Lansen place is a new hotel and the rooms are modern and clean, but they have some very poor policies. The rooms have a comfortable bed and there's a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed, but the rooms lack any storage. There's nowhere to put your luggage, no luggage rack or anywhere to hang clothes and they jave a large Smart LCD TV it is useful because they have locked up all of the controls so you can't access any of the smart tv features. I have no self restricted the volume to a maximum of 15% which is ridiculous because if you move or i'm trying to eat a pack of chips or something you can't hear the TV. I had never seen anywhere in the world we set ridiculous restrictions on the volume of the TV. There is a buffet style restaurant with prices from 2100 to 2600 peso per person. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay. Guests be warmed, to staff try and get you to sign a document with the deceitful attempt to choose only conceal the document is actually a legal waiver to remove all you legal rights and the hotel's legal responsibility from any In jury, death or theft or anything that occurs on the property, and you would be a fool to sign this. Management seem genuine and told me they'll review some.of these unacceptable practices and policies, but weather or not by do that remains to be seen. Property is modern clean and comfortable, butbthe ridiculous restrictions on the TVs and deceitful way they yey to get customers to.sihn away their legal rights is disgraceful and customers should read and be very careful what you sign for at this hotel.

Man wartet etwa 15 Minuten, bis man bedient wird, bis 10:30 Uhr, kann aber bis zum Ende weiter essen. Manchmal wird Musik neben dem Pool gespielt, die gestört wird, aber um 21 Uhr ist Schluss. Am zweiten Tag des Aufenthalts in Folge aufgrund von Wasserproblemen im Badezimmer gab es einen Wechsel des Zimmerservices, der freundlich und aufmerksam war und Anerkennung verdiente 👍🏻 Insgesamt hat es den Standard eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels erreicht, aber es gibt noch Raum für Verbesserungen

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

Really nice place and definitely a great stay! The moment we entered, it already smelled so good. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and everything was pretty much perfect. The check-in details and authorization were provided before our arrival, with clear instructions on how to enter the building, which made the check-in process easy and smooth. The balcony view was a little different from what I expected, but it was still nice. The location was also very convenient, with an Alfamart nearby where we bought groceries and food. The elevator was a bit challenging since the area was under construction, but it wasn’t a big issue. The only problem was the electricity going out around 9 AM until our 11 AM checkout. Thankfully, the room stayed cool, so we just slept through it. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back! ❤️

Der Ort ist sauber und in Ordnung. Die Umgebung ist entspannend und komfortabel. Zufriedene Erfahrung. Der einzige Schock ist die Zeit Check-in und -out. Zu spät zu Check-in und zu früh zu Check-out. Auch der Pool ist nicht in das Paket enthalten, so dass wir ein wenig enttäuscht waren. Aber im Allgemeinen ist die Erfahrung GOD. Meine Kinder lieben die Atmosphäre und die Schönheit des Ortes..

Sie waren unglaublich zuvorkommend – ganz klar ein Hotelier mit Leib und Seele. Das Unternehmen kann sich glücklich schätzen, jemanden wie Sie in seinem Team zu haben. Machen Sie weiter so! TOLLES ZIMMER: Die Restaurantmitarbeiter, sowohl am Frühstücksbuffet als auch beim À-la-carte-Abendessen, waren alle sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ihr herzliches und professionelles Auftreten hat das kulinarische Erlebnis wirklich bereichert. KABINEN-/KABINENSERVICE: Der Service meines Kabinenservices hingegen ließ zu wünschen übrig. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts gab es kaum Initiative, nach dem Zimmer zu sehen, nachzufragen, ob etwas aufgefrischt werden muss, oder sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Als Langzeitgast hatte ich mir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Zuverlässigkeit im Service gewünscht.

I don’t believe this can happened in a quite high ratied hotel. The time I got into the room I actually saw that the angle bar from the stair was actually a threat to our safety because there is a table underneath it, people will need to take risk in order to put or take things from the table. Anyhow, I hit the angle bar with my head the 2nd day I stayed,it was so painful and swollen. I do not complain to the hotel bcoz it had happened , I wish to punish them from this comment , coz it’s an unforgivable mistake from the management. Beside that, everything is ok.

Beim Betreten der Hotellobby spürt man sofort die Hitze. Offenbar bräuchte die Rezeption dringend eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Es gibt nur einen Aufzug für Gäste, zum Glück wohne ich erst im dritten Stock. Die Lage ist für geräuschempfindliche Schläfer ungünstig, da man nachts ständig Auto- und Jeep-Geräusche hört. Wer jedoch in Flughafennähe übernachten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Dusche ist leider sehr schlecht, es tröpfelte nur ein bisschen Wasser. Der Bademantel des Rezeptionisten hingegen war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

I used to booked other hotel like gemstones.this is my 1st time here..unlike with the other hotel the room has no mirror even in the CR, there is no coffee mug..no oven..no toiletries
