Das Hotelpersonal zeichnet sich durch größte Freundlichkeit und Professionalität aus. Es beginnt schon mit lauter kleinen Details zur Begrüßung und setzt sich über den gesamten Aufenthalt fort und endet mit freundlichem Winken mit farbigen Tüchern zum Abschied. Dieses Hotel hinterlässt den starken Wunsch nach baldiger Rückkehr.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Service und auch das Management war hervorragend. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Auch die Küche war sehr gut. Hatten auch das Bhutanesische Menü probiert. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß leicht herum gehen.

Perfect blend of authentic Bhutan experience with all the comforts of modernity. Excellent mountain views from both the rooms, which were really spacious. Short walk to town center which offer quaint cafes and shops. Very friendly staff, both at frontdesk and restaurant. good buffet spread and nice indoor heated pool with a jacuzzi. Only blip was a very patchy wifi - hopefully one off and hence not docking star because of it!

The hotel exudes an old-world charm with beautiful Bhutanese aesthetics, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally helpful and polite, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Manager Mr. Tika Ram Rai and staff members Mr. Sonam Penjor and Mr. Thsering Nedup for their outstanding service. Their dedication and attentiveness truly enhanced our experience, making it memorable. The combination of the hotel's unique ambiance and the exemplary service provided by these individuals makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommended for an authentic and delightful Bhutanese experience.

The hotel welcomed us warmly with a traditional 'kata' greeting and yak butter tea, followed by a prayer led by a monk within the hotel premises. They provided us with traditional Bhutanese clothing for a day, assisted us in wearing them, and hosted cultural events every night featuring traditional dances and songs. Breakfast was delicious, accompanied by a musician playing soft, calming tunes on a flute and a Bhutanese string instrument. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was exceptionally clean. They also had an excellent sauna and steam room. The hotel's location was ideal, with numerous attractions nearby. After checkout, I realized I had forgotten my sunglasses. Upon informing the staff, they promptly found and safely stored my glasses for two days until I collected them on my return journey. Overall, I was impressed by the hotel's hospitality and emphasis on cultural immersion. Simply remarkable. and of course , the rooms and the hotel is extremely beautiful.

The team at Pemako Thimphu was outstanding! What a wonderful greeting and farewell, as well as friendly, attentive time in between! The food was great, cultural activities fun, and the hotel perfect for us. Hana immediately helped us when we left some documents behind. We highly recommend the hotel and team at Pemako Thimpu!!!

We spent two nights at the Pemako Hotel in Thimphu and were met with exceptional warmth and hospitality. The daily cultural program, featuring traditional Bhutanese dances, was a delightful highlight. We would like to particularly acknowledge the staff members Hana, Santosh Subba, and Pema Zangmo for their constant assistance and support during our stay. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Bhutan

Air-conditioned was not working most of the time. Your herble water was very good. Your staff Pema, Aman and others was very helpful and courtesies. The rooms lights was not satisfactory and the interiors was also very dark the same can be in light colours

The hotel is lovely. Every single employee greeted us and made us feel so welcome. The blessing from the monk on property was a great way to start our trip. The room was beautiful and workout room outstanding. The hotel is right in town, so there is easy access to everything.
