Lansen place is a new hotel and the rooms are modern and clean, but they have some very poor policies. The rooms have a comfortable bed and there's a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed, but the rooms lack any storage. There's nowhere to put your luggage, no luggage rack or anywhere to hang clothes and they jave a large Smart LCD TV it is useful because they have locked up all of the controls so you can't access any of the smart tv features. I have no self restricted the volume to a maximum of 15% which is ridiculous because if you move or i'm trying to eat a pack of chips or something you can't hear the TV. I had never seen anywhere in the world we set ridiculous restrictions on the volume of the TV. There is a buffet style restaurant with prices from 2100 to 2600 peso per person. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay. Guests be warmed, to staff try and get you to sign a document with the deceitful attempt to choose only conceal the document is actually a legal waiver to remove all you legal rights and the hotel's legal responsibility from any In jury, death or theft or anything that occurs on the property, and you would be a fool to sign this. Management seem genuine and told me they'll review some.of these unacceptable practices and policies, but weather or not by do that remains to be seen. Property is modern clean and comfortable, butbthe ridiculous restrictions on the TVs and deceitful way they yey to get customers to.sihn away their legal rights is disgraceful and customers should read and be very careful what you sign for at this hotel.

It's just a shame we didn't have time to enjoy the other amenities but our other friends said the pool was really nice. The room was clean and spacious for our needs. It has complete amenities. What I loved the most as we booked during summer is the ref and ice maker. So if you want to cook or want to do meal prep, this is a good choice for a hotel. Location was a bit far to walk from the main areas but it's walkable to MOA arena.

Anyway so far so good..for us it is good kasi malapit sa mall and easy to go to moa too..for 5days in staycation in condo were good coz were safe naman po.. and the room is clean too then the security and sfaff were also good naman po..thank you and i will stay again when we were planning our next vacation in manila.. GODBLES

Der beste Ort, wenn Sie für Ihren nächsten Flug zum NAIA-Flughafen fliegen. Alles, was Sie brauchen, von Essen über Unterhaltung bis hin zum Einkaufen, ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. NAIA-3 ist nur 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. WLAN funktioniert nicht. Der Ort ist gemütlich.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft aufgrund eines verspäteten Fluges erst eine Stunde vor Check-in gebucht, was logistisch aber problemlos geklappt hat. Die Lage direkt gegenüber dem Terminal 3 des Flughafens NAIA ist ideal für kurze Zwischenstopps oder frühe Abflüge. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos; wir wurden in der Lobby empfangen und zu unserer Unterkunft begleitet. Da unser Flug auf den nächsten Tag verschoben wurde, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängert. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und hat sich um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert (z. B. Trinkwasser, Handseife). Das Zimmer wirkte auf den ersten Blick sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett war bequem, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und im Badezimmer gab es warmes Wasser. Auch das WLAN war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend. Die Unterkunft ist mit Geräten wie Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ausgestattet, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Allerdings war das Vorhandensein kleiner Kakerlaken im Badezimmer (besonders nachts auffällig) ein Minuspunkt. Dies trübte den ansonsten guten Aufenthalt. Außerdem ist zu erwähnen, dass es auf dem Gelände keinen überdachten Vorfahrtsbereich gibt. Da es stark regnete, mussten wir um Zugang zum Keller bitten, um nicht völlig durchnässt zu werden – eine Notlösung, die zwar funktionierte, aber nicht optimal war. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen im Gebäude waren sehr streng; wir wären beinahe nicht in den Keller gelassen worden. Es ist ruhig, gut erreichbar und der Service war lobenswert. Solange das Schädlingsproblem jedoch besteht, kann ich die Unterkunft nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wenn Sie nur wegen der Nähe zu Terminal 3 dort übernachten und sich nicht allzu sehr an Insekten stören, ist sie ausreichend.

We had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

It was very dirty. Poor cleaning. Wifi not working Please don't use the restroom. Its so disgusting. I don't know how long it hasn't been cleaned.

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go. They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in. Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay. Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!

The place is nice and comfortable to stay. My son was happy staying in this place. Thank you. And it’s closer to MOA easy to go there.
