There were flies in the room. The room was very cold, we asked for the temperature to be turned up and with no luck. We were so cold we settled with additional bed sheets which were extremely thin, we asked for duvets but again with no luck. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel but a 2/3 star hotel. I don’t feel I particularly have high standards but was highly unpressed by this hotel.

Ich habe mit meinem Gepäck zu Ihrem schönen Hotel, KA-POW, das Club Med 2 Schiff entfernt, gelaufen! Mein Zimmer hatte Aussicht auf die Docks, das Restaurant auf der 23. Etage hatte unglaubliche Aussichten und unglaubliche Service. Der Schwimmbad auf dem 25. Stock war nett, nur für ein wenig Tauchen. Danke Elizabeth, die mich eincheckte, ging ich in stressig und links gefrierd und glücklich. Ihr Englisch ist ausgezeichnet und Ihre Güte war sehr geschätzt. Ein guter Haarschnitt hilf auch, es gibt viele Salons und Massageplätze in Fußabstand. Ich genossen, in ein paar Seitenschiffchen zu sitzen, zu Fuß umher und Fenstershops. Der Strand war ein acht-minütiges Spaziergang und der Dock war ein dreiminütiges Spaziergang. Danke Manuel, der mich mit meinem Gepäck auscheckte und mir geholfen hat. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

Fabulous hotel, cannot recommend it highly enough. Great location, just one block from santa Catalina park, over looking the port and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are stunning and very well appointed, lovely big showers, plenty of hanging space etc. The only slight improvement that could be made is the air conditioning, it's not the greatest and my particular room was particularly warm but reception did give me an extra card so I could leave the electricity on when I left the room and this helped a lot, it took about 24 hours but eventually the temperature came down sufficiently. The roof top bar has some stunning views and is a great place to relax with the drink, the bar staff are great, helpful and friendly an make a pretty good mojito too. The roof top solarium on the other side of the roof could do with a little improvement in terms of furniture but the view is still great and the little pool is a great place to cool your feet after a busy day sight seeing. Breakfast is of very good quality, small selection of hot items but lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, juices etc etc, again the staff here are all friendly and helpful, as they are on reception too. This is a city center hotel and there is no view from many of the windows, mine overlooked a neighbouring apartment block (only a few feet away across a slim courtyard) some look out into an internal courtyard, but the staff, the location and the size and quality of the rooms definitely make up for this and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore this beautiful island.

Hop On Hop Off Busse haben zwei verschiedene Haltestellen in der Nähe. lokale Geschäfte und Restaurants innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Klein Pool auf Dachtoppen, große Dachtoppen für Sonnenbad und sitze, mit Barservice nach 4:00 Uhr. Empfohlen würde wieder gehen. Kreuzfahrtterminal innerhalb von Spazierweitern.

Die Lage ist gut, aber das Zimmer ist nur OK, da wir auf eine Suite mit einem Dachterrasse upgradiert. Zimmer und Unterkunft sehr sauber. Der Raum war akzeptabel, aber nicht eine Suite. Die Terrasse war schön, aber keine Kuchen, wie in den Bildern dargestellt. Es gibt sehr wenige Bewertungen im Vereinigten Königreich trotz der Hotel in TUI, so hoffen diese Informationen beantwortet einige der Fragen, die wir hatten, Das Frühstück in dem Park unter in einem Café . Unser Zimmer war ruhig, aber auf der 3. Stock. Las Palmas selbst ist schön für 3 oder 4 Tage. Wir blieben 7 und es war zu lange. Ein Plus ist es ein Hop auf Hop off Bus in der Platz ca. 50 m entfernt, die Sie nach Veguetta erreichen können. Es gibt viele Restaurants im Platz mit schönen Qualitätsnahrung und guten wertvollen Getränken. Wenn Sie sich direkt vom Eingang und nach links abdrehen, finden Sie eine Auswahl an schönen Tapa-Bars innerhalb von 50 Meter. Strand auch kurze Entfernung und ein schönes Spaziergang von einem Ende zum anderen. Der Kreuzfahrthafen kann von Park-Ansicht Terrassen gesehen und bietet eine immer ändernde Sicht auf Kreuzfahrtschiffe

im algemeinen waren wir zu frieden trozt problemen am ersten tag mit der klimaanlage im zimmer sauber betten waren super essen reichlich nur zwei wochen immer das selbe zum früshstück no ja da könnte man sich was einfalen abend buffet war nicht schlecht nur widerholt sich in zwei wochen der eltere mann bei rezepzion war sehr hilfreich hat gut Deutsch gesprochen also Danke für schöne Tage bei Euch
