Lansen place is a new hotel and the rooms are modern and clean, but they have some very poor policies. The rooms have a comfortable bed and there's a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed, but the rooms lack any storage. There's nowhere to put your luggage, no luggage rack or anywhere to hang clothes and they jave a large Smart LCD TV it is useful because they have locked up all of the controls so you can't access any of the smart tv features. I have no self restricted the volume to a maximum of 15% which is ridiculous because if you move or i'm trying to eat a pack of chips or something you can't hear the TV. I had never seen anywhere in the world we set ridiculous restrictions on the volume of the TV. There is a buffet style restaurant with prices from 2100 to 2600 peso per person. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay. Guests be warmed, to staff try and get you to sign a document with the deceitful attempt to choose only conceal the document is actually a legal waiver to remove all you legal rights and the hotel's legal responsibility from any In jury, death or theft or anything that occurs on the property, and you would be a fool to sign this. Management seem genuine and told me they'll review some.of these unacceptable practices and policies, but weather or not by do that remains to be seen. Property is modern clean and comfortable, butbthe ridiculous restrictions on the TVs and deceitful way they yey to get customers to.sihn away their legal rights is disgraceful and customers should read and be very careful what you sign for at this hotel.

Anyway so far so good..for us it is good kasi malapit sa mall and easy to go to moa too..for 5days in staycation in condo were good coz were safe naman po.. and the room is clean too then the security and sfaff were also good naman po..thank you and i will stay again when we were planning our next vacation in manila.. Wir haben 3500 für das Essen beim Silvester-Countdown bezahlt – völlig überteuert, das Essen schmeckte scheußlich und das Feuerwerk war billig. Die Band klang furchtbar! Ich hatte ja schon gesagt, dass man Silvester nicht am Pool verbringen sollte – überteuert und nicht empfehlenswert. Reine Geldverschwendung! Das Zimmer war super, okay, aber zum Glück haben wir das Frühstück nicht gebucht.

Wir schätzten die hervorragende Lage mit dem tollen Blick auf den Flughafen vom Balkon. Allerdings gab es einige Probleme, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigten. Der Balkon heizte sich ziemlich auf, vermutlich aufgrund der Klimaanlage. Außerdem fehlten einige Annehmlichkeiten wie kostenloses Wasser, Hausschuhe, Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta. Die Balkontür war zudem recht schwer und ließ sich nur mühsam öffnen und schließen. Darüber hinaus waren die WLAN-Informationen im Zimmer veraltet, und wir hatten Verbindungsprobleme aufgrund des falschen Benutzernamens und der falschen Frequenz (es sollte 2,4 GHz statt 5 GHz sein). Auch der Fernseher funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Trotz dieser Mängel bleibt die Lage ein Highlight. Mit einigen Verbesserungen bei der Ausstattung und der Instandhaltung könnte dieser Aufenthalt noch angenehmer sein.

This place was good and it is well located. I really loved the apartment, it was great. I was a bit upset only in the part of the swimming pool because it is completely different from what it shows you in the main pictures used by trip.com.

We had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go. They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in. Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay. I used to booked other hotel like gemstones.this is my 1st time here..unlike with the other hotel the room has no mirror even in the CR, there is no coffee mug..no oven..no toiletries

So nice to stay at the Shore staycation. Very simple and the amenities is really necessary in times of need. Near at MOA riding the jeep had some fun because there's no kind of that transportation in Japan.
