Lansen place is a new hotel and the rooms are modern and clean, but they have some very poor policies. The rooms have a comfortable bed and there's a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed, but the rooms lack any storage. There's nowhere to put your luggage, no luggage rack or anywhere to hang clothes and they jave a large Smart LCD TV it is useful because they have locked up all of the controls so you can't access any of the smart tv features. I have no self restricted the volume to a maximum of 15% which is ridiculous because if you move or i'm trying to eat a pack of chips or something you can't hear the TV. I had never seen anywhere in the world we set ridiculous restrictions on the volume of the TV. There is a buffet style restaurant with prices from 2100 to 2600 peso per person. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay. Am zweiten Tag des Aufenthalts in Folge aufgrund von Wasserproblemen im Badezimmer gab es einen Wechsel des Zimmerservices, der freundlich und aufmerksam war und Anerkennung verdiente 👍🏻 Insgesamt hat es den Standard eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels erreicht, aber es gibt noch Raum für Verbesserungen

First time to stay at Marriot and I think there will be more to come. We definitely enjoyed our stay. We opted to upgrade our room and availed of the executive lounge and it did not disappoint. Truly a loverly stay.

If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

Ich denke, es ist recht gut erreichbar, da es mit dem Taxi vom Ninoy Aquino Airport T3 etwa 15 Minuten dauert. ◎ Die Sicherheitsleute und Angestellten im Hotel sind alle freundlich und bieten die beste Gastfreundschaft ... 🥲 Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist etwas schwach Ich war enttäuscht, dass es keine Taschentücher im Zimmer gab, aber ansonsten war es perfekt ◎ Ich würde dieses Hotel gerne wieder nutzen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Manila komme 😌

Wir haben das Kabayan Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht – für eine Nacht war das absolut in Ordnung. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen war gut organisiert und hat 300 Pesos gekostet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf unsere Bitte hin bekamen wir ein ruhigeres Zimmer – nicht zur Straße hin –, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat: Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, man hört die Geräusche vom Flur und den Nachbarzimmern deutlich. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend: Es gab nur Toast mit Marmelade, und das auch nur auf Nachfrage – und dann hat es noch sehr lange gedauert, bis überhaupt etwas gebracht wurde. Für europäische Gäste ist das Frühstücksangebot sehr begrenzt. Fazit: Freundlicher Service und gute Lage für eine Nacht vor dem Flug – aber nicht geeignet für längere Aufenthalte oder ruhesuchende Gäste.

We recently stayed at Skyport Hotel near NAIA. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. However, there were a few things that disappointed us during our stay. They did not provide slippers, which would have been helpful and more comfortable for guests. The air conditioning was also very cold, and it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Another concern was the cleanliness. The towel was simply hanging at the back of the bathroom door, which made me feel unsure if it was properly cleaned or freshly prepared. It would be better if towels were sealed or neatly arranged to assure guests of hygiene. Overall, the location is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness.

I don’t believe this can happened in a quite high ratied hotel. The time I got into the room I actually saw that the angle bar from the stair was actually a threat to our safety because there is a table underneath it, people will need to take risk in order to put or take things from the table. Anyhow, I hit the angle bar with my head the 2nd day I stayed,it was so painful and swollen. I do not complain to the hotel bcoz it had happened , I wish to punish them from this comment , coz it’s an unforgivable mistake from the management. Beside that, everything is ok.

Wir wohnten in Zimmer 212. Der Rezeptionist und der Page (Joric) waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer roch muffig, da sich kein Fenster öffnen ließ. Wir mussten die Klimaanlage daher auf höchster Stufe laufen lassen, um den Schimmelgeruch zu reduzieren. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und kühlte angenehm, allerdings gab es keine Decke in unserem Zimmer. Der Lärm kam aus Zimmer 213 und dem benachbarten Hühnerhof. Der Hahn krähte ununterbrochen von 1:00 Uhr nachts bis zu unserer Abreise um 11:35 Uhr.

Zurück zu unserer Zeit beim Airbnbit war nicht nur über den Ort, sondern die Erinnerungen, die wir unter diesem Dach gemacht haben. So dankbar hatten wir diesen Raum zu entspannen und nur zusammen sein. Sicherlich ein Aufenthalt für die Rekordbücher!
