Zuerst fuhr ich alleine von Süden dorthin und kam nachts an. Ich bekam ein Zimmer zur Straße und wurde früh morgens geweckt. Zweitens, gib mir ein Zimmer, das nach Wasser riecht! ! Ich wurde erst mitten in der Nacht durch den Geruch geweckt, und dann war ich am frühen Morgen sehr aufgeregt, als das Auto draußen stand. ! ! Drittens wird als Grund dafür, dass das Mitnehmen nicht erlaubt ist, die Lebensmittelsicherheit genannt. Unter Berücksichtigung der Lebensmittelsicherheit sollte das Mitnehmen nicht erlaubt sein! Viertens habe ich für zwei Nächte gebucht und bin am nächsten Tag zurückgekommen. Es waren 3 Personen im Familienzimmer und es wurde mir nur ein Satz Duschgel und Shampoo gegeben wurde am nächsten Tag nicht ersetzt und war noch benutzt und aufgebraucht, wurde ins Badezimmer gelegt, und der Müll im Duschraum (es tat weh, und das Klebeband darauf wurde auf die Ablage des Duschgels gelegt) wurde nicht gereinigt! ! ! Sehr unzufrieden und werde Ihr Zuhause nie wieder in Betracht ziehen

Das Hotel liegt in der Lanzhou Old Street und ich wohne im dritten Stock. Ausstattung und Hygiene sind objektiv gesehen in Ordnung, praktische Teeservices gibt es auch. Wenn Sie jedoch vor 1:30 Uhr morgens schlafen möchten, sollten Sie dieses Hotel nicht in Betracht ziehen. Unten in der Lanzhou Old Street herrschte noch bis 12 Uhr morgens reges Treiben. Man hörte Gesang und Geschrei und den Lärm von Kindern. Nachdem die Fußgängerzone leer war, begannen die Mitarbeiter, die Einrichtungen in der Fußgängerzone mit Gabelstaplern aufzuräumen, und die städtischen Ingenieure begannen mit der Arbeit. Sie können sich das von mir aufgenommene Video bei geschlossenen Fenstern ansehen. Ich rief an der Rezeption an und sie schickten mir freundlicherweise Ohrstöpsel, aber die Ohrstöpsel waren aufgrund des harten Klangs nutzlos. Kurz gesagt, die Einrichtungen sind hygienisch und einzigartig. Aber Freunde, die sich gut ausruhen wollen, sollten es sich gut überlegen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location - just a short walk to the old street with all its cool shops and cafes. Every morning we'd step outside and already be in the middle of the action. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The staff were super nice - always greeting us with smiles and happy to give recommendations. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our kid's favorite part was the small playground just a 2-minute walk away - perfect for burning off energy.

Only ten minutes walk from Mayan metro station and a ten minute ride to Lanzhou West rail station for airport and bullet trains. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks in a short stroll including excellent BBQ Uyghur food opposite. Room was great size and tastefully modern while lobby area stunningly tranquil and zen. Hotel is practically brand new as is the immediate city district and a few snagging problems still exist. In my room the AC Couod not be operated so a window was always open. And the fancy electronic WC appeared to have no electric connections as module didn’t work. In hall outside room there was ongoing minor repair to the flooring. Amazingly good value for money and high standard Bed and bathroom plus enormous TV all working 100%.

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced and with great service. In/on the edge of one of the old towns. They sent us a list of good food dishes to try and options for where to eat them. Highly recommend and will stay there again. 999

This was an amazing hotel, the hotel was in the old style town which was very fun (you can see my pictures of the old styled town) the hotel is stunning, classy and has a luxury vibe. The bed was amazing and the room was very big. Also the staff was great, epecially little Rui Rui, who worked at the reception. She helped us book a taxi for a small town which was a 4 hour drive, and quite unknown so she really did her best. She was kind, very helpful and kept in contact to check if we arrived safely 10/10 rating for this place

This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

The hotel itself is very well put together and great value for money. The location by the Old Street as well as close to the subway make it ideal for travelling and accessing the rest of the city.

Read my other review. Rebooked a Consecutive night stay only because I didn't want to busy myself changing hotel. Nice hotel if you look pass the querks. Breakfast and laundry is a trudge to its sister hotel through an open corridor that channels and accelerate the wind. Think cold winter morning and night. Metal door handles on the outside of the entrance. Room access card for the lift automatically lights up multiple floors. Try this when you get a top floor room. Just to mention a few. Front desk is peculiar. Friendly BUT! They are not very knowledgeable about local information. They request repeatedly for direct booking for subsequent night stays BUT they will only match the best price you can find online. What about my loyalty points and promo coupons? They also pester for perfect reviews and ratings. But they will only give generic responses, albeit politely. Very system generated barely matching current AI tech.

趁着今年清明節帶孩子👶🏻來一場説走就走的旅行。下午請了半天假，趕個下午四點多的飛機，直奔蘭州。到蘭州都晚上八點多了，先把行李放到酒店，抓緊時間去蘭州老街看看，再晚就熄燈了。這家酒店位於蘭州老街旁邊，離地鐵站不遠。性價比超高，裝修也是古色古香，房間設備也很新，服務非常不錯，尤其是“8號”和“玫瑰🌹”長得又漂亮服務又好~
