Reservé en este hotel especialmente para celebrar la noche de mi cumpleaños. Como había disponibilidad, tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos un upgrade, así que pudimos disfrutar de una de las suites. A pesar de estar en pleno centro de Madrid, la habitación tenía un ambiente cálido y súper acogedor, casi como estar en casa. Cada detalle hacía que nos sintiéramos especialmente cómodos. La cama era enorme y las almohadas, súper híper cómodas. Me sentía en una nube! El baño era muy amplio y el espejo del lavamanos tenía luces regulables, perfectas para maquillarme. Además, la habitación incluía sauna, un detalle que me esperaba, pero igualmente sorprende cuando lo ves. También nos dejaron caramelos y agua de cortesía. Los productos de baño no sé de qué marca eran, pero olían muy bien. En general, si no fuera porque esa misma noche mi pareja rompió conmigo, definitivamente volvería a reservar. La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado del Parque del Retiro y de la Puerta de Alcalá.

SuperB Zimmer für eine Woche sind geräumig und schön, aber Hofblick? Gartenblick muss vermieden werden. Das Restaurant wurde vom Morgen angehoben und mit großem Geräusch aufgewacht, um 6 Uhr aufgewacht und schlief falsch aufgrund der Musik bis 12 Uhr jeden Abend am Abend ....it wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn es nicht nur dieses ...dass ich empfehle, ändern das Fenster zu einem geräuschdichten Fenster. Das Hotel selbst ist ziemlich gut gemacht

Excellent stay, just as expected from this brand. I upgraded to a higher floor and bigger room for a small fee and really enjoyed the room; spacious, stylish, spotless, and with very comfortable bedding and pillows. The in-room entertainment was great, with a soundbar for Chromecast/YouTube, plus the option to request a turntable or guitar at no extra cost, which was a fun touch. I didn’t use the pool, bar, or restaurant since I preferred exploring the many great dining options within a 5–10 minute walk. The hotel’s location is good: very walkable to Atocha Station (my main reason for choosing it) and close to the city’s three major museums. For getting into town, buses are generally more convenient as the nearest metro is Line 1; for Line 3 (Lavapiés) it’s a short walk, but the route is lively with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel is quite large and conveniently located slightly inside from the main street, in a quieter inner area. This actually makes car access very comfortable and convenient. The room itself was great — blackout curtains (which are very important for good sleep), a comfortable mattress, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The service was also good and professional. For a short stay, the price-quality ratio is absolutely fair. Overall, we were satisfied and would consider staying here again.

Love the theater theme throughout the hotel. The spiral staircase is a work of art, and the overall atmosphere is very sophisticated and chic. It really stands out from standard chain hotels. On the location: Perfectly situated on Gran Vía! I was able to walk to almost everything. Near Callao, Sol, and the Royal Palace are just minutes away. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, which made the stay even better. Many thanks to Roberto and Patricia at the front desk for their exceptional service. Roberto was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging luggage storage while I continued my trip to Morocco. Patricia’s warm personality, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out from organizing my wake-up call to advising on the best route to the airport to avoid morning traffic. Always kind and smiling, she really makes you feel at home. Lastly, a big thank you to the lady for arranging help with my two large pieces of luggage, and to another gentleman at reception who made my check-out seamless. I forgot their names. But I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent location, but also for its stylish art deco and theater-themed rooms, which I find very stylish and defo a nice break from the standard and generic hotel decor standards. Especially the staffs who truly make me feel at home.. Thank you!

Location is ok. 10-15 mins walk from the Atocha station. Easy to travel around the city and main scenery spots. Big hygiene issue! Spotted blood stains on both the sheet and the quilt. Although the staff reacted quickly after I reported the issue and had the house keeping staff changed into new beddings, this is still UNACCEPTABLE IN ANY CASE.

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich mehr als Airbnb bin, wenn ich das Zimmer mit 90 Flaschen sah, dass ich das Schatzhotel bekam. Wenn Sie sich an die E-Mail-Registrierung im Voraus gewöhnt haben, werden Sie Ihren Passwort öffnen. Wichtig ist, dass das Hotel ohne Empfangsbüro ohne Gepäckspeicher ist. Um 11 Uhr muss es abgegeben werden. Die Schachtel 5 Euro eins. Wir haben mehr Gepäck und genügend Spaß, um es zu platzieren. Ich habe mehrere Runden aufgegeben. Das Zimmer kann nicht um einen halben Tag verzögert werden. Ich habe das Zimmer für einen Tag direkt mehr geplant, um das Gepäck zu liefern. Ich kam um 6 Uhr nach Hause und holte die Gepäckstücke.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum ich, wenn ich über 150€ pro Nacht zahle, keine kostenlose Flasche Wasser bekomme. Wie viel kostet es? 15 Cent? Aber ich muss noch 2 € von der Minibar zahlen. Dies steht nicht im Einklang mit dem Stand des Hotels. Außer hier, großes Personal und eine freundliche Einstellung gegenüber den Gästen. Sehr schönes Zimmer und eine bequeme Lage zwischen Madrid Zentrum und Flughafen.

The apartment was hugely overpriced. The location is nowhere near the plush area of Retiro as suggested by the apartment description. The apartments are tiny with no natural light. They are very dark and depressing. The water takes a long long time to heat up. There has been money wasted on fancy bathroom sinks and wooden floors when comfort should be the number one priority. The beds are really terrible and really hard. I developed back and shoulder pain within a few hours of trying to sleep on the bed. The human spine is S shaped and if you lie on a decent bed your shoulder and hip should sink into the mattress. This offers vital comfort and support. The pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable and in the two upstairs apartments you can hear the people in the next room loud and clear. The equipment in the kitchen is very restricted. Not enough knives and forks and the cutlery provided is not suitable. Steak knives all two of them to spread butter!!! Nothing to cut loaves or other food stuffs. Half a tea towel and no kitchen towel which is not practical to buy for a 1-3 night stay. Two toilet rolls, not enough for a 3 person stay. Considering the extortionate price charged for the tiny so called Junior Suite, the owner should have provided more comfort and facilities and the beds are truly terrible and lack of sound proofing being able to hear my neighbours farting was pretty awkward. However, the lady on Reception Mayumi was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was kind and considerate and a real asset to the company. The male members of staff were not remotely helpful whoever they were. Not a place I would recommend and certainly not at that price with beds that feel like you are sleeping on the floor with a sheet and pillow!

Wir kamen um 3 Uhr (zeitlich geprüft) in die Wohnung und fanden heraus, dass ein Reiniger noch im Mittelpunkt der Reinigung war. Wir sprachen mit der Rezeption, die sofort einen weiteren Reiniger schickte, um zu helfen und sagten, dass die Wohnung in 10 Minuten bereit wäre. Wir kamen in die Wohnung 20 Minuten später und fühlten sich so, als ob der Boden nicht gemoppt worden wäre. Ich blieb dort für 5 Nächte und fand, dass die einzigen meiner Slips schwarz waren, die immer schmutzigen Slips im Waschraum nach der Dusche hinterließ. Wir hatten in einem 2-Zimmer-2-Waschzimmer-Wohnung geblieben. Das Möbel war jedoch sehr seltsam. Während das Master-Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten zusammengestellt war, war das andere kleine Schlafzimmer mit nur Schleiftür mit einem Doppelbett! Mein Freund war in einem 2-Zimmer-Wohnung 1 Waschzimmer hat eine viel bessere Konfiguration, die ein normales Doppelzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer ist (wie auf der Website empfohlen). Außerdem war der Wohnzimmer ein bisschen dunkel. Im Allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt noch ziemlich zufriedenstellend. Das Empfangspersonal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und effizient. Die Bereitstellung von grundlegenden Kochelemente einschließlich Öl war gut. Eine Sache in Reinigungs-Kit und Toilettenpapier war jedoch für einen langen Aufenthalt unzureichend. Wir mussten zur Rezeption gehen (nur öffnet 0900-1700) um zusätzliche Lieferungen zu erhalten. Wünschen Sie dem Reiniger würde den Ort nach der Aufenthaltsdauer der Gäste lagern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr günstigen Lage. 5 Minuten bis Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Atocha, 2 Minuten bis Carrefour Express, 7 Minuten bis Lidl Supermarkt. Es gibt auch einen anderen großen Supermarkt Dia in der Nähe. Vor allem bietet das Gebäude kostenlose Gepäcklagereinrichtungen in 3,4 & 5 Etagen. Sie brauchen 1 €, um den Schließfach zu betreiben, aber Sie können es zurück, wenn Sie den Schlüssel zurückgeben. Das ist wirklich bequem.
