It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are well maintained and staff members are very humble and co-operative.

Varthable money for staying good staff and receptionist. The place is also good near the railway station.

First of all, i was travel-ling from chennai to tirupati for temple visit. Unfortunately i got evening train which arrives to tpty at 6pm. Adarsh residency is clearly invisible from tpty railway station, near the colorful underpass and auto drivers in the same road never heard about it. One auto driver misguided us and we ended up walking for few meters. We checked in at 6pm, the receptionist strictly told that we need to check out by 12pm next day and cannot allow us to stay till 6pm next day (mentioned mm t booking works like that. Not at all flexible and understanding. Most of the rooms were vacant. Coming to price i paid rs. 2200 for just 13hours (6pm to 7am next day) for a 4 bed ac room through mm t but their regular charge for the same room is rs. 1900 max to max. I lost roughly rs. 300 as i booked in mmt. Room quality: average room, 4* 5rs medimix soap, blankets and towel quality i wish not to remember and not to use. Lift gave me a claustrophobic feeling and most of the time lift was not working. Wifi details, landline details were kept hidden from the customer. Room service was available all the time for namesake. I told them to provide us coffee or tea at 6am so we can start our temple visit, room service were so busy and it took them to reach our room by 7am (5mins before we checked out. Wonderful experience which i try to forget and got scoldings from my parents for choosing this one.

It was good stay, staff was good. Very near to railway station. Bathroom should be cleaned more. Thank you

I couldn't locate by myself by means of the google map. I had to take the guidance of the auto driver. Amenities are ok. Hotel service is good.

The hotel room & bathroom was very clean and tidy. Good to stay for one day or two. Since they do not have windows. Prefer going for ac rooms. The hotel management was very polite too. Nice stay overall !

Location is near to both railway station and bus stand. Rooms are not up to the mark, services are poor. Always found lift is not working, very problematic to go upstairs upto 3rd floor without lift.

The hotel stays in a good location walking distance to the railway station and bus stand. Hotel staff are good and friendly.

Nice location and decent management, near rooms, they arrange tea on demand, only soap and towels given.
