Das Hotel ist gut geeignet wenn man nach Bolivien kommt, um in diesem die erste Nacht nach einem Langstreckenflug von Europa zu verbringen. Eine große Flasche Wasser war auf dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und sehr sauber. Es gab Frühstücksbuffet mit Eiern und allem was man braucht. Leckeres Obst und frisch gepresster Saft war vorhanden. Am letzten Tag hatten wir die Möglichkeit vor 7 Uhr zu frühstücken. Das war ein extra. Das Essen im Restaurant sowie der Wein waren gut. Sie hatten bolivianische und internationale Speisen. Es gab bolivianischen Wein, der im Geschmack recht frisch ist. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit. Von der Innenstadt in das Hotel benötigt man ca. 15- 20 Minuten. Man hat sich sehr um uns bemüht.

English & Español (debajo) I called the hotel and asked them if they offered any special honeymoon accommodations. I was told to include a comment in my reservation mentioning that I wanted the honeymoon package. I made a reservation through the Los Tajibos website. The morning after making the reservation I called to make sure they had made a note about my request and got verbal confirmation of such. When we arrived nothing of what they had mentioned (rose petals, champagne bottle, or breakfast in bed next morning) were set up or scheduled. To makes matters even worse, the room smelt like a wet dog. I went to the front desk with my complains. To no avail I was told that there was nothing they could do and that didn’t see my request on their system. I tried to be proactive and tell them that I was willing to even pay more to find a quick solution to the matter, but I was turned down and told there was nothing they could do. To make matters even worse, I tried to use the shower later that day and the cold water was shut off making it impossible to jump in the shower because of the scorching hot water. I was told by a staff member that this may be due to the work they are doing on the new buildings. Nevertheless, at no point during my stay or to this day was I offered an apology or remediation. I spend half of the year staying in different hotels and this has been by far the worst experience and service. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for your lounging accommodations. Los Tajibos didn’t measure up to the special occasion and didn’t even try to make up for it. I have a really hard time understanding how it is 5-star hotel is specially compared to other newer alternatives in Santa Cruz. As I side note, I also had dinner at Jardin de Asia and had to wait over 90 min to get our food after ordering. Unfortunately, this hotel has become a far cry from what it once was. FYI: I stayed in room 156 on December 30th, 2021. Llamé al hotel y les pregunté si ofrecían algún paquete especial para luna de miel. Me dijeron que incluyera un comentario en mi reserva mencionando que quería el paquete de luna de miel. Hice una reserva a través de la web de Los Tajibos. A la mañana siguiente de hacer la reserva, llamé para asegurarme de que habían tomado nota de mi solicitud y recibí confirmación verbal. Cuando llegue al hotel, nada de lo que habían mencionado (pétalos de rosa, botella de champán o desayuno en la cama a la mañana siguiente) estaba preparado o programado. Para empeorar las cosas, la habitación olía a humedad. Fui a la recepción con mis quejas, me dijeron que no había nada que pudieran hacer y que no veían mi solicitud en su sistema. Traté de ser proactivo y decirles que estaba dispuesto a pagar incluso más para encontrar una solución rápida al asunto, pero me rechazaron y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Para empeorar las cosas, traté de usar la ducha más tarde ese día y no había agua fría, lo que hizo que fuera imposible tomar una duc

Als wir den Rezeptor erreichten war sehr trocken, und er hat das Zimmer nur um 14 Uhr freigegeben, auch wenn er vorhin bereit war, bezahlten wir für Kaffee, da wir um 9 Uhr morgens waren. Was Enttäuschung. Frühstück sehr, sehr schlecht. Im Vergleich zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel in Brasilien ist der Frühstücksausschuß dieses Hotel mit 2. Keine Sorten, sind die Zubereitungen nicht schmackhaft. Das Zimmer war schön, aber die Klimaanlage war ganz allein aus, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir eine schlimme Nacht hatten, da sie alle 30 Minuten ausging und wir aufstehen mussten, um anzurufen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Betrag, den ich für den Tag bezahlt habe, und ich nenne das Hotel nicht.

Es fehlt viel Organisation und Kommunikation zwischen ihren Beamten. Sie geben Ihnen keine klaren Informationen und sie können Sie nicht wie üblich von einem Hotel mit diesen Merkmalen, keine Aufmerksamkeit, keine Freundlichkeit, die Behandlung, die Sie geben, ist schlecht, Das einzige Rettungspersonal ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Das Fernsehen war ständig schwach, sie haben nie Handtücher für zwei Personen hinterlassen, sie rufen auf die Rezeption und beantworteten nicht.Im Bad fanden sich Schranken und Reinigungspersonal wurde informiert, dass sie das Bad trotz der Situation nicht richtig reinigt und Sie haben die Tote Schalenfülle, die wir gefunden hatten, gelassen, und nicht nur die Schalenfülle waren im Badezimmer, sondern auch im Schalenfüller, es wurde auch im Rezeption berichtet. Leider gab es auch Schalenfülle im Kühlschrank. Ein schlimmer Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung für das, was passiert ist, weil es etwas Wichtiges ist, dass sie nichts von der Vorsorge und der Sorgfalt nehmen. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen und würde auch nicht zurückkehren.

Der Service war fantastisch. Dalma, die am Vordertisch war super fantastisch wie der Besitzer Fernando balderrama palacios. Es war extrem sauber und modern aussehen. Die Lage war auch großartig. Insgesamt war es unsere beste Erfahrung in Südamerika in den letzten 6 Wochen. Wir beide würden es sehr empfehlen. Die meisten einschließlich des Besitzers sprachen Englisch sehr gut. Wenn wir zurückkommen, würde ich hier bleiben. Er kann einige große Vorschläge für Lebensmittel und andere Orte in Bolivien machen.

Ich bin aus Argentinien und wenn ich ankomme, fühle ich mich wie zu Hause. Bisher hat es Bidet!! Sehr komfortabel und hervorragend gut gelegen. Es ist nicht wert, mehr für eine gute Aufmerksamkeit zu zahlen. Wir haben sogar einen Präferenzpreis für die Auslieferung von PCR-Pcr für COVID, die Sie um Rückkehr ins Land bitten.

Das zentrale Hotel liegt vor dem Stadion Tahuichi Aguilera, ich war Gastgeber für das Konzert von Daddy Yankee, das Personal war sehr nett, das große Zimmer mit schönen Fenstern, umgeben von vielen Restaurants wie Factory, Starbucks, El Quarto.
