Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen gut mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Man erreicht die Innenstadt nach einem kurzen Marsch. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, leider funktionierte in einem der Zimmer weder das Warmwasser noch der Abfluss der Dusche. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war ok. Das Frühstück war lecker, der provisorische Frühstücksraum gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da die Lounge nicht geöffnet war, gab es für einen entsprechenden Diamond-Status 30 Euro Hotel-Guthaben und pro Tag 4 Produkte aus der Minibar.

Wir blieben hier ein paar Nächte, während wir Sofia erkunden. Dieses perfekte und schöne kleine Hotel, nur irgendwo zu schlafen für die Nacht. Wenn Sie Fantasie wollen, bleiben Sie im Zentrum. Aber was brauchen Sie auf einer Stadtpause? Sie erkunden die ganze Zeit! Es ist einfach und effizient und haushaltsfreundlich, es war die Hälfte des Preises der Flüge und weniger als unsere Flughafenparkplatz! (Zahlte £50 für zwei Nächte). Sofia ist sehr preiswert zu essen und zu trinken, so dass Sie einfach nicht falsch gehen können. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich bei der Ankunft und beim Auschecken, und sie lassen uns unsere Taschen nach dem Auschecken, wenn wir zu spät fliegen. Nicht zu weit vom Zentrum, gingen wir am ersten Tag, aber nachdem wir es erkannt haben £2 für den ganzen Tag auf der U-Bahn, ließen wir auf der U-Bahn. 30 Minuten zu Fuß, oder vielleicht 6 Minuten mit dem U-Bahn. Der Flughafen ist etwa eine halbe Stunde auf dem U-Bahn und keine Probleme dort oder zurück zu kommen. Schlankes Transportsystem! Es gibt einen Supermarkt 3 Minuten entfernt, der für Wasser und Snacks nützlich ist. Wenn ich nachts wandele, werde ich sagen, halten Sie sich an der Hauptstraße, da die andere Seite des Hotels ein wenig unsicher und dunkel fühlt. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber praktisch, das Badezimmer ist etwas kleiner als ich erwartet hatte, aber es funktionierte noch. Meine einzige Frage ist, dass ich sagen würde, dass das Zimmer bei der Eincheckung sauberer sein könnte. Ich musste das WC reinigen und mit Sanitär schlucken, da es ein wenig schmutzig war. Nehmen Sie Flip-Flops zum Duschen, da Sie sehr nahe an das WC sind, wenn Sie duschen und sehr nahe an die Dusche, wenn Sie das WC benutzen. Dusche Gel wurde gut schmelzen und der Hand sanitären auf der Rezeption! Wir hatten eine brillante Zeit und würden das Hotel sehr empfehlen und wieder aufhalten, wenn wir jemals eine weitere Reise nach Sofia nehmen.

Die Lage war fantastisch. In der Nähe des Vitosha Boulevards und des Stadtzentrums. Alles war leicht zugänglich und alle Arten von Dienstleistungen und Geschäften waren ziemlich nah. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und gemütlich. Es war mit allen Einrichtungen ausgestattet, die Sie antworten konnten. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ok. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber die wichtigsten Dinge waren immer vorhanden. Und am Ende gehen die höchsten Marken zu dem Personal, das sehr freundlich und freundlich war. Ich würde sicherlich das Niky Hotel wählen, wenn ich nach Sofia zurückkehre.

a small hotel but lovely , rooms are wide, clean , well decorated, some overlook a garden and others overlook a backyard, there is a minibar, a tv, a private clean bathroom, the hotel is rather eccentric in the city in a quiet neighborhood that becomes really really quiet at night, a tram station is infront of the hotel for trams 4 to serdica station, 10 to vitosha and other trams and buses. Breakfast is included and it turned out to be perfect. It is worth saying that the hotel personnel are very helpful and smiling .. something I really liked.

We spent only one night in one of the ”panorama” rooms so this review is resticted to just those things that left an impression. The room itself is very large, being divided into three areas: a living area, bedroom and bathroom. Arguably there is also a separate hallway in front of the main door. Note however that only the bathroom is divided from the rest of the room by its own door. Everything was very clean and mostly comfortable. There was both a shower cabin and a separate bathtub, and a large selection of bathroom toiletries was provided. So far so good. It was clear that the hotel was not busy at all during the period between Christmas and new year, but despite that, there was an excellent selection of things for breakfast, hot and cold, healthy and not so healthy, together with decent coffee from a machine. One thing I didn't like, though, was that the oranges were just cut into quarters and not peeled. There is a balcony where you could take your breakdast if the weather is a bit warmer. When we arrived in the room, it was very, very warm to the point of being very uncomfortable. There are two air conditioning controls in different places in the room, and we turned them down to the lowest possible temperature (marked as 10 degrees on the control) and turned the fan speed up to maximum but it made absolutely no difference. There was still warm air coming out of the vents. The only option to cool the room was to open the windows and turn off the aircon. This of course makes it rather noisy, since the hotel is located in the city centre. This lack of effective aircon is a serious problem and given the price of the room, it should be working properly. Other people have complained about this in their reviews; the hotel really needs to do something about it, because it seriously discourages us from coming to this hotel again, especially during the summer - and we are regularly in Bulgaria every summer. Certain other things could use some attention from the hotel. The pillows on the bed are filled with some rubbery substance that provides no support and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. There seems to be no alternative available. There is a minibar in the room with items priced as high as you would expect, and when you check in, they insist that you pay a Lv50. deposit against use of the minibar, which is refunded when you check out - provided that they've checked that you haven't used anything. This is the first hotel where I've ever had to do that. The staff on reception, especially on checkout, were mechanical and not pleasant to deal with. I don't know if it's just a lack of confidence in English but it really doesn't feel great to deal with such robotic people and it is neither a good first or last contact with the hotel. The room has a safe and slippers are provided but no bathrobe. Also no iron to iron out the creases in your clothes that they've got from being in a suitcase for hours.
