very clean and the walk in show was wonderful. Thank You
