位置在馬德里太陽門廣場附近，步行到廣場，大皇宮等都非常方便。房間是我們在歐洲住過的酒店裡最大的，很乾凈。前台的小姐姐非常熱情。

I stayed at Apartamentos Blume Cruz for the second time in January 2024 and had a wonderful stay. Ferial and Irene are great and attend to all your needs. The apartment was perfect and a couple of blocks from Puerta del Sol. There are numerous restaurants, bars and stores close to the apartment. Next time I visit Madrid and I will definitely stay at this establishment. Loved my stay!

Great location. Near popular attractions to visit. The both receptionists were awesome. They went out of their way to help us with our stay comfortable. They helped give guidance on directions, booking shows, and any questions we asked. Thank you!

Loved staying at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and the staff super friendly. The location was excellent as it allowed us to walk to many of the city's major attractions.
It's a five stars in it's own way and we loved it.

My feelings about our stay are mixed, that’s why , here my opinion: pluses - location- in the city center, very convenient - staff - amazing, all of them are helpful, friendly, professional - our studio was very clean cons - there is difference between pictures and reality, our room had to face a courtyard, but nothing of the kind - if you want to cook in the kitchen, impossible, it’s too tiny - some of features of description were missing and as we arrived after 6 pm, we had to go shopping

We had a pleasant stay at blume Cruz suites. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was also perfect as it was near all the main attractions. Highly recommend staying here!

Our first visit to Madrid, we arrived via the bullet train from Seville and a short taxi drive from Estación de Seville. We were greeted by Marina on reception. This lady was professional, friendly and goes above and beyond with her customer care. Marina made our stay extra special with her encyclopaedic knowledge of the area, attractions,restaurants and above all an extensive Tapas tasting list. The studio rooms have everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The location is great and walkable to the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Gran Sol etc.
