The food was delicious and our waiter (Kavala) was super friendly. I am happy that I visited Pride Inn. I have the following thoughts about my stay at PrideInn: Nice Ambience. Friendly Waiters. Good food. Great Music. Quick Service. Beautiful view.

Visited the place for a visit and loved the experience. Would like to always mention this one lovely and engaging lady called Serah who always makes me feel at home. Good customer experience when am there. A place to visit when you are around nairobi. You will never regret that.

We enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back. Really loved Sharon's hospitality. She engaged us very well and was so understanding and helpful. She welcomed us into the hotel very well. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you Pride inn Plaza, will be back soon.

Very great customer service. The food was good, conference facilities was done to perfection. The customer service officers were good, and very well laid security in the compound. Air conditioning needs some Maintainance. But all in all good works to the organization

The best reception with friendly staff! Ready to assist and guide with a good gesture. Serah was very helpful and friendly. Susan also very good in the reception desk😌 was impressed by the whole experience from clean rooms to good food to beautiful ambiance and friendly people always with smiles

Near the airport and city expressway. Beds so comfortable, Rooms spacious and cozy with couch/chairs + desk. Great staff who are friendly from the restaurant to reception. Enjoyed my time and near malls and highway for those who like long drives.

The hotel provided an exceptional experience, exceeding our expectations during a recent conference stay. The hospitality and ambiance were superb. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and professional, particularly Sharon from customer relations, who consistently inquired about our experience, and Mafanta and the dining team, who provided excellent service. The food was delicious, though a bit more variety would enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service and accommodations.

Anne's friendly demeanor and her incredible cocktails truly stood out during my visit around May. The wine dunken and mushroom ribs were a delightful culinary experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. The fair food prices and the cleanliness of the place added to the overall positive impression. Anne's expertise as a bartender added a special touch to the evening. I'm looking forward to returning to the hotel in the future. It's definitely a place I would recommend to anyone seeking a fantastic dining and drinking experience. Can't wait to revisit and savor those fantastic cocktails again!
