Alles sauber und ordentlich. Gut gepflegt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tipps für Ausflüge. Auch Frau Laura ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer ebenerdig zum Garten raus. Lage für Radtouren perfekt, nach Pietrasanta, Lucca und Pisa.

I loved my stay at Villa Rosy......felt very comfortable there, staff all very friendly.....not a 5 star hotel but excellent for the price. Laura was delightful and helpful at every turn....she is like everyone's sweet grandmother. The only minor complaint was I wished there was fresh local fruit with breakfast....I loved the custard-filled croissants! Thanks for all your assistance, Laura. The property was not as described nor expected. It was fine if you’re looking for a hostel but not for a comfortable place to land after a long trip. The property didn’t offer any compensation even though we did not stay at all. ******* was awesome in helping find another place to stay!

Our stay at Villa Rosy was lovely. The family room we booked was comfortable, clean and air conditioned! The breakfast was delicious and best of all Laura treated us like family! I will definitely come back to Villa Rosy one day!

Very welcoming. About 2km from a very large Sandy beach and a 20minute trip to Pisa. The rooms are very large and great for families

La struttura è semplice e pulita. Importante il parcheggio privato, organizzazione piuttosto buona e buffet mattutino soddisfacente. La direzione sempre molto disponibile a dare informazioni. Se dovessimo tornare lo sceglierei nuovamente
