Fiquei extremamente chateado pois fiz reserva para dois adultos (minha esposa e eu) e também para meu filho de 12 anos. Chegando no hotel me cobraram 300,00 reais a mais pelo meu filho, sendo que informei sobre ele na reserva pelo TRIP e paguei pela hospedagem dele. Me senti enganado.

The staff is outstanding, very nice, super helpful , great service.
The issue is here is that dining prices are from a Resort and this hotel, which is very good, can't be called a Resort. To me , 3 stars would fit better. definitely not a resort but good hotel with extremely nice staff.

This hotel is located by an amazing flat beach with very soft sand and warm clean water. The personel of the hotel is very helpful, and the spa has an excellent massage therapist providing amazing treatments.

A praia é bem tranquila com mar calmo e paisagem linda. O que atrapalhou foi obra barulhenta no hotel. Para trabalho remoto a Internet é instável. Atendimento ótimo dos funcionários. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor oferecendo mais opções.

Tudo impecável como sempre. Atendimento desde a entrada até o momento da saída. Tudo que precisamos o atendimento é ágil. Gostamos muito principalmente por ficarmos tranquilo com nossos filhos. A jacuzzi não estava funcionando desta vez mas entendo.

Hotel espetacular. Bem localizado, Atendimento excelente, desde a recepção até atendimento de praia. . Quartos novos e tudo sempre muito limpo. Ótimo para casais com ou sem filhos! Café da manhã delicioso! Sem duvida, a melhor opção do litoral norte.

Excelente resort para curtir momentos de lazer com a família. Ótimas instalação com acessibilidade para cadeira de rodas. Possui rampas, banheiros adaptados e cadeira anfíbia para acesso à areia e ao mar. Totalmente recomendado!!!!!!
