Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt und es war am hilfreisten, ein schönes Zimmer zu haben, da ich an einem Projekt arbeitete und konnte große Fortschritte machen, da ich eine saubere, ruhige Umgebung hatte. Ich schätze die Wochenpreise sehr. Ich schätze, dass die jungfräuliche Service auf meine Anfrage kommt und sie meine Routine nicht stören. Ich fand es ruhig, obwohl es etwas Glück involviert, da die Menschen vielleicht Tiere haben, die Haare oder sie Musik spielen. Ich hatte meist ruhig. Wir blieben in diesem Hotel nach einem Vergleich der Preise und Lage mit zwei anderen nahe gelegenen Marken, Hampton Inn und Suiten und Ferienhaus Express. Wir hatten das längste Zimmer im zweiten Stock der Lobby - und nicht gesagt, was der einfachste Weg dahin zu kommen -, verstanden Sie, wir hatten einen Kühlschrank und einige Taschen - und wir wurden nicht gesagt, es gab keine Aufzüge. Dieses Hotel wurde nicht verkauft. Wandern auf der Straße waren auf dem Teppich und den Wänden kleinere Farben, und einige Zimmer mit Handtüchern am unteren Ende ihrer Türen - entweder um den Geruch zu halten oder etwas raus.... Als wir in unser Zimmer gingen, sahen wir, dass es sauber, aber klar datiert war. Es war in einem schrecklichen Bedarf an Renovierung. Das Badezimmer hatte Kleider auf den Wänden, Lichter, die aus waren und die kleinsten Badehandtücher, die Sie sich vorstellen konnten. Wenn das für mehr als einen Abend war, hätten wir nicht geblieben und ich hätte um eine Erstattung gebeten. Der Hotelmanager kam während meiner Erfahrungskontrolle aus dem Büro und sprach mit dem Personal über seine Twix absetzen. Und als wir aus der Lobby verließen, hörte ich ihn über die Ermittlung eines Prozesses, wie man Leute ins Haus nehmen kann. Ich hoffe, sie werden das herausfinden. Aber sie brauchen wirklich Hilfe mit den Zimmern. Das hätte eine $75 Nacht sein sollen und dann würde ich nicht schreiben...

Pros: -Check out is at noon -Location is very accessible -There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel so you do not have to leave the premises if you do not have to. -The front of the building and the lobby look presentable. Cons: -My TV only had 7 stations (local over the channel stations only) even though the guide lists dozens of channels. I contacted the front desk on Sat morning to let them know, I was told the maintenance guy does not come in until 09:30. I was told he would come take a look at it when he arrived. 10:20 still no response or maintenance guy. I called again. I was offered to be moved from room 254 to 154. I told the lady I will prefer a room on any floor except the first floor. I was told no other room will be available until after 1pm when the rooms have been checked out and cleaned. I then told them I would take room 154, that when I was told that the TV issue was not ”really a maintenance or TV issue, it had to do with their cable provider” and they can not guarantee that I will be able to watch more channels in any other room. I was too shocked to even give them a response. -The carpets in the hallways are filthy with visible dirt and bleach marks ( I have many pictures). They also have a strong musky smell to them. -One of the elevators worked perfectly but the 2nd elevator really smells like something died in there. Just sad. -The only floors with ice machines are floors 2 and 4. -Plot twist- both ice machines on floors 2 and 4 were not working! -The best looking part of the hotel is the front and the lobby, everything else is dilapidated. - I overheard a lady asking why she was told she had to pay for breakfast when it is advertised that breakfast was included, someone was explaining to her that breakfast was included if you paid for breakfast with your reservation. I do not even know what that means but I never ate breakfast there. I was so disappointed about my stay that on my way out, I had to tell the ladies at the front desk that the management really needs to do better. It appears no one cares, they just care about booking rooms and not updating or cleaning the hotel.

Sie sind so freundlich und fragen über Ihren Aufenthalt und Aktivitäten, etc.. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Badezimmer haben viel Gegenraum und guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Wir waren etwas besorgt, dass wir im Erdgeschoss in der Nähe der Rezeption sind, aber es gab wirklich keinen Lärm im Halle. Es gibt sicher Autobahngeräusche, aber es ist wirklich nicht schlecht. Das inbegriffene Frühstück ist wunderbar - die make-your-owls sind fabulös und es gibt immer viele andere Optionen. Super schönes Personal im Buffet, auch. Der Fitnessraum hat einen schönen Aufbau und wir haben den Pool nicht verwendet, weil es draußen war, aber es sah gut für Sommer-Stadte. Ich bin so froh, dass die Kette hat von Einzelverbrauchsflaschen für Dinge wie Shampoo und Klimaanlage, etc. wechselt. Wenn sie nur einen Weg finden, um die zusätzlichen Verpackungen für den Kaffee-/Teestation im Zimmer zu entfernen, das wäre wunderbar. Diese Kette ist so konsistent in Qualität, Service und Personal, und ich würde diese Lage sehr empfehlen.

Meine Familie blieb hier eine Nacht für ein Reisespiel. Wir waren noch nie in einer Springhill Suites geblieben, so dass wir nicht sicher waren, was zu erwarten. Wir waren angenehmen überrascht von der Größe der Zimmer - 2 Queen-Bett und Wohnbereich mit Desk und Sofa. Großes Kleidschrank und schönes Badezimmer. Mini Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war auch besser als erwartet – machen Ihre eigenen Waffeln, geschrotet Eier und Truthühner Sauce, eine Auswahl an Getreide und Joghurt, Obst, Bagel und Muffins. Alles für günstiger als andere Hotels in der Umgebung! Zimmer waren sauber und Lounge-Area vor mir, wo man Frühstück konnte, war hell und glücklich. Sicherlich werden wir nächstes Mal wieder hier bleiben, wenn wir in der Stadt für ein Fußballspiel sind.

I stayed at this hotel because I have stage 4 cancer and will need to stay overnight a couple times a week while I'm participating in a clinical trial. The trial sponsor covers the hotel up to a certain amount so I splurged a little on a king room with balcony that featured lounge access. I chatted with the front desk the night before to ask what the lounge offered. She told me that I was not eligible to use it because I was not an elite member. After going back and forth leaving me confused on why they couldn't look at their own website, I gave up hoping I would get someone else when I checked in. Unfortunately, I got the same person, Angela. When I showed her what my reservation said and the website she actually told me that I misunderstood and that it just meant that the lounge was accessible by me but I wasn't allowed to use it. She actually said ”terminology will get you every time”. If you look at the pictures I added below you'll see that the elite member benefit also says ”lounge access” benefit. So terminology had nothing to do with it. I would have asked to talk to a manager but she told me the manager agreed with her and she was at the next register and heard all of this. So, to boot, the lounge wasn't even on our floor and anyone could access it. For the cherry on top, we woke up the next day to find out that the ceiling leaked into our bag. The woman at the front desk in the morning apologized and said she would add points to my account. I haven't even seen the original stay, much less extra points. I don't have enough time to waste on gaslighting and horrible service so I won't be staying there during my clinical trial.
