Review of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences, Madrid I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Faraona Luxury Residences in Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return and make more wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel!

Das Hotel besticht durch seine erstklassige Lage an einer Hauptstraße in Madrid, nahe der Puerta del Sol, und ist auch in der Nähe weiterer Sehenswürdigkeiten. Obwohl das Zimmer nur Innenblick und keinen Blick auf die Straße bot, war es insgesamt zufriedenstellend und bot ausreichend Platz. Das Hotelpersonal war zudem sehr freundlich. Einzig die Schalldämmung ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man von einem Crowne Plaza Hotel erwartet. Liegt etwas abseits des Hauptviertels, aber nur 2 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn (dem wichtigsten Fortbewegungsmittel in Madrid) entfernt. 10 Gehminuten nach Retiro und in 5-10 Gehminuten gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl

Hygienisch und bequem, in der Mitte der Puerta del Sol, des Bahnhofs Atocha und des Terminals des Flughafenbusses gelegen. Der Zug und das Flugzeug sind bequem zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen und zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Lage ist nicht die beste in Madrid, aber direkt neben dem Retiro-Park. Der Park ist super schön und einen Besuch wert. Vom Hotel zur U-Bahn-Station (Sainz de Baranda) sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Bus ist es aber einfacher, wir haben ihn am häufigsten genutzt. Nach Sol ca. 35 Minuten. Der Service war sehr gut, die Rezeption spricht Englisch. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, es gibt eine gute Auswahl. Das Zimmer ist auch sauber, täglich gibt es eine Flasche Wasser. Wenn Sie eine ruhige Wohngegend mögen, ist es auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel is quite large and conveniently located slightly inside from the main street, in a quieter inner area. This actually makes car access very comfortable and convenient. The room itself was great — blackout curtains (which are very important for good sleep), a comfortable mattress, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The service was also good and professional. For a short stay, the price-quality ratio is absolutely fair. Overall, we were satisfied and would consider staying here again.

This hotel is conveniently located near Calle Alcala and it is about a 7 to 12 minutes ride from the airport. Ciudad Lineal metro station is very near. From there you can use thr Madrid Metro system. The hotel is well maintained and the room was really clean. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The only thing that could be better is to try to grant the guests’s requests. I sent one about having certain room ( I have stayed here 13 times including this time…) I didn’t even get a reply from the hotel. Regardless of this, the hotel is a very good choice and I still enjoy this place. I want to mention Raul from the breakfast buffet. He is a great asset for this place keeping with the other staff as neat and efficient as ever. Muchas gracias

Alles war perfekt, bis auf die Lage des Hotels. Es liegt etwas weit von der nächsten Metrostation und natürlich abseits der Haupteinkaufsstraße und der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Komfort des Zimmers hat das aber mehr als wettgemacht. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war stark, die Bettwäsche sauber und frisch, und Klimaanlage und Heizung funktionierten einwandfrei. Auch der Reinigungsservice war hervorragend, und wir bekamen sogar eine Dose Olivenöl als Willkommensgeschenk sowie einen Bagel zum Dreikönigstag. Wenn Sie Wäsche waschen möchten, beachten Sie bitte, dass der nächste Waschsalon etwa 7 Gehminuten (300 m) entfernt ist. Bringen Sie außerdem Ihre Hausschuhe mit, da das Hotel keine zur Verfügung stellt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hard Rock Madrid und können es allen empfehlen, die einen luxuriösen Aufenthalt zu einem vernünftigen Preis suchen.

Wir kamen um 3 Uhr (zeitlich geprüft) in die Wohnung und fanden heraus, dass ein Reiniger noch im Mittelpunkt der Reinigung war. Wir sprachen mit der Rezeption, die sofort einen weiteren Reiniger schickte, um zu helfen und sagten, dass die Wohnung in 10 Minuten bereit wäre. Wir kamen in die Wohnung 20 Minuten später und fühlten sich so, als ob der Boden nicht gemoppt worden wäre. Ich blieb dort für 5 Nächte und fand, dass die einzigen meiner Slips schwarz waren, die immer schmutzigen Slips im Waschraum nach der Dusche hinterließ. Wir hatten in einem 2-Zimmer-2-Waschzimmer-Wohnung geblieben. Das Möbel war jedoch sehr seltsam. Während das Master-Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten zusammengestellt war, war das andere kleine Schlafzimmer mit nur Schleiftür mit einem Doppelbett! Mein Freund war in einem 2-Zimmer-Wohnung 1 Waschzimmer hat eine viel bessere Konfiguration, die ein normales Doppelzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer ist (wie auf der Website empfohlen). Außerdem war der Wohnzimmer ein bisschen dunkel. Im Allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt noch ziemlich zufriedenstellend. Das Empfangspersonal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und effizient. Die Bereitstellung von grundlegenden Kochelemente einschließlich Öl war gut. Eine Sache in Reinigungs-Kit und Toilettenpapier war jedoch für einen langen Aufenthalt unzureichend. Wir mussten zur Rezeption gehen (nur öffnet 0900-1700) um zusätzliche Lieferungen zu erhalten. Wünschen Sie dem Reiniger würde den Ort nach der Aufenthaltsdauer der Gäste lagern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr günstigen Lage. 5 Minuten bis Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Atocha, 2 Minuten bis Carrefour Express, 7 Minuten bis Lidl Supermarkt. Es gibt auch einen anderen großen Supermarkt Dia in der Nähe. Vor allem bietet das Gebäude kostenlose Gepäcklagereinrichtungen in 3,4 & 5 Etagen. Sie brauchen 1 €, um den Schließfach zu betreiben, aber Sie können es zurück, wenn Sie den Schlüssel zurückgeben. Das ist wirklich bequem.

The apartment was hugely overpriced. The location is nowhere near the plush area of Retiro as suggested by the apartment description. The apartments are tiny with no natural light. They are very dark and depressing. The water takes a long long time to heat up. There has been money wasted on fancy bathroom sinks and wooden floors when comfort should be the number one priority. The beds are really terrible and really hard. I developed back and shoulder pain within a few hours of trying to sleep on the bed. The human spine is S shaped and if you lie on a decent bed your shoulder and hip should sink into the mattress. This offers vital comfort and support. The pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable and in the two upstairs apartments you can hear the people in the next room loud and clear. The equipment in the kitchen is very restricted. Not enough knives and forks and the cutlery provided is not suitable. Steak knives all two of them to spread butter!!! Nothing to cut loaves or other food stuffs. Half a tea towel and no kitchen towel which is not practical to buy for a 1-3 night stay. Two toilet rolls, not enough for a 3 person stay. Considering the extortionate price charged for the tiny so called Junior Suite, the owner should have provided more comfort and facilities and the beds are truly terrible and lack of sound proofing being able to hear my neighbours farting was pretty awkward. However, the lady on Reception Mayumi was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was kind and considerate and a real asset to the company. The male members of staff were not remotely helpful whoever they were. Not a place I would recommend and certainly not at that price with beds that feel like you are sleeping on the floor with a sheet and pillow!
