Es ist ziemlich durchschnittlich, nichts Besonderes. Das Beste ist, dass das kostenlose Frühstück in Ordnung ist, der Abholservice vom Flughafen auch in Ordnung ist und es unten eine Mikrowelle zum Aufwärmen von Mahlzeiten gibt.

All the receptionist are very friendly and smiling face. There is one popular shopping mall Target nearby walking distance of 15 mins. The spread of the bf do not has much choices but acceptable. The hotel is nearby the airport, you can see the flight landing from far.

Location is great. Less than 10 minutes by car from airport. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The biggest beef I have with the service is that the reception said due to overbooking by the hotel my room type (2 queen beds) was not available anymore. I paid extra for this room type and I ended up having to take a king bed and sofa bed. I had to sleep on the sofa which was not as comfortable. I demand that the hotel refund me a part of my booking for this hotel.

Great stay! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for catching an early flight.

Nice hotel nearby airport...

Nice indoor pool but not that large. Staff very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast is good with waffles, eggs and sausage.

The airport shuttle ended earlier in the evening than we anticipated, which caused us some stress on arrival. However, our stay more than made up for the stress! Beds/bedding/pillows were delightfully comfortable, room was spacious and quiet, and the shower was hot with amazing water pressure - exactly what we hoped for after international travel!

TERRIBLE STAY!! I attempted to discuss these issues with the 2 male evening desk attendants and was told that the hotel was very full and nothing could be done!! I was initially given the wrong room and had to change; new room did not have bedding for sofa bed as well as empty shower amenities; plugged in hair dryer and fuse blew- no lights or electricity; bugs flying out of sink drains; AC could not keep room cool when set at lowest temp; we drove around the hotel lot- not a single spot available- asked attendant and was told they were full and to drive over to the La Quinta back lot-only spot available was on a back gravel area covered in trash, next to a boarded up vacant building with no lights or security cameras and walked back in the dark w/ 2 kids. Very unsafe. I asked if that is what the $40 private parking fee was….replied yes, we are full and was turned away by hotel desk; discussed with Hyatt customer service and was assured the hotel manager would contact me which never happened. $40 parking fee is a complete rip off as the spots are occupied by park and fly customers- NOT families staying at the hotel.

Hotel was good. Loved the shuttle from the airport. Before booking I called and asked if they had cribs available and they said yes. I booked the hotel well in advance, few weeks out. I asked to make sure I get one for our 15 month old. While booking the hotel I also requested a crib but when we arrived, after traveling for 18 hours, we were told no cribs were available. Very disappointed by that. Everything else was great.

Not bad for a short stay.

The best place to stay if you’re attending a concert at the Allstate Arena. It’s just a short walk away from the venue and has a lot of stores close by.
