Privatzimmer in Pasay City

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbarwe wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Der Ort ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, mit einer heißen Dusche und einer Küche komplett mit Werkzeugen für die Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten. Der Einheitseigentümer ist sehr bequem, macht alles reibungslos und komfortabel in unserem Aufenthalt.

Pros: Saubere und komfortable Bettwäsche, Handtücher; Unterkünfte für das Personal. Cons: The room I stayed in had lots of toilet flys and they just never go away. Had one night hearing staff gathering chatting late night and both mornings 7am got wake up by cleaning noise that stops at 9am :’)

Highly recommended! It's our first time staying in this unit, and it truly provided us with a cozy, warm experience. The room was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The host was very responsive to our questions via email. They provided complete toiletries for two of us, and there was free coffee, tea, and even candies such a lovely touch!🤩🤩🤭🤗 There’s also a variety of drinks and food available; if you're hungry, just pay as you go. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely choose this place again. Hopefully, it’s available when we need it!🥰🤩🤩 Thank you!!

Schöner Ort, sehr komfortable, gemütliche und es fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Kudos zum Innendesign des Zimmers und Reinigung. Wir sind etwas verwirrt mit dem Türverschluss und unnötigem Lärm, das zum Zimmer erreicht wurde. Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, AC ist stark kalt perfekt für heißes Wetter jetzt, Sauberkeit ist auch hervorragend. Ein wenig kurz bcoz wir kamen um 8:00 Uhr und prüfen Sie bis 1:00 Uhr.

If you're traveling on a tight budget, this hotel is a reasonable choice. It’s about a 10-15 mins walk from Terminal 2, which is convenient. Don’t expect five-star amenities or luxury standards, but it covers the essentials. The customer service was friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight of the stay. However, I did notice several spiders and spider webs in the room, and the balcony sliding doors couldn’t be fully locked, which was a safety concern.

Perfekte Lage, wenn Sie reisen und einen Ort benötigen, um in der Nähe des Flughafens zu bleiben. Das Personal war sehr günstig und konnte uns helfen, das Gebäude zu finden. Allerdings Dinge zu beachten, um Verbesserung; (1) Der Fangfahrer hat uns an der falschen Stelle gefallen. Wir mussten Favilia für etwa 10-15 Minuten Navigation und Finden. (2) Sicherheitsbeamte hatten keine Ahnung, wo das Gebäude war und halten uns an eine andere Person zu fragen. (3) Favilia-Personal oder -Agenten sollten Markierungen hinzufügen oder klare Anweisungen für eine reibungslose Ein- und Navigation geben/mitteilen.

We arrived at the location just past midnight. Initially, our driver had trouble finding it because he mentioned that there are many red doors near Pasay. However, when I informed him that it was located right beside a 7/11 store, he was able to locate it. Upon our arrival, we knocked on the gate, and a young man asked for the name on the booking. I provided my name, and he helped us carry our luggage upstairs. After that, he handed us a registration book and then gave us our room key. Once we entered the room, we found it to be nice and clean. It features air conditioning, a table, chairs, two sets of plates and cups, a sink, and a hot and cold shower. While the place is comfortable, it has an apartment-like feel, so I hope there's some soundproofing between the rooms. Overall, I think the place is good, and it's conveniently located near Terminal 2, only taking about 13 to 14 minutes to get there. If ever, we have another late night flights, I will book here again. Thank you! P.S - outside, there is 7/11 beside the building and sa harap meron mga nagtitinda ng sopas, and other budget meal po.

Ein großer Ort direkt neben dem Flughafen, sehr sauber, in der Nähe von Supermarkt und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Fürchtet nicht die Art der Nachbarschaft, es ist dort sicher

The room is clean, especially the CR. It's usually the 1st area I check. The check-in staff was good, but her assistant failed to open/show me the aircon in the room. That was when I had my problems. I asked where the aircon is and how to connect to the wifi. As seen in my picture, the aircon is behind the curtains. To let the aircon work properly, I have to open the curtains. It's a bad design. I have to choose between a cold room and my privacy. To make the room cold while sleeping, I kept the curtains open. Since it's roadside, expect noise 24/7. And worse, THERE'S NO WIFI INSIDE THE ROOM. You have to go to the hallway. And during my stay at night, there's totally no internet at all, look at my 2nd picture.
