Was a comfortable and well outfitted apartment. Has excellent laundry machines, and supplied detergent. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Nice and warm in the winter.

Alles perfekt. Es ist ein gut gelegenes und angenehmen traditionelles Gebäude, sehr sauber und mit geeigneten Einrichtungen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Sofia. Frühstück ist mit Brot, Saft, Kaffee, Yoghurt, etc. sehr komplett. Das Beste des Hotels ist, dass der Besitzer dir die Geschichte des Landes erzählt, während du Frühstück, was eine sehr interessante Erfahrung ist, weil er mit Leidenschaft spricht und viel Geschichte weiß. Er verdient die Unterkunft**** hier nur dafür. 10 den Gastgeber.

Albergo di ottomo livello ubicato in pieno centro a poca distanza dalla stazione metro di Serdica. Camera spaziosa e dotata di confort con letti molto ampi. Bello il bagno in marmo verde.

Would happily stay again for the location, service and facilities. The shower booth was impressively spacious.

It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

Sehr schönes Hotel zu bleiben! Zimmer sind so groß...besonders mit Balkon! Hauspflege funktioniert sehr gut! Launge Club empfehlen nichts zu tun für $50! Die Lage ist perfekt! Alle offiziellen Organisationen sind sehr geschlossen. Empfohlen!

A solid choice for a working nomad passing through the city. The location is the real highlight — right in the heart of Bristol, with everything you need within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, public transport, and the main attractions. As a solo traveler who needed a reliable base to work from and explore, it ticked all the boxes. The room was comfortable and clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast gave a good start to the day. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nothing extraordinary, but a genuinely good stay with easy access to the city's best spots on foot.

Das Zimmer ohne Geräusche, während meines Aufenthalts habe ich nicht das Auge geschlossen, letzte Nacht war schrecklich. Das sehr einfache Mittagessen ist sehr einfach.Personal empfänglich und verfügbar.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum. Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten in der Nähe dauerte es etwas, bis wir den Eingang fanden. Der Parkplatz war sehr klein und komplett belegt, daher mussten wir einen öffentlichen Parkplatz suchen. Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel und ein Spiegel (Teil der Wanddekoration) war zerbrochen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und auf dem Flur ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut: gut organisiert, freundlicher Service und eine gute Auswahl.
