Pomelo ist ein Rohdiamant. Ich hätte dieses kleine Stück Paradies nie erwartet. Die Eigentümer/Betreiber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Sie halfen uns bei der Buchung unserer Touren und brachten uns mit Motorrädern zu einigen unserer Ziele. Sie stellen ihren Gästen zwar kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung, aber da ich nicht weiß, wie man damit fährt, boten sie an, uns mit dem Motorrad zu bringen. Mir gefiel auch, wie das Frühstück zubereitet wird, wenn man herunterkommt, sodass alles heiß und frisch ist. Lass Vy auch die Kokosnüsse direkt vom Baum holen! Das war so ein Genuss! Ich werde das nächste Mal wiederkommen, um zu bleiben und etwas mehr zu entspannen!

Stay here! If you are wanting to get away from the market feel of Hoi An, this is the perfect spot. You are immersed amidst lush greenery, rice fields and farms in the everyday life of Vietnam. You are offered free bikes to roam safely to the local restaurants. Basket boats, cooking classes and kayaking are nearby. The property has a somewhat bohemian and VERY peaceful eco feel with thoughtfulness put into every detail. The rooms are clean, cool, spacious and tastefully designed. The pool is perfectly situated for lounging the day away with no plans. The owners are warm, hospitable and sweet humans who want you to have a good experience. I came here solo but imagine that it’s also a perfect place for couples. This was the cherry on top of my trip to Vietnam. You deserve absolute tranquility surrounded by nature and the local life in good hands, just do it!

올드타운 외곽에 있어 조용하고 아침에 산책하기 너무 좋았습니다. 새벽 3시 도착인데도 우리 차가 도착하자마자 반갑게 맞아주셔서 감사했습니다. 주인부부와 가족들이 함께 살고 있는데 화목한 모습이 정말 좋더라구요. 그리고 더 좋았던건 아내분 음식솜씨가 훌륭하시더라구요. 3박동안 행복한 조식 누렸습니다. 이번엔 호이안에서 3일밖에 못있었지만 다음엔 더길게 이곳 포멜로가든 숙소에 머물것입니다.^^

다녀온지 벌써 2주가 지났네요... 그곳이 그립습니다...포멜로에서 지내는 4일동안 너무행복했고 잊지못할 추억이었습니다...특히 여사장님 음심솜씨가 최고였어요...밖에서 사먹는것보다 훨씬 맛있고 가격도 저렴한편이라 점심, 저녁 자주 부탁드렸었는데 지금도 생각납니다. 남사장님 항상 웃으시고 배려해주시고 감사했어요...식당이 뚤린공간이라 모기가 좀 있었어서 아이들이 모기에 물린거랑 세면대 배수구 물이 좀 늦게 빠지는것 빼고 모든게 좋았습니다... 담에 호이안에 가게된다면 꼭 다시 묵으러 갈께요~

부부가 운영하는데 부담스러울정도로 친절합니다. 마당에 수영장도 있고 시끄럽지 않은곳을 원한다면 추천하구요. 호이안올드타운에서는 차로 10분정도 걸리구여 개인적으로 분위기나 가격면에서 다시한번 방문하고 싶네요

This is a lovely little homestay although you are in a separated room with its own entrance which is nice. There are 6 units and we were in an upstairs one. The owners are passionate friendly hosts, the housekeeping is excellent and efficient and rooms are spotless. The pool is big and it’s a nice spot to relax by and swim in. . The garden and outlook is pretty. The breakfasts are spot on, could not ask for more. The location is a little way from the center and we understood that we used grab which worked well. The hosts softened the bed for me upon request. Thanks very much it worked. The shower pressure was very good. Water does go everywhere though as it’s an open shower. We knew that too. Could do with a few extra towels because of this but they always were prompt when we asked for anything in the room and for pool towels. There are a few minor updates required that we missed such as bedside lamps and a clock, the towels were ok but could do with an update. All the soft furnishings were new and clean or atleast they looked that way which was very nice, so we do think they progressively update things. It was a lovely stay and a great local experience. Other guests were from all over the place. It was well priced for what we got and wish the owners the best. The bikes were too big for my short partner though.

Hoi and Vye made our stay a wonderful family memory. The property feels like home and is just a faultless experience. It is the best location and way nicer than being in the in the centre of Hoi an . There are some places so perfect you can't believe your luck in finding them. That was out experience at Pomelo Garden. The hotel we originally booked was very disappointing so we moved after one night. That disappointment brought us the great fortune of finding this little gem, tucked away in the rice fields between the town and coast. Part of me hesitates to write this review in case this place becomes to busy and popular, but the couple who run it (and live here with their extended family) deserve every possible success. Hoi and Vee (sorry about the spelling!) are the friendliest, happiest and most helpful hosts you could wish for. Nothing is too much trouble. You'd like a vegetarian version of something in the breakfast menu? Just ask! Some yoghurt to go with your morning fruit platter? No problem! Breakfasts are fresh, delicious and substantial. The juice is freshly pressed, often from fruit grown on their trees. In fact, you might have problems getting a coconut juice at night because it is too dark for Vee to climb a tree to get one! Food is available at lunch and in the evening; drinks are available all day. The minibar is priced the same as most local shops. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and efficient air conditioning. Outside the room was a small terrace with seating area overlooking the stunning gardens, pool and family fish farm. We saw butterflies, dragonflies and even a kingfisher. We borrowed the free bicycles and cycled into town with no problems. It's about fifteen minutes by bicycle, twenty if you take the longer but quieter and more beautiful route through the paddy fields. You can reach the edge of town within ten minutes. You are also well placed to cycle to the coconut village, coast and vegetable village. Taxis are easily available if you prefer. This was far and away my favourite place we stayed in Vietnam. In fact, the next time we see a good flight offer and have annual leave available we plan to come back for a two week stay. Don't hesitate, just book. You won't have any regrets. Just, please, don't come when I want to book!

A hidden oasis, 10 minutes from Hoi An old town. The pool area was amazing, it felt like our own private villa. The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. Breakfast was very tasty, especially the homemade jam!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. The keepers are so friendly and are willing to help you any way possible. We stayed in a beautiful room and the swimming pool and the garden is lovely. The breakfast was tasty and they offered to make pancakes outside from the list. They even make a cake as a surprise from my daughters birthday. Location is about 10 minutes by taxi from centre of Hoi An, in nice, peaceful area. Really hope to come back there.

This was our third stay at Pomelo Garden Villas and our first after Covid. Vy and Hoia have not only retained their incredibly high standards, but also made some significant improvements. The rooms are still immaculately cleaned and perfectly equipped with everything you could possible need, right down to proving you with flip flops! The complimentary toiletries are good quality, as are the towels and the linen. Since our last visit they have constructed a fantastic pool and small walkway to a pergola set into the middle of the lake. It’s such a lovely, peaceful place to sit in the evenings and take in the idyllic surroundings. The grounds are still perfectly maintained, with beautiful flowers strategically placed throughout the gardens. The short cycle ride through the local paddy fields into the centre of Hoi An is a joy; passing the water buffalo and smiling, incredibly welcoming locals. Being on the outskirts of the main town is perfect, as you have all the benefits of being close to the picturesque Hoi An with the tranquility of the countryside. The breakfast is amazing. We also had several evening meals on the premises. The food was fantastic, with fresh produce used throughout - as good as any of the restaurants we tried in Hoi An. We will return and can’t recommend it highly enough to others.

Nous avons adoré cette pause à proximité de Hoi An. Ils sont tellement gentils. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres avec vue sur la piscine. Le cadre est sublime, un havre de paix. Les chambres sont encore plus belles que sur les photos. Plein de petits restos à proximité quand nous n'avions pas envie d'aller dans le centre.
