Good location, lots of places to eat plus walking distance to bus stop towards the city and Kembangan MRT station. About 2 or 3 front desk service staff are welcoming and polite, both check-in and check-out is fast but there is just 1 lift and 1 staircase to go up and down. Room is ok for me, the aircon is cold and the lights are working fine except for the safe box in my room which was spolit in the last day of check-out and luckily it was solved by housekeeping uncle (hope the safe box would be back to normal). Toilet is a bit small, but the bed is ok yet firm, even though there are a couple of ants both on the table and outside of the safe box but that don't bothered me. Bathtub is ok but the floor might be slippery so better be careful, towels are replenished, the mini fridge is ok, TV can watch just Mediacorp shows and power plug are working properly. Overall it is a good budget hotel if you are not that fussy, so who knows I may come back to book this hotel again.

Aqueen Hotel was reasonably located (about 8mins) to the nearest MRT and shopping malls. The entrance of the hotel reception could be brightened up with warm lights and/or flowers however it was very clean and presentable. The rooms were small yet clean and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised that (we included breakfast), well presented, a reasonable variety of food and a good hot cup of coffee,

Das Hotel ist neu und riecht gut. Unser Familienzimmer ist etwas klein, aber genügt für einen guten Schlaf. Lage ist nicht zu schlecht, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten MRT oder weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bushalte. Wir nahmen den Bus Nr. 30 nach Vivo City für Sentosa und es war bequem. Das Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn Sie nicht weit für ein Essen gehen wollen, gibt es um das Hotel viele Restaurantoptionen. Insgesamt sind wir glücklich und werden nächstes Mal wieder sein. Danke.

Ich fand das Personal bei meiner Ankunft sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig und bot starkes WLAN, einen Kühlschrank, eine kräftige Dusche, einen Wasserkocher und kostenlosen Tee/Kaffee/Wasser. Alles sah schön und gepflegt aus. Die Reinigung des Badezimmers hätte etwas gründlicher sein können (viele lange schwarze Haare auf dem Boden), war aber insgesamt gut. Das Hotel war ruhig und das Bett bequem. In der Nähe gab es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die nächste MTR-Station ist 10 Minuten entfernt und verbindet den Flughafen sowie das Stadtzentrum.

Front desk personnel was nice and polite. Although there were no bedroom slippers, the room itself was clean. Nice that the front desk lady managed to give us a late check out. After coming back from breakfast, I felt I needed go to the restroom. But sadly was told by the front desk guy that there wasn’t one. So I had to proceed to my room. Other then this, the stay was ok.
