Hotels mit Abhol- und Bringservice in Pasay City

Das Hotel ist nicht schlecht, vom Flughafen sind es 20 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Taxi, wenn man während der Hauptverkehrszeit dort ankommt, muss man länger fahren. Das Hotel ist sehr feucht, die Bettwäsche ist komplett feucht, es war nicht angenehm zu schlafen. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, die Administratoren sind freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet.

Hotel liegt ideal gegenüber Terminal 3 in einer Reihe mit mehreren Hotels. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich einen moderne, gepflegte Einkaufsstraße mit etlichen Shops und Gastronomie. Hatte am Nachmittag am Concierge Pult ein Shuttle für den nächsten Morgen 5:30 bestellt. Am Morgen wusste niemand davon und nach einigem unmotiviertem Hin- und Her wurde ein Grab Taxi bestellt (83 Pesos). Die ganze Aufregung am Morgen war total überflüssig und wenn man bei der Reservierung gleich darüber informiert hätte das es ein Grab Taxi ist hätte ich mir das auch selber bestellen können.

das 3. mal in diesem hotel, im allgemeinen sehr gut. lage super (nähe mall of asia, baclaran market, manila bay etc.), zimmer gross, fernseher, doppelbet plus 1 single bed, aircon ist effektiv aber laut, bad ist ok, inkl. haartrockner, es gibt einen kühlschrank und gekaufte getränke sind erlaubt, wasserkocher ist auch vorhanden mit tassen und löffel und 2 gratis instant kaffees. 7/11 ist im selben gebäude um die ecke. hotel hat ein frühstücksbuffet, sehr umfangreich mit filipino und europäischen/amerikanischen frühstück, eat as much as you can. sehr gut! nicht gut: das zimmer wurde in 4 tagen nicht einmal geputzt, obwohl wir mehrmals länger weg waren, dann am abend vom 3. tag um 21 uhr eine anfrage per telefon, ob das zimmer geputzt werden soll.... hmmm. das ist im nov 22 und jetzt im märz 23 so passiert. also weshalb es so ist, keine ahnung. ansosten sehr empfehlenswert. pool ist auch vorhanden im 2. stock mit nachmittags - sonne.

Super Kundenservice vor allem das gesamte Personal des Hotels ist freundlich und sehr willkommen. Wir essen zu Riviera Café und Buffet. Das Essen ist großartig! Was ich wirklich mag ist die Pfannkuchen und die Litsong-Blaue.. Plus die Rindfleischrost. Ihre Wahl, wie Sie Ihre Pasta zu machen und die gegrillten Fische, Rindfleisch und Schweine. Wirklich wollten die Kuchen hervorheben.. Superb! Danke ☺

Ich hatte einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt im Okura Hotel, dank der außergewöhnlichen Service der Dienstleiterin Frau Lia. Trotz einiger Anfangsprobleme, mit dem Sie einen Ironing Board durch die Konzern erlangen, ging der Manager oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden. Nicht nur hat sie sich sofort mit der Frage befaßt, sondern sie überrascht mich auch mit einer bedenklichen Geste, indem sie eine Platte frisches Obst lieferte und sogar ein Aktivitätsbuch für meine Tochter schickte, das unseren Aufenthalt wirklich erinnere. Zudem hat die Flexibilität bei der Abreise für einen späten Ausflug zusätzlich zusätzlich zusätzlich Komfort und Stressfreiheit bei unserem Abflug gemacht. Die von dem Manager gezeigte Zusage und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details sind ein Beispiel für die hohen Servicestandards dieses Hotels. Ich kann es nicht hoch genug empfehlen und freue mich auf eine weitere außergewöhnliche Erfahrung in der Zukunft

The room is good and spacious! It's neat and slick. The provided hotel accessories were toothbrush with toothpaste, headcap and bathroom soap, tissues and 2 water bottles. Our room was very relaxing, the TV is functional and the Airconditioning is working. The only issue I have is that there's a unique smell that blends with their air freshener which is I think the smell of cigarette. For me, the Wifi is not advisable if you want to work there as the connection is unstable. Overall it's a good experience

Good service, the staff helped me with my luggage. The location is in front of Mall of Asia which is convenient for buying emergency stuff. However, the room needs to add a body mirror. Also, when I first entered my room it had a bad odor. Overall, the location is convenient and the staff are nice.
