I called Sept 30 for the confirmation of my booking and request for early check in. They granted my request. Oct 1, I came 11am for early check in. They said they have the booking but did not received the payment from trip.com. I waited for 1 hour then showed my booking confirmation. The receptionist said that I have to call trip.com fo the payment. The receptionist also said that they do not have available rooms for my reservation. I requested for hotel apartment that can accommodate 8 adults as of my request and trip.com had a confirmation for it. I just cancelled my booking and up to I didnt receive the money. It is waste of money and time. We have to ride a taxi going to the hotel.
