Das Frühstück ist gut, viel besser als das durchschnittliche amerikanische Frühstück, aber da es ein Servicepersonal gibt, ist es notwendig, ein Trinkgeld zu zahlen. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad, aber es ist klein. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich ein Golfplatz und die Umgebung ist ok. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, ich war nicht einkaufen, aber es fühlt sich immer noch sehr praktisch an. Das Parken ist bequem und kostenlos, was gut ist. Das Zimmer war jedoch normal, die Rezeption war ein kleiner Bruder, und es gab kein Gepäck, und es waren fast keine Kellner zu sehen. In der Nacht zum Nationalfeiertag gingen die Bürger der Vereinigten Staaten auf die kleine Bank, um das Feuerwerk zu beobachten, gelegentlich begleitet von Jubel, und dann weckte mich das Erdbeben mitten in der Nacht.

Don’t stay here. We had a horrible experience, and based on everything we’ve seen, you will too. I stayed here for 3 nights with my cousins and boyfriend, as we were in the area to visit Universal Studios and LA in general. Yes, we chose a cheap option. But I never imagined we would get treated so unprofessionally. $404 for 3 nights and 2 queen beds. If I had known what we were getting into, I would have gladly paid another $250 to upgrade to the Marriott for 3 nights. The entire establishment is dirty, dusty, stained, with peeling and cracked paint and wallpaper, stained window curtains, sticky gum on the carpet of our room, stains on the bedding, the shower just entirely lacked the drain cover so you can see straight into clogged, dirty hell. We were here for 3 nights, with 4 guests. We forgot to bring toiletries like shampoo and conditioner and body wash. But the bathroom of our room, there was a sign that said if we forgot any basic toiletries, they would provide them to us free of charge. So we went to the front desk and asked if we could get some toiletries. The young man at the front desk opened his locked window, stared at us, we asked him for the toiletries politely, then he didn’t say a word and scrambled through a box underneath the front desk. He gave us two small, unbranded bottles simply labeled “lotion”. We asked, “is this lotion? Do you have shampoo or conditioner or body wash?” And he said “it says lotion but it’s not lotion.” Looked a little more, and then said “oh, yeah, it’s lotion. I guess that’s all we have”… so we went to Walgreens at like 11pm down the street to buy some travel toiletries. We recognized another guest at Walgreens presumably doing the same thing. The entire exchange was incredibly awkward and unhelpful and just weird. At the end of each day, we would need 4 towels. The second day, we went to the front desk for towels. They said they don’t have towels at the front desk, and that they will send some to our room. At our room, we saw the cleaning staff, so we asked them ourselves. They gave us 4 towels, and asked us to bring our dirty towels out. Didn’t think anything of it. The next night, we called the front desk for four (4) towels to be sent to our room. They said we need to go to the front desk for that. Which is weird because they said the opposite last night, that’s why we called. Anyways we got there and it was the same young man. He saw us, said nothing again, and we asked for 4 towels. He gave us 2 towels and said nothing. We asked “do you have two more towels?” He said, “no, that’s all we have. Didn’t you get your towels replaced?” And we said yes, but that was yesterday and we used those. And he kind of just shrugged and didn’t say anything except going on to confirm if we had received towels already. So we just took the two and went on our day, just planning to share our two towels between two couples. Which we shouldn’t have to do at a hotel lol. I do not understand how a hotel with 50 s

Das Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht atemberaubend, beginnend mit dem Service an der Rezeption. Ich war Teil einer Hochzeitsgruppe, aber ich erhielt nicht die Block-Rate (weil ich die falschen Optionen ausgewählt habe, während ich meine, reservieren). Marcia Casamento hielt mich bei der Eincheckung und verbrachte geduldig etwas Zeit, um die Details herauszufinden und die Preise anzupassen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Matratzen waren komfortabel und das Badezimmer war schön. Das Zimmer hatte einen Mini-Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle zusammen mit Kaffeemaschine. Ich bat um zusätzliche Schalen und sie wurden schnell geliefert, obwohl etwas spät in der Nacht. Ich benutzte den Fitnessraum und es hatte elliptische, Laufwerk, einige freie Gewichte, Radfahren. Sehr schön und es hatte Handtücher im Fitnessraum. Es war sauber. Das Personal insgesamt war höflich. Sehr gute Erfahrung und wenn ich das Gebiet besuche, werde ich definitiv hier wieder bleiben.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel! Moderne Dekoration, erreichbar, kostenlose Parkplätze. Sehr geräumiges und modernes Zimmer! Unglaubliche und qualitativ hochwertige Dekoration! Wir haben einen sehr guten Aufenthalt verbracht! Das Personal ist sehr nett! Ich komme zurück!

Das Hotel war fast PERFECT! große Lebensmittelplätze um, nahe sechs Flaggen, und direkt am Autobahn. Sauberes Zimmer und schönes Badezimmer. Nur etwas über unseren Besuch war die AC, es scheint nicht mehr als eine bestimmte Temperatur abkühlen. Glücklicherweise gab es einen Fan im Zimmer.Das Zimmer fühlte sich etwas reichlich, aber anders als dass es ein toller Aufenthalt war.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett war sehr komfortabel für 2 Personen. Das sagte, der Geruch ihrer Reinigungsmittel oder Reinigungsmittel war zu stark für uns. Wir hörten nicht die Züge oder Verkehrslärm, was ein enormes Plus ist. Kein Frühstück, aber das Zimmer war vernünftig bezahlt. Die Eincheckung war jedoch ein bisschen kalt.
