Review of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences, Madrid I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Faraona Luxury Residences in Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return and make more wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel!

Fabulous hotel! Service was excellent throughout the hotel including reception, concierge, restaurant/bar, housekeeping. When we checked in, the concierge was able to make a reservation on the spot for us at a very popular restaurant in Madrid!

Amazing stay! We paid to upgrade to the room with Christmas market view and it was all worth it. The room is clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. I’ll recommend to my friends and family coming to Madrid.

Service: All staff were very helpful, polite, and energetic when communicating 😊 Lots of smiles and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. 💫 Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝 Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿

Sie sollten in der Lounge einige Dinge ändern, die Sessel und niedrigen Tische sind unbequem, die Kellnerin kniete auf dem Boden, um sie zu reinigen und uns zu bedienen. Sehr überhöhte Getränkepreise, auch wenn man nicht weiß, wo sie sind, und es gibt keine sichtbare Preisliste. Wir fragten bei der Buchung nach einem großen Bett und bekamen zwei kleine. Sehr gute Aussichten.

SuperB Zimmer für eine Woche sind geräumig und schön, aber Hofblick? Gartenblick muss vermieden werden. Das Restaurant wurde vom Morgen angehoben und mit großem Geräusch aufgewacht, um 6 Uhr aufgewacht und schlief falsch aufgrund der Musik bis 12 Uhr jeden Abend am Abend ....it wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn es nicht nur dieses ...dass ich empfehle, ändern das Fenster zu einem geräuschdichten Fenster. Das Hotel selbst ist ziemlich gut gemacht

❗️ Die Türgriffe sind aus sehr scharfkantigem Metall, was ich in einem rutschigen Bereich wie dem Badezimmer für gefährlich halte, besonders mit Kindern. Ich bin schon viel gereist und habe in verschiedenen Luxus- und normalen 4-/5-Sterne-Hotels übernachtet, aber so ein unvernünftiges Design habe ich noch nie gesehen. Ich mag mir gar nicht vorstellen, was passiert, wenn jemand ausrutscht.❗️ 😉 Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut gepflegt, die Matratze sehr bequem, die schicken Vorhänge schön und es gab täglich kostenloses Trinkwasser. 😅 Das Warmwasser war nicht heiß genug und der Wasserdruck etwas schwach. 🤓 Insgesamt war es eine tolle Gelegenheit, ein Restaurant im 30. Stock zu erleben, da es in der Nähe nicht viele Hochhäuser gibt. Für den gleichen Preis gäbe es in der Innenstadt aber wahrscheinlich spannendere Alternativen.

Dies ist eine ernste Beschwerde über das Restaurant Market dieses Hotels. Ich habe hier drei Tage geblieben, jedes Mal, wenn ich dort mehr als 10 Minuten nur warten, um auf den Service zu warten. Andere westliche Touristen haben das Wasser sofort serviert. Der Pflegemann hat auch mit ihnen kleine Gespräche gemacht, aber ich? Alle Pflegekräfte haben es völlig ignoriert! Ich muss sie anrufen, nachdem ich gerade den Sandwich bestellt habe, dann hat der Kellner das Menü von mir gefangen! Ich muss ihn jagen, um Tee zu bitten!

Отель великолепен,но до реконструкции в номерах было тише.Теперь в номер ведет не звукоизолирующая дверь (виден свет под дверью из коридора),когда гости в коридоре разговаривают,либо когда катят багаж или тележки сервисных служб,то в номере их слышно.Это единственный существенный недостаток отеля.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Airport und hat einen kostenlosen shuttle Bus , etwa alle 30 Minuten Das Gebäude ist von aussen nichts Besonderes aber innen sehr schön gestaltet. Mein Zimmer auf Etage fünf war fast vollkommen weiss und hat mich an Filme aus der Zukunft erinnert Schwimmbad, Sauna, Gym mit langen Öffnungszeiten Am Check In war Sergio sehr freundlich Schade: die Vorteile vom Gold Status gibt es nicht bei Buchung über diese Plattform
