Ich mag dieses Zimmer wirklich~ Lage: Etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Dayangmen-Platz in der Innenstadt entfernt. Wenn Sie einkaufen oder essen möchten, finden Sie es. Zimmer: Das Bett ist sehr geräumig und sehr hoch. Es gibt zwei lange Kissen. Neben dem normalen Stecker befinden sich neben der Steckdose auch zwei USB-Löcher, was sehr praktisch ist. Auch das Duschbad ist sehr geräumig ~ toll Auch die Toiletten sind sauber Reibungsloses WLAN👍👍 Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hygiene: Sehr sauber, tolle Atmosphäre Umgebung: Hervorragende Lage im Stadtzentrum, ein wirklich cooles Hostel Service: Super Service, perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Freundesgruppen. Ausgezeichneter Service Ein sehr gutes Hostel-Erlebnis. Ich war vom ersten Moment an begeistert, einfach spitze! Es liegt direkt neben dem British Palace, sehr praktisch, und nur 2 Gehminuten vom jahrhundertealten Youtiao-Laden (frittierte Teigstangen) entfernt. Auch viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe.

Great location, but one night it was ever loud with people partying. We asked the reception to help us, and the noise actually got better. The rooms are in need of modernization for this amount of money in my opinion. Her had a cleaning lady come every day, thank you for this! Cute balcony with a city view.

The location is convenient. The staff are friendly I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice. However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet. I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement. If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice.

This review is not about the €9 breakfast charge. I paid for the breakfast because I had eaten it. This review is about how I was treated afterwards. A simple misunderstanding over breakfast escalated into one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. After I politely suggested that the hotel communicate its breakfast policy more clearly to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future, a staff member, Yansel, began shouting at me from outside the hotel, called me back inside, repeatedly accused me of “trying to play with him,” raised his voice throughout the interaction, claimed that he was the manager, refused my request to speak with the General Manager, and aggressively handled my personal belongings. He pushed and kicked my luggage towards the exit, damaged my bags, repeatedly shouted at me to take my belongings and leave, and I also felt mocked while trying to communicate in English instead of being treated with patience and professionalism. As a solo female traveller, I found this behaviour intimidating and completely unacceptable. Guests should be able to raise feedback respectfully without being shouted at, aggressively confronted, or having their belongings handled in this manner. I later spoke with Raul, who was professional, apologised for the way I had been treated, acknowledged that there had been been a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast, confirmed that I was entitled to leave my luggage after check-out, and informed me that Yansel was not the General Manager or the manager. I appreciate Raul’s professionalism. However, that does not change what happened. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at Hotel Mayerling Madrid. There are many hotels in Madrid where guests can expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. In my experience, this was not one of them. As a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe after the way this situation was handled. For that reason, I cannot recommend this hotel and would encourage other travellers to consider alternative accommodation.

Ich war in einem Mehrbettzimmer für Frauen untergebracht. Schönes Bett und gute Lage. Ein Handtuch wurde gestellt, aber man muss mit einer kalten Dusche rechnen. Es gab keine richtige Küche. Nur einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und eine Mikrowelle. Die Lage ist gut, und alle Hotspots sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

The room was impecable. Though I would like to have a little rack on the shower to place my shampoo and conditioner bottles. The bed was comfortable but I wish they had individual pillows instead of just one long noodle-like pillow. The window blinds were extremely hard to scroll up. Regarding the automatic check-in, I had to call the hostel number for them to give me the reservation number which I did not know. It took me a while to complete the check-in. They should also let the visitors know that they have to walk upstairs so light luggage is recommended here.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben der Metrostation Embajadores, von wo aus man ganz Madrid erreichen kann. Das Hostel selbst war nett; die Rezeptionistin sprach zwar kein Englisch, aber das war für mich kein Problem, da wir uns auf Spanisch verständigen konnten. Die Zimmer fand ich nicht schmutzig; niemand schlief laut, und es war nicht überfüllt. Allerdings knarrten die Betten sehr stark, und die Klimaanlage schaltete sich nach 0:30 Uhr plötzlich ab. Eine Stunde später war das Zimmer sehr stickig. Da ich nur einen Tag dort war, war es kein Problem, aber ich bin sicher, dass es unangenehm gewesen wäre, wenn ich länger geblieben wäre. Falls das Problem mit der Klimaanlage nicht am Personal liegt, sollten die Gäste meiner Meinung nach darauf hingewiesen werden, insbesondere um für bessere Luftverhältnisse zu sorgen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel und ist in der Nähe des U-Bahnhofs und des Stadiums, was für Ihre Wahl perfekt ist. Ich mag nur, dass Sie für die Speicherung eines Pakets während Sie Tourismus 👎 bezahlen.

Die Duschen sind sehr eng, sodass Duschen und Anziehen schwierig sind. Das Kissen ist unglaublich unbequem, und das Zimmer hat keine Belüftung, wodurch es unangenehm riecht. Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage, und nachts war es sehr heiß. Die Zimmertür ist laut und piept beim Öffnen, sodass man die anderen Gäste stört, wenn man spät ankommt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich mein Gepäck auf eigenes Risiko zurücklassen müsse und dass die Aufbewahrung 5 Euro kosten würde. Als ich jedoch abreisen wollte, war die Rezeption, die erst um 10 Uhr öffnet, nicht besetzt, sodass ich mein Gepäck auf eigenes Risiko zurückließ.
