Lansen place is a new hotel and the rooms are modern and clean, but they have some very poor policies. The rooms have a comfortable bed and there's a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed, but the rooms lack any storage. There's nowhere to put your luggage, no luggage rack or anywhere to hang clothes and they jave a large Smart LCD TV it is useful because they have locked up all of the controls so you can't access any of the smart tv features. I have no self restricted the volume to a maximum of 15% which is ridiculous because if you move or i'm trying to eat a pack of chips or something you can't hear the TV. I had never seen anywhere in the world we set ridiculous restrictions on the volume of the TV. There is a buffet style restaurant with prices from 2100 to 2600 peso per person. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay. Guests be warmed, to staff try and get you to sign a document with the deceitful attempt to choose only conceal the document is actually a legal waiver to remove all you legal rights and the hotel's legal responsibility from any In jury, death or theft or anything that occurs on the property, and you would be a fool to sign this. Management seem genuine and told me they'll review some.of these unacceptable practices and policies, but weather or not by do that remains to be seen. Property is modern clean and comfortable, butbthe ridiculous restrictions on the TVs and deceitful way they yey to get customers to.sihn away their legal rights is disgraceful and customers should read and be very careful what you sign for at this hotel.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at the Sheraton Manila Hotel. The Sheraton Club was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was consistently great. The room were comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. We also celebrated our 8th anniversary during our stay, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel made to make the occasion extra special. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. A special mention to the amazing staff, who were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their exceptional service and hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience. Thank you, Sheraton Manila Hotel, for a fantastic stay. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back! ❤️✨

First time to stay at Marriot and I think there will be more to come. We definitely enjoyed our stay. We opted to upgrade our room and availed of the executive lounge and it did not disappoint. Truly a loverly stay.

Man wartet etwa 15 Minuten, bis man bedient wird, bis 10:30 Uhr, kann aber bis zum Ende weiter essen. Manchmal wird Musik neben dem Pool gespielt, die gestört wird, aber um 21 Uhr ist Schluss. Am zweiten Tag des Aufenthalts in Folge aufgrund von Wasserproblemen im Badezimmer gab es einen Wechsel des Zimmerservices, der freundlich und aufmerksam war und Anerkennung verdiente 👍🏻 Insgesamt hat es den Standard eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels erreicht, aber es gibt noch Raum für Verbesserungen

If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

We recently stayed at Skyport Hotel near NAIA. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. However, there were a few things that disappointed us during our stay. They did not provide slippers, which would have been helpful and more comfortable for guests. The air conditioning was also very cold, and it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Another concern was the cleanliness. The towel was simply hanging at the back of the bathroom door, which made me feel unsure if it was properly cleaned or freshly prepared. It would be better if towels were sealed or neatly arranged to assure guests of hygiene. Overall, the location is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Selah Garden. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Unsere Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken verlief alles problemlos und schnell. Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück war gut. Das einzige Problem waren die Kissen. Wir baten um ein zusätzliches, aber es war ziemlich dick und nicht so bequem. Ich habe es letztendlich nicht benutzt, weil es mir den Nacken schmerzt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt großartig. Würde es trotzdem Freunden und Familie empfehlen.

Ich habe in diesem Condotel Fünf-Sterne-Services erlebt. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die in der Nähe von NAIA Terminal 3, den üblichen Restaurants und Geschäften außerhalb des Condotels unterwegs sind. Das Personal, insbesondere Sir Henry, ist sehr zugänglich, freundlich und kommt unseren Bedürfnissen entgegen. Nicht nur das Personal und die Lage in diesem Condotel sind sehr gut, sondern auch die Einheit, in der wir wohnten, ist sehr sauber. Alle Haushalts- und Küchengeräte sind vollständig und stehen Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr kalt und das Wasser im Bad ist auch kalt und heiß verfügbar. We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

I used to booked other hotel like gemstones.this is my 1st time here..unlike with the other hotel the room has no mirror even in the CR, there is no coffee mug..no oven..no toiletries
