Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features an intimate coffee and wine cafe and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. World of Hyatt members can enjoy our free breakfast when they book an eligible rate. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. Served daily from 6:30am-9:30am (Monday-Friday) and 7:00am-10:00am (Sat-Sun) and can purchase freshly prepared menu items, premium espresso drinks, or beer and wine and cocktails 24 hours a day. Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 housebroken pets -defined as a dog- per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of 75 USD. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs each. 9pm quiet time was not enforced! Also, eventhough parking was not in a separate parking garage, we still had to pay $10 for a parking space and they had parking on their own property in a suburban area.

FYI there is a $75 pet fee if you are traveling with dogs which would have been nice to know before we booked. The Continental breakfast wasn't that impressive. Eggs were not very tasty, no sausage or bacon. My coffee was lukewarm. My daughter had the waffles which she said was good. The yogurt was ok. The room was a very nice size, beds were small and the pillows weren't comfortable, my husband said. Something kept happening with the thermostat during the night it cut off and it got hot in the room. It's $9 to park in the stupid hotel parking lot, we are definitely not staying at this hotel again

Was $20 to park at the lot even though there’s no reason to require it as there’s plenty of parking around the area. Was not told of the charge beforehand.

Had a reservation for two double beds. By the time I got there somehow my booking had changed to a king bed. Was told no double beds available. Front desk staff/manager was extremely rude. Room was right by an icemaker and was extremely loud. The thermostat stopped working after a certain time in room got extremely hot. Tried to get extra pillows and was told none were available. Parking was very scarce and had to park far away from my room. Will definitely never stay at this hotel again!

My stay was good had to walk an fine the ice machine which I was on the 6th floor an had to walk to go to the 3rd floor was crazy!!! Never had to Pay to park my car in a Hotel parking lot $9 really..Hair was in the shower had to clean it .. that’s why I bring my own. Cleaning Supplies

Check in was weird. The young man at the counter spoke in a very low voice and mumbled a LOT! It was very difficult to understand him. Parking fee is $9 per day, which is crazy for the location. Breakfast was horrible! Starts at 6:30am, but the hot food wasnt set out til 7:30. The set up looked trashy. I'm assuming you were understaffed, because everything was out. We chose not to eat because it looked like an unsanitary, disorganized mess. So we just wanted some coffee. There was less than 1/4 cup between the TWO urns. Only decaf available. We went to McDonald's. The room was comfortable and clean. The low score for cleanliness was based on the breakfast set up. And the young man working the front desk, brought "fresh" silverware to the breakfast area, pressed against his jacket. Very unsanitary.

Be aware of the hotel's hidden fees. They charge you to park in their nearly empty parking lot, while this didn't happen to us, there were guests who still had their vehicles towed despite having paid their parking. Pretty outrageous pet fee as well, the hotel is hardly worth the price

My bed was busted (the bed frame was touching the floor in one spot and I could only sleep on half of the bed) and no housekeeping until the 3rd day

When I first came in there was crumbs on the floor near the couch. And then I have allergy’s to dust. When I checked the shelves near the couch it was very dusty. And the lamp on the table had some dust but wasn’t that bad like the shelves. Then the couch cushions were worn so they were going inwards so was a little uncomfortable
