Abgesehen von der sehr langen Wartezeit auf die Verfügbarkeit eines Zimmers, der Check-in erfolgt um 15:00 Uhr, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte jedoch erst nach 17:30 Uhr, alles war super! Alle waren so höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren großartig und es gibt einen Bereich, in dem man bequem den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann.

During my stay in Manilla I stayed at the Conrad hotel. The location is close to the sea front, although the view is not much to be excited about, it views the quarry and large fishing boats. There is a mall 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel with plenty of restaurants and activities to do. In the hotel, there is one outdoor pool which is not heated, a gym which you can access through the stairwell on the third floor, a spa where treatments can be booked, and several restaurants and bars during the day for your choice if you wish to stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend purchasing the breakfast as there are plenty of hot international options with a range of juices, as well as tea and coffee, cereal, fruit and pastries. The hotel staff were always fantastic and the laundry service and in room service was very quick.

Such a great Hotel for staycation! Excellent service tho we have multiple request and order but this lady named ‘Ly’ of In room dining serves us with quicky and excellent service. Tradition to go here in manila for staycation whenever there are breaks and this is our first time here in okura. Everthing was nice. Me and my sisters would surely choose okura again next time. I have been several times in the Sheraton, being opposite to Terminal 3 of the Manila airport. If you have only hand luggage you can walk there, if more, than you need a taxi, even some of the Manila taxi drivers are not so happy about the short distance. Thus, take a metered taxi and give them more tipp, so it normally works fine. This time I only had time for a stay during the day since my second flight left at midnight. I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite which I liked very much even I only had 8 hours in the hotel. But those were really worth it since I decided to book a massage in the spa on short notice and had luck to get the last free slot. Which was an absolute outstanding experience that I only can recommend to every visitor who has problems with shoulders or other parts of the body after a long flight. Wellness is not only a massage but all together: the environment, the cleanliness, the mood of the people working there, the smell, the music, the rooms. And all was absolutely top! Starting with a very warm and nice welcome by Camille, explaining the treatments. A great start with charme! My massage (one hour) then was given bei Lei; it was one of the best in the past years and I know when coming back to the Sheraton I will book her again. Nice, respecting your pain-points and having perfect moves to make your body parts movable again. Unfortunately, only one hour but helping me a lot to bear the next long flight for more than 9 hours. The only disadvantage on this evening was that a pool party took place which was very noisy. But since I have been young, too, even this was a long time ago in the last century, it is acceptable. The hotel had left a letter of excuse already in advance in the room. That's life.

Die Lobby des Hotels ist sehr luxuriös und man kann nachts einchecken. Ich hatte Angst, dass wegen des Transfers kein Servicepersonal da sein würde und kam erst nach 23:30 Uhr an, weil ich umsteigen musste Am nächsten Tag ging ich weder ins Schwimmbad noch ins Fitnessstudio, sondern frühstückte. Der Platz ist nicht sehr groß, als wir um 6:02 Uhr eintraten, waren bereits Leute da, und nach etwa fünf bis zehn Minuten war er voll . Es ist nur etwa 5-10 Minuten vom Terminal 3 entfernt. Wenn Sie den Aufzug der Start- und Landebahn von Manila (?!) neben McDonald's nehmen, erreichen Sie Terminal 3, nachdem Sie eine Überführung überquert haben. Es sei denn, Sie haben wirklich Zeit oder Geld, um ein Taxi zu nehmen , andernfalls wenn Sie am Terminal 1 umsteigen, empfiehlt es sich, ein Hotel im Terminal 1 zu finden. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel großartig und sehr zu empfehlen.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. Problemloser check-in + checkout, saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer 1a Qualität; Frühstück: passabel (eher nach asiatischem als europäischem Geschmack); Betten: sehr bequem; Dusche/Bad funktioniert sehr gut; TV Kanalauswahl sehr begrenzt, wifi sehr gut; kleiner Swimmingpool im7.Stockwerk; Problem: Taxis vor dem GoldenPhoenix schalten regelmäßig ihre Taxometer aus, um ihre Fahrgäste zu Mondpreisen zu befördern. Auch am Flughafen (NAIA) herrscht die Strategie vor, Kunden übers Ohr zu hauen (rent-a-car Taxis für 4000.- oder 3000.- PhP bei einer Kurzstrecke, die regulär etwa 135.- kostet). GoldenPhoenios hat gegenüber der Strategie der Taxifahrer kapituliert (anders als zB das Heritage Hotel, dort gibt es noc echte metered taxis). Das Golden Phoenix ist als Baukomplex etwas unübersichtlich (integriert in Condominium), aber wegen seiner Sauberkeit, seines guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses und seiner Nähe zu Mall of Asia (10 min zu Fuß) durchaus empfehlenswert.

We had a pleasant stay at The Heritage Manila. Location wise is perfect. Near SM MOA and Baclaran Church. Room was spacious, exceeded what we expected 🙏🏻 Even the CR and bathroom was clean and spacious. However the downside is be prepared for no bidetttt 🤣 Bring your own tabo 🤣 But will definitely go back to this hotel. Staff are very accomodating. 😄 Breakfast buffet was also great 🫰🏻 Additional note: For those with vehicles, they provide space at the basement parking. (first come first serve basis).

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

Beim Empfang muss man Schlange stehen. Auf dem Zimmer war Bad zu eng und verkalkt. Beim Frühstück musste man wieder lange anstehen , um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Das ist anscheinend ein Hotel, wo täglich Massenabfertigung herrscht. Wir hatten Zimmer zur Straße , welches durch Autoverkehr schlecht zum schlafen war.

Wir waren schon oft in diesem Hotel. Wir haben das letzte Mal am 19. September gebucht und sind dort bis zum 21. geblieben. Das Hotel gab unserem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Poolblick statt und erlaubte uns, den Pool bis 18 Uhr zu nutzen, obwohl wir bereits am 21. ausgecheckt hatten. Wir gingen zum Abendessen in das gegenüberliegende Restaurant des Hotels namens Metro Cafe bevor wir zum nahe gelegenen Flughafen fuhren, um den Flug meines Freundes zurück nach Sydney zu nehmen. Ich werde immer in diesem Hotel übernachten, wenn ich in Manila sein muss.

Schade daß ich kein Fotos gemacht habe aber die Frau Sarah an der reception weißt Bescheid und ich hoffe sie haben das Zimmer erstmal gesperrt für Erneuerung der Fließen für die Sicherheit der Gäste.

Nice hotel for short stays! We attended the Last Rakrakan Festival last November 25, 2023 and choose Selah Pods Hotel to stay for 1 night. I choose standard room with window. Room was clean and average. Perfect for short stays. They provided slippers, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels. Staff was so polite and friendly! They know how to treat guests. Please take note that the reservation will ask you to deposit 1000 pesos but also refundable upon check out. Important to note that buffet breakfast is only available during the weekends. There are also 7-11, Alfarmart and coffee shop located within the vicinity of the hotel. You can also order food online and eat inside your room. Highly recommended for those who want to have staycation for affordable price.

Mein Mann und ich haben in diesem Hotel geblieben, da es nur 700 m vom SMX-Konventszentrum entfernt ist (wir können dort in 10 Minuten Fuß zu erreichen). Wir lieben unseren Aufenthalt aus folgenden Gründen: 1. Perfekte Lage, da es sich in der Nähe des SMX-Konventszentrums sowie des SM Malls von Asien befindet. Es ist auch mit einem kleinen Mall mit einem Gemüsegeschäft und einer Apotheke verbunden. 2. Prima Service. Als wir das nicht störende Signal für den ganzen Tag verließen, haben sie eine Karte hinterlassen, die sagt, wir können sie bis 18 Uhr anrufen, wenn wir unser Zimmer gereinigt haben, aber da wir nicht ein wenig klutter gedacht haben, haben wir beschlossen, nicht um Hauspflege zu bitten. Dann um 5:45 Uhr riefen sie uns, sicherzustellen, ob wir nichts anderes brauchen. 3. Liebe die Toiletten, sie verwenden Paraben und Silikon-freie Produkte, so dass ich nicht mehr meine eigene (die ich normalerweise tun, weil manchmal Hotel-Toilette zu hart und zu stark gebrannt sind). 4. Wir haben das niedrigste Zimmer (Studio deluxe) mit einem Wasserdispenser und einer Mikrowelle entfernt von den üblichen Hotelzimmerausstattungen reserviert. Wir lieben die Mikrowelle besonders, weil das nahe gelegene Golden Bay Seafood Restaurant große Dienstleistungen hat, so haben wir unsere Restmengen gerade zum Hotel gebracht, um auf unserem nächsten Essen zu heißen. 5. Das Essen ist gut, wir liebten ihre Meeresfrüchte Aglio Olio, die mit einem leichten Schlag gekostet war. Frühstücksbuffet hat auch eine schöne Variante mit allgemein guten Essen. 6. Resonable Zimmerpreise bei ca. 4,000 PHP pro Nacht.

Ich war hier als Übernachtungsstopp zwischen Flügen. Mein Zimmer war ein Schuhkasten ohne Luftkon, was bedeutete, dass ich nicht schlief wegen der heißen Warmheit. I have stayed at the Copacabana many times and I always had a good experience but on my latest trip, I experienced such an amazing degree of professionalism and good value that I just had to let someone else know. First of all, every member of the staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. My room was situated on the highest floor (11) in order to avail the lowest cost. Because of the low cost, I was not expecting such a big and well-apointed room which included a refrigerator, sink, and 2 twin-sized beds, The room was clean with solid wood parquet floors. The Hotel has a wonderful rather large swimming pool with a garden on one side and the restaurant on the other side where I enjoyed my breakfast before taking a cool dip.

Our stay there was very disappointing, apart from the unit being very dusty and the floor dirty that i have to clean it. Not ideal for thise who have kids and I don't like your customer service. Too much hassle to use the amenities. it is not stated on trip.com that the pool has a fee per use. We were made to wait for a long time just for the ticket and were told that the pool was close even though it wasn't and also the guards and the pool attendant are so rude. It was my first time to experience something like this with everyone we checked in with. Guards and pool attendants are rude.

Es gibt ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und Sofabett im Wohnzimmer, ich würde sagen, diese Einheit ist gut für bis zu 3 Personen. Die Unterkunft verfügt auch über 5 Schwimmbads, die bei einer Geschwindigkeit von 150 pesos pro Person pro Tag verwendet werden können, kontaktieren Sie den Gastgeber für den Tag. Die Einheit war sauber und gemütlich und sauber Handtücher wurden zusammen mit Shampoo und Seife geliefert. Das Gebäude verfügt auch über verschiedene Geschäfte und Restaurants im Erdgeschoss. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut zugekommen, so dass wir in einer Stunde früher als die geplante Check in der Zeit überprüfen konnten. Sie war sehr auf Nachrichten über WhatsApp reagiert und hat sogar ein paar Mal zu sehen, wie wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen. Die Warmwasserkessel funktionierte nicht bei der Ankunft, und dies wurde innerhalb von 10 Minuten von mir ersetzt, um den Gastgeber zu melden. Letztlich, aber nicht zuletzt, fand ich die Kosten angesichts der Lage gerecht. Ich empfehle dieses kleine Geschirr sehr!

During my stay in Manilla I stayed at the Conrad hotel. The location is close to the sea front, although the view is not much to be excited about, it views the quarry and large fishing boats. There is a mall 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel with plenty of restaurants and activities to do. In the hotel, there is one outdoor pool which is not heated, a gym which you can access through the stairwell on the third floor, a spa where treatments can be booked, and several restaurants and bars during the day for your choice if you wish to stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend purchasing the breakfast as there are plenty of hot international options with a range of juices, as well as tea and coffee, cereal, fruit and pastries. The hotel staff were always fantastic and the laundry service and in room service was very quick.

Very satisfied here even if I booked this outside the country for my mum, my sis and my nephew but I can really say and have seen everytime I do vc to them that they're very comfortable with their stay. And the one who entertained was so kind, not sure if it was the owner of the care taker cause I wasn't the one who's there but they said the accommodate them so well. Initially we were in a downstairs room ,but a herd people arrived with there elephant children and there very loud voices, they arrived at 1am and continued to re arrange the bedroom above us for the next two hours. The hotel were very apologetic and moved us to a lovely room upstairs with a balcony with the promise that there would be no Chinese anywhere near us.. however we saw them at breakfast the next morning doing there selfies and shouting at each other even though they are just centimetres apart. The rooms are fantastic staff and location fantastic,and lets face it the Chinese are everywhere now and we just have to get used to them until they learn to be self aware. Only cost 100pesos for a taxi to terminal 1, from the end of the street there are hundreds of jeepneys to take you to the mall for 8pesos. Or like us you can walk, it's about 20 mins.great place to stay one hundred percent recommend .t

Obwohl das Hotel ganz unzugänglich ist, wie ich bei der Buchung nach NAIA 2 als Basis gedacht habe, habe ich nicht in irgendeiner Weise oder Mittel bedauert, dass ich den Ort reserviert. Dieses Hotel ist einfach, aber bietet Qualitätsservice. Die Zeitabfrage ist für Reisende wie mich, die den ersten Flug wie zwischen 2PM und 6AM am nächsten Tag als ihre Zuweisungskontrolle gefallen. Es ist wirklich eine große Hilfe. Die Abfrage ist bis 12 Uhr mit einer Mindestgebühr von 100 pro Stunde pro Stunde. In meinem Fall habe ich nicht von dem Letzteren profitiert, sondern vielmehr ihren Kaffee in ihrem Café in der Nähe der Check-in-Check genießen. Hiernach blieb ich im Lounge in Zimmer 134, als ich wartete auf die Check-out für NAIA 1. Dieses Hotel ist sehr lobenswert und geschätzt. Vielen Dank, Pasay Centrale Hotel, für diese wunderbare Gelegenheit.

I have stayed at the Copacabana many times and I always had a good experience but on my latest trip, I experienced such an amazing degree of professionalism and good value that I just had to let someone else know. First of all, every member of the staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. My room was situated on the highest floor (11) in order to avail the lowest cost. Because of the low cost, I was not expecting such a big and well-apointed room which included a refrigerator, sink, and 2 twin-sized beds, The room was clean with solid wood parquet floors. The Hotel has a wonderful rather large swimming pool with a garden on one side and the restaurant on the other side where I enjoyed my breakfast before taking a cool dip.

Mein Mann und ich haben in diesem Hotel geblieben, da es nur 700 m vom SMX-Konventszentrum entfernt ist (wir können dort in 10 Minuten Fuß zu erreichen). Wir lieben unseren Aufenthalt aus folgenden Gründen: 1. Perfekte Lage, da es sich in der Nähe des SMX-Konventszentrums sowie des SM Malls von Asien befindet. Es ist auch mit einem kleinen Mall mit einem Gemüsegeschäft und einer Apotheke verbunden. 2. Prima Service. Als wir das nicht störende Signal für den ganzen Tag verließen, haben sie eine Karte hinterlassen, die sagt, wir können sie bis 18 Uhr anrufen, wenn wir unser Zimmer gereinigt haben, aber da wir nicht ein wenig klutter gedacht haben, haben wir beschlossen, nicht um Hauspflege zu bitten. Dann um 5:45 Uhr riefen sie uns, sicherzustellen, ob wir nichts anderes brauchen. 3. Liebe die Toiletten, sie verwenden Paraben und Silikon-freie Produkte, so dass ich nicht mehr meine eigene (die ich normalerweise tun, weil manchmal Hotel-Toilette zu hart und zu stark gebrannt sind). 4. Wir haben das niedrigste Zimmer (Studio deluxe) mit einem Wasserdispenser und einer Mikrowelle entfernt von den üblichen Hotelzimmerausstattungen reserviert. Wir lieben die Mikrowelle besonders, weil das nahe gelegene Golden Bay Seafood Restaurant große Dienstleistungen hat, so haben wir unsere Restmengen gerade zum Hotel gebracht, um auf unserem nächsten Essen zu heißen. 5. Das Essen ist gut, wir liebten ihre Meeresfrüchte Aglio Olio, die mit einem leichten Schlag gekostet war. Frühstücksbuffet hat auch eine schöne Variante mit allgemein guten Essen. 6. Resonable Zimmerpreise bei ca. 4,000 PHP pro Nacht.
