As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

Das Haus ist schön und geräumig. Die Küche hat alles. Sie können Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Es gibt kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee zum Trinken im Erdgeschoss. Der Kaffee ist nicht schlecht. Es ist die Art von Kaffeemaschine. Knapp 6 Tage, keine verschiedenen Dienstleistungen zum Reinigen und Wechseln der Handtücher! Das Hotel sollte nicht in Betracht ziehen, alle drei Tage einmal für Kurzzeittouristen zu reinigen. Und die Check-out-Zeit war offensichtlich 11 Uhr. Ich fragte im Voraus, und Ctrip schrieb 11:00. Als ich ging, sagte mir die Dame, dass Sie um 10 Uhr auschecken sollten. Sehr unangenehmer Ausdruck.

Dieser Ort fühlt sich wie ein Rückgang zur Zeit von Marie Antoinette ... ohne Guillotine. Es ist weich, schüttelnde Farben und eine große Spirale Treppe in der Mitte der Lobby. Das Zimmer hatte eine Dekoration, um mit roten und gepasten Wänden zu passen. Obwohl das Zimmer ein wenig um die Ecken verbracht war, war es immer noch dürre, komfortabel und ziemlich romantisch. Ich liebe den Charme dieses Ortes!

Yes the hotel has a great location but many other hotels are close-by. As part of our criterias to chose a hotel in the summer months is the availability of Air Conditioned rooms. Which the hotel said they offered. What they failed to mention was that it would not go cooler than 76 F (24C). To be clear, during the day we are out and about and dont need AC but to sleep, we like for the room to be cooled down by a few more degrees than 76/24 (and to be frank, the AC being off all day, it took a while before it even hit that if it did.) Instead of writing a public review, we wrote directly to Ibis Group suggesting they specify on their listings that they have this limit only to receive a very rude answer from the hotel manager. So very disappointed on the AC and management's answer to our email.

Our hotel which couldn’t extend our stay found us this one for two nights. The location of the hotel is perfect for sight seeing, metro right in front and streets that take you to central sights make for enjoyable walks. Hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is a good value, offering juices, coffee along with a variety of fresh bread items, fruit cocktails , fresh cold cuts and all the other typical breakfast items for 10 euro, which compares well with area restaurants offering bread/ croissants coffees and juice only for 6-12 euros . The room was spacious , newly updated, clean with excellent firm bed and linens. The bathroom also had everything one needed and a good shower. A note here that the bathroom is frosted glass walls so everything can be heard and privacy may be a concern for some. The only reason I didn’t give the highest rating is that we had a non stop electric buzzing background noise and periodic clicking electric noise in the room all night so I could not sleep very well. It may have been an issue with our room only(201), apparently the last available room.Given we were leaving after 2 nights and no other options,I accepted it .

In einer ruhigen Straße, trotz der Nähe des Boulevards, 5 Minuten vom Kapitel, 150 m von den Busstationen JEAN-JAURES,. Lachende, warme, vorbeugende, hörende, verfügbares Personal; komfortable, saubere, mit Klimaanlage, ganz weißer Korridor und Lobby, Dekor für die Ausschaltung von Holzrahmen, All dies gibt der Unterkunft Wärme und einen gewissen Charme, Zimmer mit Blick auf oder Zugang zum Patio, sehr komfortabele Betten, zusätzliche Cousins, Sauberkeit, ruhiges Hotel, kontinentales Frühstück gut; Kleiner Bemol: Zimmerservice nicht immer oben: 1 nur ein Handtuch in einem Doppelzimmer, keine Schranke, alles hat bei der Rezeption gefordert, dass das Zimmer nicht ganz alle Tage gemacht nicht stören, aber gezwungen, um Toilettenpapier am 4 e Tagen zu beantragen, Neben diesen kleinen Unbehagen bleibt das Hotel sehr angenehm und sehr gut gelegen, empfehle ich.

Das Hotel Ours Blanc - Wilson befindet sich im Zentrum von Toulouse. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt dort wegen seiner zentralen Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück serviert war ein typisches Frühstück - lecker mit vielfältigen Wahlen. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich und professionell. Alle unsere Bedürfnisse und Sorgen wurden versorgt. Wir würden sicher noch einmal dort bleiben.
